They're a little pricey, but it's great food! The dish I would not order again is the flaming soup. It's described as a hot and sour soup in a flaming pot with shrimp and vegetables. We ordered it to try something new, but didn't care for the pineapple pieces in the soup. Service is always great regardless of whether you're getting food to go or dining in. Youngs Cafe has a very casual vibe and it's always busy so be prepared for a little wait time during the typical dinner times.

Then a very friendly young man led us to our table. The place was packed, there were a lot of families with children as well as older folks like my hubby and me. Our waiter was also very friendly. Hubby and I usually each order soup, then we order 2 appetizers and one entree to split when we go to Asian restaurants. We ordered the same here. The egg drop soup was heartier than we expected, it had corn and little bit of chicken in it. It was delicious. Our appetizers, spring rolls and wrapped shrimp, were delicious and they were served on beds of noodles with sliced carrots and cucumbers around the edges of the plates. We had to ask our waiter for carry out containers before our entree even arrived. Our entree, pork with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and oyster sauce was delicious....just like everything else was. And since we ordered too much we had enough left over for dinner the following night. Hubby and I usually go for Thai or Japanese when we're in the mood for Asian cuisine and we have our favorite spots in FoCo for those (I prefer Thai, he prefers Japanese). We have always experienced excellent service and delicious food! The sushi is great, and the pineapple curry is actually better than what can be found at most of the Thai restaurants in town (and that's saying a lot!). I don't understand how their ratings got so low. It actually makes me suspicious of the rating system and it's susceptibility to being used as a means of personal retaliation. I don't know the owners or have any sort of business relationship with this establishment beyond being a loyal customer, and I assure you that that loyalty has been earned year after year.

The tacos were good, but a little bit lacking in the flavor I've come to expect from these trucks. The karaage cauliflower though.... HOT DAMN. They're very oily, but the Szechuan pepper chili sauce was wonderfully numbing to the tongue and jumping out with flavor. I would've gotten another serving if I wasn't so stuffed. Highly recommend giving this truck a try since they have a fun rotating menu and speedy service!
