The manager and Bella were both very communicative through Yelp messaging, responding quickly and making the booking process seamless. I mentioned that I had lashes done at another place and wasn't sure if we should remove them or keep them. Bella recommended removal since the lashes were a different material, and I absolutely agreed--especially once I felt how much softer the ones she used were compared to my previous set. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, leaving the heater on in the room so I didn't need a blanket or jacket. Even the lash removal was a surprisingly pleasant experience! She used a crème-based remover, unlike the previous place I visited, and it felt more like relief than anything else. The entire process was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep twice. I will definitely be coming back to see Bella for future visits. I also love the location--being a San Francisco native who recently moved back from Marin, it makes me proud to be part of the city again.
