Family time 2 bowls for 3 people.

Big heads up: this will be on the 2nd floor of the plaza. Same plaza as the HK Market. Also, you will not see the sign Sul & Beans. It's called Korean Bingsoo Cafe. It's next to the Sumi Sumi. I brought my parents here for a perfect dessert experience. It was a hot summer day and this was the most perfect spot to take them. We ordered 1 mango and 1 Taro Bingsoo. We basically finished it all between the 3 of us. This is such a guilt-free feeling dessert that's so light and airy. This is my new favorite dessert spot.

Sul & Beans is a great place for late night dessert. The shaved ice was light, fluffy, and perfectly refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness. The toast was also a standout--warm, crispy on the outside, and deliciously sweet on the inside. The combination of both is a must-order. Great desserts, cozy atmosphere, and a perfect place to satisfy your sweet tooth. I'll definitely be back!

Banana Milk Bingsoo

After our KBBQ gorge, we grabbed dessert at Sul & Beans in the MaDang Courtyard in Ktown. It was popular and busy, with a line out the door. We ordered the banana milk bingsoo, and it was enough for all of us. We poured the condensed milk on top, and dove in. I have had bingsoo before, but it's been a while. What a welcome return! Parking in the plaza.

Fresh Mango Bingsoo

Best bingsoo ever!! Everything is made from scratch and only the freshest ingredients are used. I have tried many flavors, which have all been delicious. The menu is huge! I always get bingsoo and the snow is soft, light, and fluffy every time. If I had to pick a favorite bingsoo flavor, it would probably be the Fresh Mango Bingsoo. The mango is sweet and juicy, pairing perfectly with the snow and condensed milk. Super refreshing on a hot day. Green Tea Bingsoo would be a close second. The red bean is very creamy, while the nuts add a nice, crunchy texture. Aside from the bingsoo, the toasts are also good sweet treats. Each toast is cut into 8 pieces, so it is easy to share. There are various toast flavors, but you can never go wrong with the classic injeolmi toast. Weekend nights are always super busy and there will be a waitlist. Luckily, there are lots of tables, so the wait should not be too long regardless if you are in a small or big group. Do not forget to get parking validation when you are at the register!

Strawberry Cheese Bingsoo

Got the strawberry cheesecake bingsoo and it was honestly so good. It was really light, and the toppings of the strawberry and cheesecake made it super refreshing. It also comes with a side of condensed milk so you can adjust the sweetness accordingly. We also got the injeolmi French toast. It was really good, but definitely on the heavier side. I'm personally not a big French toast person, but it was still really good and my friends really enjoyed it. There's a parking lot downstairs and they do validate for 2 hours i believe. Service was friendly and gave good recommendations. There's also plenty of seating inside. Overall, really enjoyed it and would come back!

Strawberry Cheese Bingsoo, Strawberry Citron, Green Grape Ade

Great place for a super fresh and light dessert. It's located on the second level of the Madang Mall. Parking is easy as there is a pretty big lot and I believe it is free with validation. Service is quick and the workers were friendly in my most recent visit. The space itself has a modern vibe and is cozy enough to sit for a while and enjoy your bingsu. We had the Strawberry Cheese Bingsoo and it was perfect! The texture of the ice is my favorite part of bingsu and Sul & Beans had that perfect light and fluffy texture. The flavor was great as well; not too sweet and the cheesecake bites complemented it well. We also had the Strawberry Citron and the Green Grape Ade to drink. The Strawberry Citron was a little bitter for my tastes, but the Green Grape Ade was very subtly sweet and refreshing. Portion size is definitely generous, so it would be best to come enjoy with multiple people.

Sul and Beans is such a great spot for dessert on a very hot day. After having KBBQ, we were craving something tasty but also something light. We figured out this was the best place to go!

Insane wait on a Saturday around 9pm. Like a ~45 min wait. Write your name on the clipboard, and someone will call out your name + party size, so stay close. Many parties didn't show up, so they would continue down the list. Order @ the register, and pick up your order at the counter. Very tasty, they are generous w the filling and toppings. Huge variety of flavors, something for everyone. Our group of 6 split 2, and felt it was the perfect amount.

Chocolate Bingsoo

Got the Choco Bingsoo and Green Grape Ade. The drink was a bit sour but good nonetheless. I really like the chocolate toppings on the bingsoo. Seating can be tricky if it's busy and they validate parking.

Injeolmi Bingsoo

I came on a Friday night and this place was packed! However, the staff and service were efficient so I was seated and served in no time. My friends and I shared the injeolmi bingsoo and it was sooo good! The ice was like powder and the toppings on top paired perfectly with it. The place can get crowded but don't let it discourage you from trying it out!

Located of Western Ave in Los Angeles in Koreatown. Parking is available in the structure where H Mart is. This place is a multi level with other eating spots, shops and movie theater. This place has a good amount of seating but being a popular spot it can get packed here. I got the strawberry match it was ok. Also tried the banana milk bingsoo as well that my friend got. Service was ok one of my friend's drink was made and ready but the buzzer wasn't working we were wondering what was taking so long since we all got our stuff, when he went to counter he was told yeah the buzzer wasn't working they could of said something or called it out or something. Overall the place has done good bingsoo and the drinks were good.

we went on a sunday night, so it luckily wasn't too busy, but i know lines can be long especially on weekends. the service was surprisingly fast and it only took 5-10 mins for 3 orders to come! 3 orders was more than enough for a group of 6! our favorites were the mango and taro - super refreshing and delicious!! love the seating options (both indoor and outdoor). would definitely recommend for a sweet treat during summer!!

Fresh Strawberry Bingsoo

I get salted is in the name... but I swear they made my salted cream top matcha out of OCEAN water. I also had the strawberry bingsoo, which was delicious, so, being in the good mood that I was, I get the sea salt cream top matcha latte, because the pictures, as well as everybody else's matchas looked so good! Well not only did mine turn out looking like shit, it tasted like it too! Maybe I was just ugly as shit to them and they therefore thought I didn't deserve a decent drink.

You don't feel like you're eating shaved ice! You feel like you're eating a fluffy cloud! When you walk in, you are greeted by kiosks where you place your order. You don't have much interaction with the staff other than than they calling out your number when your order is ready Only downside is they were playing music way too loud! The store itself had maybe 1-2 other parties inside... but the music was too loud we practically had to yell at each other to MAYBE hear the person right next to us. I definitely was not a fan of that vibe. The dessert itself though was phenomenal

For those driving here, we did notice it was connected to small parking structure. Upon entering the front, there were 2 kiosks. We had no interaction with staff. There was no customization with the selections and there was no one to ask. For instance the mango shaved snow came with the melon. I wanted the strawberry shaved snow with the melon balls but they didn't have that option. When you order additional toppings, they leave it on the side. Not visually appealing at all. My niece and I shared the Strawberry Shaved Ice ($18.99) and added Mochi ($2.50) and Melon Balls ($4.25). After you order from the kiosk, you seat yourself and they'll call your number when your order ready. I really like their shaved ice here because the ice is creamy and flavored before they shave it so it's extra flavorful and creamy. It's just really expensive for what it is and especially pricey when you want additional ingredients. Most other shaved ice businesses will allow multiple ingredients for a portion of the cost. One thing that was weird is how it came in a plate instead of a bowl shaped container. Eat quick and make sure it doesn't tip over. I'm so torn because I like the product after the addition of more toppings, but I'm not sure it's worth the price. Also no staff interaction and lacking customization makes my experience as a customer frustrating and limited. Not sure if I would come back.

As for the drinks and food. What we've had here has always been good. Best to eat their Croffle and baked goods there. Although Matcha is not for my liking, I'm more for their Taro Drink. B says the Matcha here is one of the better ones she's had. I have to agree even their Matcha Ice Cream is good. We get is the Matcha Croffle + Ice Cream, Matcha Einspanner, Taro Einspanner, and their cakes. Only thing I knocked down a star is because Not all the workers know the answers to your questions of what is in what food item or if you can substitute the milks. So that's something Cafe Upper should train all staff. Especially if people have food allergies.

I'm from the Bay Area but I've been to Cafe Dulce several times. My wife and I really like their Hong Kong Tea Latte and their Matcha drink, as well as their various donuts and baked goods. In the morning rush they can be a little busy but the staff work hard. On a recent visit I saw people eating their steak breakfast burritos, so I ordered one for myself and a coworker. The burritos were reasonable size, the steak was seasoned well, and the breakfast burrito had potatoes in it (I only like breakfast burritos that have potatoes/hash browns/tots in it). Blueberry Roti ($4)-- Flaky crumble on top and blueberry jam?? YES YESSSS. I liked this so much I'd definitely go back for it. Blueberry jam is so underrated and it's rare to find it in a pastry! Makes for a good sweet lil treat. Hot latte ($5)-- Perfect!! No complaints. Not too milky, not too light. Good ratio. I was actually kind of worried ordering a latte because not every place does it right but it's good here! Iced blueberry matcha ($6?)-- I see lots of good things about this drink on here but ooooooof... it missed the mark and by a LOOOT too. It was green sweet cereal milk. Where's the matcha? Where's the blueberry? It was so confusing because I see the green and I know I ordered matcha... but it's just sweet milk! And it's not even blueberry flavored milk. Did they forget the blueberry jam? Syrup? Whatever they use? Because it just tastes like the milk after a bowl of Frosted Flakes or something like that. Very sad, very disappointing. Ended up tossing after a couple sips. ANDDD for those matcha purists this is NOOOT the place for you! They have it pre mixed in a milk gallon.
