The shaping itself came out really nice -- I actually loved how my brows looked in the end. Clean, defined, and exactly the look I was going for. However, my main concern was with the tinting process. I was told the tint would be left on for about 10 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 30 minutes without any heads up or explanation. During that time, my eyebrows became extremely itchy, which made me uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was a reaction or due to the tint being left on longer than expected, but it definitely didn't feel right. Everything turned out fine visually, but better communication -- especially when something changes during the service -- would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

The lady typically at the front counter was the only one present and offered to thread my brows. I requested a simple clean-up, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. She was much rougher than usual--while threading can be uncomfortable, this time it was noticeably more painful. Additionally, she removed too much hair, resulting in unevenness at the top and bottom of the brow, as shown in the attached photo. I gave three stars because I'm generally pleased with the results, but based on my last visit, I feel she should remain at the front desk and leave threading to the other staff.
