We love coming to this restaurant. The food is always delicious and Service is pretty fast and efficient. We prefer the new location at Colorado Mills because we never have to wait too long for a table. But this one is always a long wait. We ordered the Thai Lettuce Wraps, and Korean Style Chicken and they were great. We also tried the coconut cheesecake and that was scrumptious. The space is always pleasant, clean and organized. I'm writing specifically to shout out the server we had at the Park Meadows location. We were there recently and, I don't know how she stayed so professional. We had the misfortune of sitting next to a group of three that was a total nightmare. One guy was being incredibly loud and literally picking his nose at the table in front of everyone--it was gross. Then the food comes, and the constant complaining started. They kept asking for extra ingredients, then complained there was too much sauce. At one point, they actually complained that the calamari had "too many tentacles" and demanded only rings. Our server was a saint--stayed polite but firm when explaining that's just how the dish comes. It was so obvious they were just fishing for a free meal (and they actually managed to scam one). They even cleared out all the complimentary bread and kept pushing for more freebies. It's frustrating to see people take advantage of a business like that, and honestly, I kind of wanted to see them get kicked out. The food was great as always, but the way the staff handled those low-lifes without letting it ruin the vibe for the rest of us was the real standout. 5 stars for the service alone. read more

Service was crazy slow on Friday night. Our actual server was fine, but it took forever to get our food. I think we ended up being there for close to two hours. I decided to try the Branzino on the Skinnylicious menu. It was fine, I guess, although it wasn't the most flavorful piece of fish I've ever had. Mashed potatoes were delicious, but green beans were undercooked. I was hoping for more excitement for $28. My wife had the veggie burger melt, which may have changed from the regular veggie burger since it's now on rye bread, as a melt should be. After a fun day walking around the mall and dress shopping at the Vowd, we came here for a bite to eat and left so satisfied! The menu is huge and honestly leaves you wanting to try it all. I chose the spiked pink lemonade and the sugar rim was a nice touch! If you aren't careful you can easily down this drink because it tastes like a normal pink lemonade. We chose to share the fried Mac and cheese and it was to die for! The taste was beyond amazing, leaving you licking the plate wanting more. Perfectly fried, the cheese was still creamy but with a satisfying crunch. And the sauce paired so well! Everyone loved it we had to buy 2. For entrees I got the steak and frites, the steak was cooked perfectly and cut like butter! The fires were crispy and plentiful. My fiancé got the Cajun salmon and I'm not much of a fish person but it was great! The spices made the salmon taste amazing! We were truly impressed with our food, loving every last bite! We Ofcourse had to get a cheesecake, got it Togo because we knew we couldn't finish it. The caramel pecan cheesecake was devine! So rich and creamy! We loved every bite. This place has it all and something for everyone. The fried Mac and cheese stole the show for us and I would go back just for that alone. We came on a Saturday night no reservations. They told us it would be about 30-40 minutes until we were seated. We did not mind waiting since this cheesecake factory location is in the mall we could shop while we waited. We ended up not waiting 30 minutes but more like an hour. If we knew it was an hour, we may have just gone somewhere else to eat. It is better if they overestimate the wait time over underestimating it. Lots of impatient people swarming the host standing all being told the same thing that they were up next and that their table just needed to be cleaned. Not a good way to start dinner. Once we were seated, I ordered the Passion Mint Fizz to drink. So tasty especially for an N/A option. For my entree I got the shrimp scampi. This also was really delicious. Everyone at our table was so full by the time we were done with our meals, but you can't come to the cheesecake factory without getting a cheesecake! We all shared the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. YUM! One thing I do like about the cheesecake factory is how many different options they have of cheesecake. Next time I come though I know to make reservations to avoid all that chaos. read more

Recent visit after Bible Study for lunch. Sat at the bar and wasn't super hungry but wanted to grab something prior to doing retail therapy. Had a Lemon Drop Martini, and I had the new Meatballs Sliders. They were excellent! The bread, a Ciabatta, was delicious. It's been several years since I've tried the Cheesecake Factory, and I've definitely missed out on the updates to the menu. Our family tried almost every appetizer, with the favorites being the Mac and Cheese Balls and the avocado egg rolls. Specialty drinks from the bar were great. You definitely need to have a coconut mojito! The entrees didn't disappoint either. Lastly, the staple cheesecake is still excellent with several flavors tasted. Great location! Absolutely no wait when we came in on 1/17! We were not greeted at the front or spoken to, the guy simply looked at us like "what do you want" and we said table for 2 and he nodded, and put menus on the side. We then were greeted by a far nicer person who walked us to our table. We were seated at a great table, which gave us a view of the restaurant and we could still see the snowfall outside. Our server, Madison, was absolutely fantastic. While we ordered, she happily made recommendations. She recommended the Bee Sting flatbread which was stellar! Great recommendation! We were celebrating a birthday, which Madison politely asked if she could sing to the birthday boy, which was so nice. She also brought over a wonderful birthday treat. On the one hand, I've enjoyed multiple meals at this restaurant. However today I had what they referred to as Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo. Having toured the South, including the wonderful states of Louisiana, South Carolina, and Arkansas, I've enjoyed TRUE gumbo. This was a concoction of chicken, rice, and shrimp with a very modest amount of "sauce". A sad disappointment and I would advise looking to a true southern restaurant that specializes in Southern dishes. Not sure if she was hard of hearing, or didn't speak English all that well, but she kept reading it back to me slowly and wrong. She finally got it after roughly 10 times repeating it. Then when I got the text that our table was ready, she had put my name as Christie. Not even close. We only waited about 20 minutes for a table and did some light shopping during that time. Once seated our server (pretty sure her name was Andrea) was absolutely AAAmazing. Great personality, constantly checking on us or getting us more bread. She was fantastic. Our food came out quickly and it was so delicious. No complaints. We still had a little left on our gift cards so we got cheesecake to go and that was also delicious. Very crowded as expected so I suggest planning for a longer wait time or coming here earlier (5pm for dinner). Disappointing in nearly every respect. Disgusting in more than one. Seated at a table with cutlery already present. Drinks ordered. Beverage arrived in a glass adorned with lipstick that could be felt (the original tip-off) and seen. Obtaining a replacement was an exercise in patience. My partner soon thereafter found a large chunk of dried food waste on her butter knife whilst buttering her bread. Upon further inspection we noted that 3 of the 8 pieces of cutlery between us had significant caked on waste. Trash (straw wrappers, empty sugar packets etc.) and the dirty cutlery was literally pushed from the table edge to in front of my partner when her entry arrived. Choosing to stay and eat after noticing the lack of cleanliness was a mistake on our part. The food was not even on par with an airport Panda Express during a labor shortage. We finished by politely declining to have the leftovers boxed and settled our bill. I discreetly asked to speak with the person in charge at the reception desk. This is the interaction that was truly SHOCKING. The woman would hardly listen, let alone make eye contact. We were cut off & curtly dismissed with a "how bout we send you home with a slice of cheesecake?" We opted to pass on the opportunity to be further disappointed. Should you be looking for an unclean setting to dine on high school cafeteria like food served at a premium price managed by individuals not fit to oversee the feeding of composting worms.....this just may be the place for you. read more

When we got served, I got a smaller cup than everyone else. I got Mac and cheese bites, but they were only cheese. They were still good though. The bread was very good. I ate 6-8 slices of bread ( I lost count after 4). The cheesecake was delicious. I got the s'mores cheesecake. There are at least 20 different types of cheesecake that all sounded and looked amazing. I always love coming to the cheesecake factory. I always feel very full. Satisfied after leaving the cheeseburger. Spring rolls are really good. I don't think I'll get them next time(just because I think I'll be trying a different appetizer, or a sticking with a Macc cheese balls,), but they're definitely a must try!! This is my first time ever trying a gumbo from anywhere, and I must say it was really good. It's very seasoned sandwich obviously is expected as gumbo is, but the rice is a good balance. I don't have really anything else to compare it to, but my boyfriend has had it before and he says that it's pretty spot on, so we thought it was good! My favorite dessert ever has to be Linda fudge cake. It just reminds me of the Matilda cake, and it is so so delicious. The service is always friendly from the host to the servers and the ambience is always great . Food always comes out super fast for the amount of people always dining at this popular restaurant, so I'm always grateful for that. If you have never eaten at a Cheesecake Factory the one in Park Meadows mall will give you a great experience of what the brand provides. We have eaten here probably 10 times in our 2 years in Denver and the consistency is amazing. The menu at Cheesecake Factory is HUGE and easily can service every palate. From American, to Italian, Asian, lighter bites, and seafood the menu boarders on absurd. And the kicker is that the food is good no matter what you choose. As you might have spect their desert menu is huge too and their cheesecake is amazing. The space is clean, comfortable and can be romantic even with its large size. It usually is pretty busy so waits even for small parties is pretty normal. Where this place loses a star is on price. It is genuinely difficult to not spend at least 3 figures here for a couple for a meal and desert (which let's be honest is 1/2 the reason most people are coming here). Overall a solid choice with amazing consistency and an elevated price tag. read more

Once you make it into the restaurant the servers are awesome and the food is fine. The staff at the front desk all should be fired; they are rude and disingenuous. If I owned the store I'd send secret diners so they can get an honest reflection of what the experience is like. After they had already waited 27 minutes, I watched them tell a Spanish speaking family of 3 (the little boy was translating for his mom and sister) that it would be an additional 1.25 hours while simultaneously telling a new group of 4, just checking in 1.25 hours wait time. Very poor experience. The servers all work extremely hard but the service on entering is abysmal. If the wait is going to be 150 minutes, don't tell me it's 40 minutes and then add on 4 incremental 15-30 minutes each time I ask. read more

Say what you want about The Cheesecake Factory but when I just want a variety to choose from, overwhelmingly large portions, and banging cheesecake for dessert, this is the place to go. We came on a Saturday evening, knowing it would be packed. They take limited reservations online but we walked in and out our name on the list. For arrive just before 6, the wait of 40 minutes (it was exactly 40 minutes) really wasn't that bad at all, especially because there's a whole mall to walk around while waiting for a text. After we were seated, our waitress came by right away to get drink orders and bring some bread. If you don't know about the Cheesecake Factory bread, you're missing out. It's not like the most amazing bread in the world but it's part of the experience and obviously the two of use gobbled down a few baskets. My husband ordered the bacon bacon cheeseburger and I ordered the Mexicali salad. There are so many decadent things to choose from but I got a salad because I was saving room for the cheesecake. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and of course, the portions are huge and probably meant for two people. I really enjoyed my salad- the dressing had a nice spice to it. My husband enjoyed his burger. We got to the end of the meal and of course it was time for cheesecake. I went for the toasted marshmallow s'mores cheesecake and it was delicious. Chocolaty in all the right aways but the marshmallow fluff somehow cuts through it even though it's also decadent? Idk I guess I won't question it because it was real good. Overall, I love the Cheesecake Factory and I get why everyone loves it. It's weirdly lit, not a lot of room for activities, you're basically sitting on a chair you could put on your back porch, but you don't even care because you're having a good time.
