Enjoy playing with cooking your food while mixing and matching flavors, creating a memorable experience for your senses! I took a friend for his bday. Good times! The portions are perfect and you can get refills. I hope people respect their generosity.

I liked the service I had recently. They are friendly and accommodating. The sushi plate was lovely in its presentation. I enjoyed a hot cup of tea when I came in from the cold. They were fair to me; the fish was reasonably priced, portioned, and fresh. I ordered a sushi combo plate. I was on the south side of town for lunch. It was how I like a place to be sometimes- quiet. It felt relaxing and luxurious. I hope they keep doing everything they're doing. In addition to their food being as special as it is, their mix of good manners and generosity will carry them a long way. The inside is beautiful. I walked out as a new woman, less jaded with the world.

Amazing Korean barbecue, we did the on table grill and highly recommend the pork belly or brisket. Great soju and service. Very clean and nice interior. We tried their new matcha crepe cake, and it was amazing. The red bean ice cream was to die for and reminded us of our time in Korea. Kameron was a great server, who was very attentive to our needs.

I'm from Hawai'i so for me finding good sushi/sashimi is important and hard to come by. The food reminds me of the hole in the wall places back home so I was super happy to find this place! Only complaint is the sashimi should be chilled on a block of ice before serving. It's a nice restaurant with a sushi bar, regular seating, and seating for those looking to cook meat. Service was not good or bad. Our server was nice and that's all that mattered because I will only come back if the food is good. I got the dinner bento ($23), it comes with a salad, gyoza, rice, miso soup and your two choices of protein. I chose the Korean Kalbi($1 extra), and sashimi. Husband got sushi rolls California roll and Chicken Teriyaki. He ate it before I could take a picture, but texture, amount, and taste are almost identical to the ones back home!

Food was amazing staff was very friendly and had wonderful recommendations will definitely be coming again

Octopus(Tako) Nigiri, Salmon Nigiri, Eel(Unagi) Nigiri. All large, fresh, and delicious.

Visited in the middle afternoon and was seared in a comfy booth at my request. There were only two other tables, but the one server gave us all great service. There are lil lamps on the ends of the table so you can request service at any time too which is nice. I ordered an excellent bottle of sake that was super cold and delicious. I also ordered two "New Sushi" style appetizers, that were not only very tasty and fresh, but also were huge sashimi slices. In addition I ordered a variety of Nigiris, all which were fresh, firm, large and had well seasoned rice. Prices were reasonable and I really wanted to try the Korean BBQ tables which I will assuredly do next time. The decor was nice and the place was very clean. Overall a great experience and not only will I be back, but I'll be bringing the family. Only complaint was that they had a short list of sushi fish options for sashimi & nigiri. Not the end of the world though as what they had was high quality.

They're all served with fish sauce and fresh veggies. I also love their super bowls that you can order with chicken, tofu, shrimp, or pork. They're served over vermicelli noodles and fresh veggies. They're a little pricey, but it's great food! The dish I would not order again is the flaming soup. It's described as a hot and sour soup in a flaming pot with shrimp and vegetables. We ordered it to try something new, but didn't care for the pineapple pieces in the soup. Service is always great regardless of whether you're getting food to go or dining in. Youngs Cafe has a very casual vibe and it's always busy so be prepared for a little wait time during the typical dinner times.

From the moment we walked in - I'm recovering from recent shoulder surgery and dressing isn't easy so I didn't look my best - I discreetly asked the hostess if it was ok for me to come in looking kinda grungy and she sweetly told me I looked cute. Then a very friendly young man led us to our table. The place was packed, there were a lot of families with children as well as older folks like my hubby and me. Our waiter was also very friendly. Hubby and I usually each order soup, then we order 2 appetizers and one entree to split when we go to Asian restaurants. We ordered the same here. The egg drop soup was heartier than we expected, it had corn and little bit of chicken in it. It was delicious. Our appetizers, spring rolls and wrapped shrimp, were delicious and they were served on beds of noodles with sliced carrots and cucumbers around the edges of the plates. We had to ask our waiter for carry out containers before our entree even arrived. Our entree, pork with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and oyster sauce was delicious....just like everything else was. And since we ordered too much we had enough left over for dinner the following night. Hubby and I usually go for Thai or Japanese when we're in the mood for Asian cuisine and we have our favorite spots in FoCo for those (I prefer Thai, he prefers Japanese). We now have our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The food was great and the service was very friendly!

Her recommendations to try anything here are spot on. The food was A1. We had a soup bowl Koi-sho (sp?) with beef, a chicken Thai basil stir fry, crab cheese, and spring rolls. We only regret we can't return in the near future, because we don't live in Colorado. It was completely worth the trip across town from our hotel to enjoy authentic food. The ingredients were fresh, the sauces were put together with expertise, the presentation was just right. I thought the spice level of 1 was perfect--heat that didn't overwhelm the other flavors. My husband didn't complain about his level 2. He thought it was great, but he wouldn't go higher. The curry had only a couple potatoes that were way too hard, and it was limited on veggies, but the broths/curries were good flavors.
