I stunbled across suite six looking for a thread lift. The consultation was very thurpugh, giving me every possible option to assure i was headed in the direction i needed to go for the results i was looking for and most cost efficient. They were very on top of their responses and customer service was always professional and amazing. Down to the bottom line, i was more excited than a kid waiting for christmas to get this procedure. I went it and they were very hospitable since i had to bring my 2 kids who waited in the waiting room. The ambiance was very relaxed and real. The personalities werent fake and made you feel more at ease. There was an no one at fault hiccup whoch made me freak out abd the nurse was so patient and helpful and calming thru the entire ordeal. She even called after to make sure i was okay. She let me look in the mirror and pick apart the results before the swelling set in. The recovery was brutal and panicy. I recommend not looking in the mirror for at least 3 days. I went in for a follow up and again, all my expectations and wants were met with fantastic professional results after goibg thru multiple options. All i can say is, being my own worst critic tonight i looked in the mirror 2 weeks post procedure. And for the first time in 34 years i love the reflection looking back at me. I wish i had done this sooner and i will be going back. They earned a lobg term client and im here to tell everyobe to come 3bcause theyre amazibg, professional, welcoming, fairley priced ((esp for boston)) and the results were beyond expectations! I had one of the worst and most disrespectful customer service experiences here. I purchased a Groupon for two IPL facials. While the technician was exceptional and professional during both visits, the front desk staff made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. During my second visit, the woman at the front desk claimed she couldn't find my Groupon number, even though it had already been redeemed during my first appointment. She treated me as though I was attempting to get a free service, which was both humiliating and upsetting. After jumping through hoops for 10 minutes to prove my case, I was finally able to proceed with my appointment. Again, the technician was wonderful and even apologized for the inconvenience during my session. Before I left, the woman at the front desk also apologized and promised to follow up with an email offering a special deal for continued services. That email never came. When I followed up by email and phone, Gabriela, another staff member, was dismissive and argumentative. She focused on irrelevant details about the Groupon being expired and incorrectly claimed I was a no-show for an appointment on 11/13/24--when I had, in fact, been there and received services. When I calmly requested to speak with a manager, Gabriela began yelling at me over the phone. Despite saying "excuse me" several times, the shouting continued. Her behavior was shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This business seems unable to keep accurate records and has no regard for how they treat their customers. This spa is rude, unprofessional and scamming people out of money. I last visited the spa in 2018. It wasn't wonderful in 2018 but on Black Friday 2021 when I saw a Groupon offer, I decided to purchase and give the spa another try. The vouched stated it was for clients "not active within the last 6 months" which means I was clearly eligible to purchase and use the voucher. When I called to redeem my voucher, the receptionist told me the voucher is only for brand new client and I was only able to get my service for full price. I asked for her to refund the Groupon I purchased and she said I'd have to take it up with Groupon. I told her their Groupon ad should be corrected to provide accurate information and prevent disappointed customers from wasting their time and money. She did not care at all and was rather immature. If you have a similar issue, please reach out to Groupon. Their customer service is wonderful (unlike Suite Six) and they need to be made aware that Suite Six is using their platform to scam customers into buying "vouchers" and then having to pay full price! DO NOT GO THERE!!! I was tempted by cheap specials & deeply regret it. I got an ablative laser treatment & they did not give me proper eye protection. I HAD A BLISTER ON MY EYE!!!! I went to the ophthalmologist & had my pupils dilated & they said my eyeballs had "cracks" & my floaters had moved. My eyes are sensitive to light now. Gabriella took ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY! I was a client at Suite Six over a year ago. Lindsay was the BEST esthetician and I truly enjoyed having her work on my complexion with microderm and laser facial treatments. It has been a year since I've stopped treatments and I decided to go back for a refresher before I start a new job. I turned to Groupon and purchased 2 packages - one for 3 microderm treatments and one for 3 laser facial treatments. Here is the fine print on both offers: "Promotional value expires 90 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. 24 hour cancellation or no show policy applies. Credit card required at the time of booking. Treatments expire 90 days from redemption of the first treatment. Appointment required. Limit 1 per person, may buy 0 additional as gift(s). I just tried to call and schedule my first appointment when the owner (Gabrielle?) answered. I mentioned I bought the two packages and would like to start the treatments. She told me I can't use both packages, I can only pick one. When I explained that the fine print doesn't say anything about not being able to use two offers, she said their policy has changed and to take it up with Groupon. She was honestly so rude I'm still shaking. She also tried to shame me by saying Groupon is only for customers who want to try them for the first time, not repeat customers and then tried to sell me on packages 5x the price of what I paid on Groupon. They didn't show me a cost breakdown or quote for the services until AFTER they charged me. I was told by Gabriel (the owner that all the other bad reviews mention) that I could get a refund if I no longer wanted the package. I requested a refund and she immediately got defensive and refused. After a million arguments and phone calls she refunded after charging a 10% breach of contract fee and credit card feeds. The breach of contract fees don't even make sense as they didn't even have a contract that's signed. They send me an invoice AFTER the appointment which they claim is their contract. I sought Morpheous 8 facial skin tightening treatment because they it is the newest technology eliciting the greatest results at this time. The $3000.00+ treatment involves a series of 3 treatments, paid up front. The first treatment went as expected (as I've had ultherapy in the past), but the second treatment completely DEVOURED my face! The owner of the spa insisted that was a normal result, and that I was properly informed to expect this. However, I was NEVER TOLD to expect that outcome, or I would have NEVER had it done! AT 55 years old I know how my Mediterranean skin responds to trauma with pigmentation changes, so it is absurd to imply I would willingly do this to my face! Rather than apologize and refund my payment for the 3rd treatment, they were only willing to apply it towards future skin brightening treatments to lighten the pigmentation changes that their improperly trained technician created on my face. I ALWAYS wear sunscreen on my face and chest, wear hats and shirts to cover those areas when outdoors, yet the spa owner's condescension was repulsive given the circumstances, made worse by repeatedly blamed me for going in the sun. If I could give zero stars I would. I bought Skinceutical products through their website because they're medical-grade items. The products have not shown up in over two weeks, even though I live in the same town. Whenever I call the various spa numbers (they have two locations but about 5 different numbers), multiple times no one called me back. A manager finally picked up and said they would sent me the tracking information on my package. She didn't call or text anything. I called three days in a row to get the tracking info, and she finally claimed she "left it in her purse". Today I've spoken with another manager, who did not apologize for the issue (I could hear her whispering to the first manager about me while I was on the phone), and claimed the first manager was "running home to get the tracking number". Why is this information not in their system with my account? Either nothing was ever mailed, they mailed it late and are covering their tracks, or they lost the tracking information and won't tell me. My account had the money removed, yet it still says on their site it's "processing." As of now, the managers have not called me back to resolve this. I now have no products that I paid a lot of money for, the managers did not give their names or information to contact them, and I will now be forced to contact my bank to get my payment back. For such an expensive spa, this place is extremely unprofessional, and I won't go through them again. read more

I purchased a Groupon for xeomin specifically. It was great, I banked some more xeomin. When checking my account months later, I found out I had actually been given jeuveau. I had some remaining units banked so I foolishly made another appointment and explained that I paid for xeomin, researched and specifically wanted xeomin, and had erroneously been given jeuveau the last time. I was assured, 'so sorry, no worries, this will be xeomin'. I should've made a bigger stink. I called months later to check my balance and found out that last time I had been given jeuveau, again. I paid for xeomin, I wanted xeomin, I was assured I would and did receive xeomin and over multiple sessions, I never received it. Unethical, illegal, dangerous. Now if you actually want jeuveau, the injectors' technical skills are great, everything did what it was supposed to, and they are very friendly, professional, and are also lying through their teeth about what they are injecting into your face. This is not simply a generic vs trade, these are two different botulinum A toxin products. Similar, close to identical, but not the same, and not interchangeable without consent. So incredibly not okay. They're asking for a lawsuit and I'm sure it'll happen soon if they keep this up. read more

I don't know if they don't know what they are doing or if Jeuveau is simply not as effective as Botox. They did not numb the area first. Nothing was explained to me as far as post-procedure care. After three weeks I was not happy with the results and went back. I was basically told there is nothing they can do. I felt as if they had zero interest in helping me ... they had already gotten my money and that was all that mattered. I learned a very expensive lesson. After spending my summer doing photo shoot after photo shoot, my skin needed something to rejuvenate it and bring it back to life. I got the derma-planing procedure, which made me skin BREATHE again and feel like a baby's butt, afterwards I got the genesis laser skin treatment which is a game changer. I paid for Xeomin through Groupon and when I went to get it done, the owner, Gabriella, told me that it wouldn't work on me, even though she isn't even an aesthetician. So she said I could purchase Botox which was on special for 50 units for $500, so I did. I told the person who did it that I didn't want it used on my forehead as it has caused the skin to relax and then push my eyelids down. She did it anyway saying it needed it, it would be fine. It wasn't and in a few days one brow was down on one end and way up on the tail end. It looked awful. When I called and spoke to Gabriella she said that wasn't possible that it doesn't make your lids droop. I told her I was looking at it in the mirror. She is a know it all and won't listen to you. She had me come in and see Deb. When I arrived I showed her how it looked and she said it "looked good". If I could post a picture I would because it did not! Deb put some more in and it looked much better in a few days. I had a few units left over, maybe 15, and when I called today the receptionist put me on hold and then came back and said I didn't have any left! I know I did but I don't have a receipt. Gabriella obviously doesn't want me there and basically stole $150 worth of product from me. Don't go there! She is a very difficult person and doesn't want anyone saying anything is wrong. I had an amazing experience at Suite Six, and particularly with their CoolSculpt treatment. I've been self conscious about my slight double chin for years (a mixture of genetics and a small facial frame), and after researching different options I decided to give CoolSculpt a try. The nurse was amazing and walked me through what to expect every step of the way. While it was a little uncomfortable, it was otherwise a super easy, seamless and non invasive procedure and once the redness went down (about 15 mins post treatment), there were no indicators I had just had anything done (except for some numbness that I felt.) But let's talk about the most important part - the RESULTS. They gave me a heads up that some patients require a two or more treatments, but I've seen incredible results after just one. I remember the first time my side profile was caught in a candid photo (something i always dread), and being like damn - look at that! I have definition there now, and that little pooch is gone. The main reason I'm writing this review is one time I had a Brazilian wax from the owner. I don't think she's even supposed to be doing waxes, and she was the only person there, acting as the receptionist, so when she heard someone come in, she left me lying in the room with wax STILL on me while she proceeded to get in a yelling match with a woman out front. The first facial I got at this place was very good. My Facial with Sherri however was phenomenal. She really took her time treating my skin and gave me great follow yo advice. This is an update to my previous 5-star rating. I loved my first visit to Suite Six... actually I loved all of my visits and had an appointment to bring a friend for a gift facial. A week or so prior to my last appointment, I received an email that my appointment with Lauren had been canceled and then re-booked so I called to inquire and was told that Lauren was no longer with the company. Now, a facial is one thing, however my waxing appointment was also automatically rebooked... A waxing appointment for a Brazilian! Now, ladies... I am pretty sure I don't have to explain that getting a Brazilian is a tad different than getting your eyebrows waxed. I trusted Lauren, loved her personality and felt completely relaxed with her; I didn't want some new person whom I had never met throwing wax down there! So, I told the person on the phone that I needed to cancel (for that very reason). What a disappointment :( I wonder if I can hunt down Lauren? Maybe call every other area salon and ask "do you have a new waxer named Lauren?" I understand that employees come and go (to be honest I had always thought that Lauren was one of the owners since she was so professional) but I feel like for certain services, there needs to be a different level of grace. Nowadays, most of us (imo) feel pretty "attached" to our stylists/technicians/therapists etc. and wouldn't just want to be assigned to somebody else just like that. Clean and conveniently located spa right in Newburyport, MA. That was my first time getting treatments done there, but not my first time to get Botox. Despite my requests to just get 20 units, as what I usually get, the nurse got me 40 units, and then proceeded to sell me more stuff for my skin. This place is all about making buck of people instead of using a personal approach as to let's use 20 units as you requested and then follow up in case if you need more. Nurse was monitored by two doctors, which makes me believe that she was quite new for this procedure, but still charges $14 a unit. This place is all about making money. Not going back. read more

Excellent experience. They fit me in same day as a new customer. Plenty of street parking on Winter Street. Front desk and aesthetician Lindsay were very professional. Filled out new patient form on easy to use iPad. Front areas and treatment rooms are very clean and professional looking. Excellent waxing experience from Lindsay, very clear she knows to interact with clients and make them feel at ease. Used a Groupon but prices are excellent even without it, so will now be a full-time customer. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Owner and staff are unprofessional, untrained, unethical, unapologetic and some of the rudest people I have ever worked with. I purchased a Gilt voucher (along with many others writing reviews) and had the most unpleasant experience. The woman who did my microneedling was clearly untrained, had never done the procedure before, did not ask me my skin care needs or goals and just sat me in a chair and started scraping away. (They didnt even ask my name at check in so I'm not sure how she even knew what I wanted). The next day I woke up with scrapes all over my face and scaring. I looked like I had been attacked by a cat. When I called to talk to Gabriela (the manager) she was the most condescending, unprofessional woman I've ever interacted with and completely disregarded my concerns. She has no business running Suite Six. She spoke down to me and pushed me to buy more Skinceutical products saying that would help. They will push products on you and try to milk you for all you are worth. When I expressed I was unhappy with the service and asked for a refund I was told "too late and too bad". I hope this place goes out of business because they are scamming people out of their money but more importantly, are not providing a safe space for these types of procedures. read more
