Loved our lunch here! We started with the jalapeño bomb and veggie tempura. The jalapeño bomb was the right blend of creaminess, spice and crunch. The veggie tempura was plentiful with 2 servings of 4 veggies. For the main, we usually choose cook it yourself style but after a long morning of sports tournaments, we came to try the cooked bbq. Now we are reformed and prefer it. It was nice to have 3 platters of meat to dig into. There is plenty for a single person but for a couple people it could be fine with some appetizers. One in our party chose the bimbibap and it was a great portion. The mains were served it with 5 sides which were fine. Note that additional side like lettuce might be extra. Overall, the tastes are perfect if you've never tried Korean food before. We finished our meal with the strawberry crepe cake which was the perfect end to our meal. This business just wants your money and not your loyalty. After a recent visit that had a few hiccups and one major issue I contacted management twice, I was ignored for weeks. I have confirmation that both points of contact were received; they chose to ignore me. Between false advertisement and terrible customer relations I am giving up on this place. I can't promise that it's the best sushi in town, but it's the best that we've found. The "usuals"are all good (tempura shrimp, California roll, etc), but we love the Colorado roll and Vegas roll. I'm not a fan of spicy rolls, but the rest of the family really liked the Kiss of Fire. Colorado roll was the CLEAR favorite, and Kiss of Fire and Vegas rolls were solid second favorites. Candy Cane roll was a nice change from the normal with a sweeter flavor. You won't confuse this with sushi from California, but it's great for Colorado!!! With a groups that size they split us in two tables back to back-- the party felt a little disconnected with this seating set up. The menu was a bit confusing, not too expansive with options (especially the sushi) and the prices were extremely high (ie. $12 for a California roll) . We decided to share the 5 person combo which came with a good amount of meats to fill us all and a collection of sides (you do get 1 free round of refill on those sides which wasn't details in the menu but the server told us when we inquired). When this restaurant first opened they were as good as the ones in Denver. A lot of banchan (side dishes) like a dozen, were included with your meal. The last two visits have been terrible. We went on a Friday night and it was obviously more of a party scene and the wait staff were more preoccupied with taking shots with patrons and partying than serving guests. They had also significantly reduced their banchan only included 2 with dinner. We decided to give them another chance today for lunch and apparently their service issue has worsened and we left after waiting over 20 minutes for their wait staff to just take our order in a mostly empty restaurant. Not once did either of the wait staff ever acknowledge us and they took orders for two parties seated after us when there were a total of 5 parties including us in the entire restaurant. We ordered the seafood pancake (haemul,pajon) with only 2 shrimp in it, dolsot bibimpap - OK, suntubu chige (tofu spicy soup) with almost no tofu in it. Visited in the middle afternoon and was seared in a comfy booth at my request. There were only two other tables, but the one server gave us all great service. There are lil lamps on the ends of the table so you can request service at any time too which is nice. I ordered an excellent bottle of sake that was super cold and delicious. I also ordered two "New Sushi" style appetizers, that were not only very tasty and fresh, but also were huge sashimi slices. In addition I ordered a variety of Nigiris, all which were fresh, firm, large and had well seasoned rice. Prices were reasonable and I really wanted to try the Korean BBQ tables which I will assuredly do next time. The decor was nice and the place was very clean. Overall a great experience and not only will I be back, but I'll be bringing the family. Only complaint was that they had a short list of sushi fish options for sashimi & nigiri. I just found out Suh Sushi now offers an All You Can Eat option on Mondays (2hr maximum, so no camping out). Lunch is $21.99/pp and Dinner is $29.99/pp (prices may be changing, I hear). Dinner includes more items including some sushi rolls. Be aware there is an additional charge for uneaten food. Included in my lunch AYCE: Asian salad Kim chi Fish cakes Seaweed salad Marinated cucumbers Rice Beef Brisket Beef Bulgogi Kalbi Shortrib (**my personal favorite **) Marinated Beef Spicy Pork Short Plate Pork Short Plate Chicken Thigh Spicy Chicken Thigh Sauces: soy & mustard; sam jam; sesame oil with salt & pepper. They had the standard tasty dipping sauces as well. We ordered 3 types of meats for the barb and each one was 15.99. I think for the portion size, the price was a bit high but that also seems to be everything these days. Went at around 3 pm and it was pretty slow and the staff were very nice. Our friend took us to Suh Sushi a few days ago. I'd never been to a Korean BBQ place before and honestly was intimidated because I've always heard how spicy it is and I'm a spice wimp. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures because we all dove into the food too quickly. I ended up getting the salmon teriyaki because it was familiar to me and not spicy. The sauce was GREAT. Fish was skin on (soggy skin) but I removed it so no big deal. I was pleasantly surprised that I could eat the salad (I'm allergic to iceberg and romaine) that came with it. The rice was good too. My spouse got the pork belly. It came with several dipping sauces and sides. He really enjoyed it. I didn't quite catch what our friend got but I think it had eel. He also ordered a tempura shrimp roll and the tuna poke appetizers to share. Overall, the food was really good and we enjoyed ourselves. However, the booths are VERY narrow. We were all squished by the table and we usually have no problems fitting in booths anywhere else. read more

Was in FoCo doing some shopping on a Sunday afternoon and wanted a place with Sushi and something my kiddo would eat so stopped in here. Walked in and was greeted pretty quickly but a couple minutes for them to figure out where to seat us. Was seated and brought water and menus but then after that was a bit of a wait to order. Once we ordered the food was done in a decent amount of time. We ordered: Spicy tuna tempura roll - this was ok, reminder that it does make the roll warm since they quickly do the tempura breading. Cucumber roll - also ok although the cuts were a bit thick. Spicy yellow tail roll - good spice on this bit not sure the yellow tail was as fresh as it should be. Fried rice with chicken - chicken is bbq'd so maybe be aware if have a kid ordering. Also the sauce in the rice is ok but again if a kid is ordering might want to pass on it. Overall the place isn't bad but also isn't somewhere I'd go out of my way to eat at. Maybe actually doing the BBQ is a different experience. read more

This was the worst dining experience we've ever had. They don't even deserve the 1 star! There were four of us, all ordered meals with 2 pancake appetizer. One got her meal right away and she was almost done before we got the rest of the order. We waited for appetizers that never came. The waitress finally returned with 2 more meals and the pancake appetizers, all at once. One of the pancakes was burned black, so we flagged the waitress down and told her we didn't want it. She took it back , then returned it to our table with the excuse that the chef said it's supposed to be like that ( the other pancake was not burned, but whatever). I never got my food, and by the time she came back around, the others were done and I had lost my appetite. She gave us the bill with the meal I never got and the burned pancake still on the bill. My husband had to tell them to take it off and they acted like they were angry about it. No apologies, whatsoever. We were planning on having 50+ people event here, but I'm glad we came to try it first. It would have been a disaster! read more
