I recently bulked up, and had to prepare for a wedding, so I started looking for a new suit. I looked at a few stores including Hugo Boss, and decided to give this place a chance. The two clerks who helped me, Janelle and Benjamin, were awesome! Whenever I had concerns or questions, they were very direct and attentive with me. But what really sold me on this place was the price. The fabric used for their suits is higher quality than Hugo Boss, but this brand is more cost effective! When you take that, and the better customer service, it's a no brainer of which one I would choose. read more

Very nice suits at a reasonable price. All the fabrics are made in Italy but according to my son there are big factories right outside of Milan staffed by Chinese people making materials. The suit seem fairly well-made and include some fancy touches like pick stitching. The employees seem very knowledgeable and friendly and they were very nice to my dog. If I didn't already have a closet full of suits I would definitely be shopping here. They carry two lines of custom tailored suits. The suits I looked at between $400 and $600. I asked about formalwear and they only carry them as custom suits and they start at $999. Their suits are definitely a trim fit and one that I tried on was the next size up from my usual 46 and it was still tight. That's what I get for not being thin. read more

The store management is a chaos. We went in for pick up, which they specifically said during our last appointment that we don't need to book an appointment for pickup. Yet we ended up waiting for more than three hours just to get my husband's suit without trying them on. We waited for 30 minutes the first time we went in even if we had an appointment. If it wasn't for me kept asking can we just pick up the suit and leave they wouldn't even offer this option to you. Also, they let us wait for another 40 minutes just to find the suits. I don't mind making appointments and wait until our appointment to try on suits. And I also get that you guys can be busy and some times you do need to wait a little. But if you tell people appointment is not needed for pick up and let them wait for more than three hours to tolerate your unprofessional arrangements then that's way out of the line! read more

Great place suits and great customer service. I am 6'7 with long arms. My first suit came in and realized that the sleeves were a little too short and the pants needed adjusting as well. I came in and they saw the issue and were happy to refund me and assist me with getting a custom suit to better fit me. Also in that process my refund didn't show up in my account at first and the manager Zandrew worked with me diligently to make sure I finally received my refund. He went over and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. read more

This place is a shit show, every time I shop here and have issues they don't have a manager, where the hell is your district manager then. Suitsupply get your game together or just close the store, train your people and learn to have a manager! No one knows what they're doing and there are a lot of broken promises. Never on time with suits and never get trailering done right. Sales people have no clue what they're doing and when I ask for the DM number they say he's out of touch with the stores. I had one week to get my Mom's 80th Birthday celebration together. Everything was set, except I needed a shirt to match my suite and bowtie. I initially contacted Knot Standard in San Francisco. They said one week was too short notice, and referred me to Suitsupply in San Jose. When I called and told them I wanted a specific color, they said they may have to order it. I decided to take a chance and drive from Santa Cruz for a measurement, and to see the color in person. Upon arrival, I was greeted my Mila with a warm smile. She heard I was coming and already had the color shirt for me to look at. It was perfect! not only the color (violet), but the fabric. Not a typical flat shirt, but it had some weight to it with a nice elegant, subtle pattern. Perfect for the winter. Just what I was looking for. Mila had me try on the shirt, though it was not the right size (just a bit too snug on my 17" neck). She made a call to a store back east and requested a special overnight delivery of a size 45 regular slim fit with a 17 3/4 neck. She had me text her a photo of the receipt so she could keep track of the order. The shirt arrived on Thursday, January 3rd. Though Mila was not in, another salesperson assisted me. She had me try on the shirt, then steam ironed it, and placed it in a beautiful complimentary suite travel bag. While I waited for the shirt, another salesperson asked if I wanted anything to drink. I was brought spring water. What a nice touch! A few minutes later, I was on my way, completely satisfied with the shirt, and impeccable service! Needless to say, Mom's Birthday was a success. I felt like a million bucks in my new shirt. I can't wait to return to find yet another fabulous garment to add to my wardrobe! I highly recommend this store! I wish I had never gone to this store. I dared to buy a jacket and the store rep told asked me if I would prefer the receipt via email and I opted for email. He noted my email and said it's on the file as well. I never got the receipt. I go back to pickup my jacket and there is no record to be found. I give them the information that this jacket was coming from LA store in size X and they track it. I didn't like the jacket and I return it. Instead, I buy jacket no. 2. Now, they have no record of me, so they can't return the jacket no.1, even though I provided the credit card I used to buy this jacket. If you have started to think that this experience was bad, wait!! It gets worse with the Store manager's attitude. His first statement, do not blame my people. And this was a response to whose fault it is. I definitely think he is a borderline racist with that white supremacy, at least he behaved like one. I gave him all my credit card info etc. and he sent an email to corporate and I don't hear back anything a week later. Now, I chat with their online support which was much better than the clueless and arrogant store manager and they find two transactions. They said it will be taken care of and I will get my money back. And it isn't over!! I got my money back, but not for the jacket I returned, but the cheaper one. Still trying to resolve the issue with online support. I am never going back to this store again. If the issue is not resolved, I will live with a 100$ loss, but never entering this store. Spare yourself sometime, and take your business somewhere else. To the SuitSupply Management: Mistakes happen and it's perfectly okay. What't NOT okay is not own them and put your customer through this horrible experience. Hire a decent store manager who's has some customer handling skills. read more

Went in after I had a few friends suggest it. Was left very disappointed both times after the results and customer service of Men's Warehouse so I was very eager to try another place. I didn't mind spending the money to get a good to high quality suit well fitted. Benjamin did a great job in helping me choose and fitting all while not necessarily pushing me towards anything in particular (upswell). Fitting came out perfect and cannot express my satisfaction enough with the suit. It was a great first experience and definitely plan on purchasing more suits and already have suggested it to others. read more

Dropped in around 8 tonight. The two sales associated (1 male, 1 female) failed to greet us and continues to ignore us as we browsed. We went in to purchase a couple vests and due to the lack of customer service we walked out with nothing. This store's graphics really grab your attention and maybe that's the point, in the most classless, offensive and tasteless way. I can't speak for my son; maybe he is just too used to seeing such smut all around him, but I came into the store to pick up the gift my husband and I purchased for him for his graduation from law school and was quickly assaulted by larger-than-life sexual images of tongues in mouths and people grabbing each other-like animals. This store is AMAZING! The customer service at this store is some of the best I have ever experienced. I was in need of a suit and was unsure of what to get. I'm a shorts, sweats, jeans and t-shirt kind of person. Mila was the employee at this Suitsupply that saved the day! With the COVID-19 restrictions, the store was closed, but Mila conducted several virtual meetings with me to assess what I was looking for in a suit and she really worked with me. She was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. Once the store was allowed to reopen, I went in and was greeted by Mila and the store manager (I unfortunately did not get his name). I was help buy someone with a full beard and he seem as though he didn't really care for me as a customer. I walked out both time extremely frustrated. Since I had to get a suit for my friends wedding, I went back in and Anthony was there and did a fantastic job. Not only professional but was really informative about suits but also style in general.
