The space is large with many tables, which some customers utilized for studying. The ordering system is through electronic kiosks, which really streamlines the process. The desserts themselves are just like how I remembered them from Korea! The fruits are extremely fresh and pair well with the condensed milk that is served on the side! So far the best shave ice/snow place I come across in Colorado. I wish they have more stores closer to me. I live an hour and half away.

I love Sulbing! So excited that a location has opened in Colorado. Got the mango cheese bingsu, mango sparkling ade, and the bbungeopang (fish shaped waffle stuffed with red bean). Everything was good and I enjoyed it. Obviously it isn't prime mango season so some of the mango wasn't great. I also wished that the waffles and red bean came out warm, but it tasted good regardless. Favorite thing had to have been either the bingsu or the ade! Either way, I don't think you can go wrong with any of the options. Kiosks are used to order so there isn't a ton of service experience, but the employees were nice. The setup was clean and cute. I like the look of this place way better than Snowl. I'll come here over Snowl any day. read more

Our Bingsu was delicious! Similar to the high end cafe we tried in San Francisco, really neat and clean interior with easy to understand menus. They have a shelf of false product so you can see what you're ordering which was super helpful. 10/10, will be coming back! read more

Anything with matcha is delish, but I advise to not get the Oreo ones because they are so sweet, and shaved ice is pretty well known in Japan and Korea, so don't order an Americanized option. Tiramisu sulbing was awesome! Was not overly sweet. It's definitely a treat because it was a bit pricey. The place was clean and pleasant.

What a fun and unique dessert here to get here in Denver. We didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. We ordered 2 sulbings and it was a lot but we ponyed up and finished them both. The Chocolate Matcha Tea was good and had a very solid tart matcha flavor. The Tiramisu was my favorite and came with a whole piece of Tiramisu on top. Easy to order, clean and yummy desserts. They offer mini sizes for the sulbing, the regular sizes are huge and are meant to be shared (seriously they feed up to 4 people)which is why they are more expensive. This is a great cafe to hang out and talk with friends but the workers here usually stay in the back working and making orders. Like a lot of Korean cafes the employees typically don't interact a bunch with customers.If it's not something you are used to and you crave employee interaction there's a Starbucks down the street. Soft opening weekend so we decided to check it out. They didn't have parking close by so we walked back after we found parking. There's not a large sign yet but they had their cloth sign outside. Patio seating available but it was too cold for that and sulbing. Sulbing is shaved ice so fine it's like flakes of snow. The portion is large and for us who don't eat a lot of dessert a little much. We went with the tiramisu sulbing. I would have liked a strawberry one but that one is coming. They also have different types of toast which look intriguing but since we had just eaten lunch, we passed. And we had just purchased some taiyaki so we didn't get those either. The place is clean and has two gender neutral restrooms which is nice. Lots of sunlight and a tv monitor which announces when your order is ready to be picked up. We placed our order at one of two self serve kiosks as they only accept cash at the counter. You buss your own tables and return the tray after dining to a window. The strawberry yogurt sulbing was amazing! I had similar things when I lived in California years ago, and it felt like Colorado was never going to get anything like it, but yay, it's here! We loved every bite, and definitely finished every bite, ha (between two of us!). The only thing that's keeping it from a 5-star is the price, but I guess if you consider that you're splitting it between two people, MAYBE it's easier to swallow? Definitely recommend! read more

I've been a fan of Sulbing since trying it in Korea. I'm beyond excited they opened in Denver! 10/10. Love their sulbing. Went to their grand opening and was so excited. Pros: very clean and friendly staff. Here is the big con: When I looked at the sizes and prices I was daunted. $17 for a dish of ice cream!?? Mind you, they are HUGE! I understand they are meant to be shared, but my daughter wanted the Oreo flavor and I wanted tiramisu. There was no way I was going to shell out $32 for two bowls of ice cream. So I sucked it up and got the Oreo and plowed through. They don't offer individual sized bowls for a bit less so that everyone can enjoy different t favorites. Nice, but won't be going back due to being so expensive and inability to get individual flavors in smaller sizes. read more

We shared the sulbing as it was big enough for 2 people. There is an electronic kiosk to order from. I would suggest to look thru all the categories on it since they show the sulbing and a few of the other desserts. We didnt know they served a cheese rice cake appetizer dish. The posted hours say they close at 10pm on Friday night. My wife and I drove down an hour away just to find the place packed, but the doors locked. It was 9:25 and some people sitting outside let us know the other set of doors had been locked also for some time.
