The establishment is beautiful and clean and though it is always busy they always seat us expediently and take care of us as though we are the only ones in the room! Everything I have ever tried is wonderful but I can't help but have the Thai lettuce wraps everytime I come as they are my absolute favorite!! I wrap up the leftovers because it's such a massive portion and then take a delectable slice of cheesecake to go cuz I never have room to eat it there! We finally got to use our gift cards from Christmas and we ordered as much as we could and took the rest home. Definitely a good choice for grabbing food that you can heat up the next day as leftovers. Our server was polite, knowledgeable, and checked up on us at the right times. There were lots of people there and we still had to wait even though we had a reservation. It was pretty noisy but our table was so small that we were able to talk to each other. I wish I could give this place a 4.5 stars just .5 off since our table was really small. read more

Good dinner here last night. I don't review the CCF on every visit, but am here as we tried a few different things for the first time that were very good. One daughter and I split the egg roll sampler...or whatever it's called. All four...avocado, TexMex, cheeseburger, and chicken taquito...were all quite tasty. I'm sure we'd get it again. We then split the Buffalo Blasts, which are also wonderful. The other daughter got the chicken and biscuit appetizer. She liked it, but it seemed a little smaller to us than expected...and with the entrees coming out right after the appetizers, she said later she probably could've done without it. My wife had the veggie burger and salad from the Skinnylicious menu for the first time and liked it...said she'd get it again. I'm writing specifically to shout out the server we had at the Park Meadows location. We were there recently and, I don't know how she stayed so professional. We had the misfortune of sitting next to a group of three that was a total nightmare. One guy was being incredibly loud and literally picking his nose at the table in front of everyone--it was gross. Then the food comes, and the constant complaining started. They kept asking for extra ingredients, then complained there was too much sauce. At one point, they actually complained that the calamari had "too many tentacles" and demanded only rings. Our server was a saint--stayed polite but firm when explaining that's just how the dish comes. It was so obvious they were just fishing for a free meal (and they actually managed to scam one). They even cleared out all the complimentary bread and kept pushing for more freebies. It's frustrating to see people take advantage of a business like that, and honestly, I kind of wanted to see them get kicked out. The food was great as always, but the way the staff handled those low-lifes without letting it ruin the vibe for the rest of us was the real standout. 5 stars for the service alone. read more

After a fun day walking around the mall and dress shopping at the Vowd, we came here for a bite to eat and left so satisfied! The menu is huge and honestly leaves you wanting to try it all. I chose the spiked pink lemonade and the sugar rim was a nice touch! If you aren't careful you can easily down this drink because it tastes like a normal pink lemonade. We chose to share the fried Mac and cheese and it was to die for! The taste was beyond amazing, leaving you licking the plate wanting more. Perfectly fried, the cheese was still creamy but with a satisfying crunch. And the sauce paired so well! Everyone loved it we had to buy 2. For entrees I got the steak and frites, the steak was cooked perfectly and cut like butter! The fires were crispy and plentiful. My fiancé got the Cajun salmon and I'm not much of a fish person but it was great! The spices made the salmon taste amazing! We were truly impressed with our food, loving every last bite! We Ofcourse had to get a cheesecake, got it Togo because we knew we couldn't finish it. The caramel pecan cheesecake was devine! So rich and creamy! We loved every bite. The weight staff was incredible. We got a little bit of rain outside, so they moved us in reheated our food and brought us some complementary perks. My partner and I ordered the spicy rigatoni with sausage and the chicken parm " pizza style ". Holy sh1t. It was good. Chicken parm was CRAZY. Think chicken crust pizza meets pasta. 8/10. The portion was huge. The spicy rigatoni was a safe choice. Couldn't go wrong. The sauce was great. We came on a Saturday night no reservations. They told us it would be about 30-40 minutes until we were seated. We did not mind waiting since this cheesecake factory location is in the mall we could shop while we waited. We ended up not waiting 30 minutes but more like an hour. If we knew it was an hour, we may have just gone somewhere else to eat. It is better if they overestimate the wait time over underestimating it. Lots of impatient people swarming the host standing all being told the same thing that they were up next and that their table just needed to be cleaned. Not a good way to start dinner. Once we were seated, I ordered the Passion Mint Fizz to drink. So tasty especially for an N/A option. For my entree I got the shrimp scampi. This also was really delicious. Everyone at our table was so full by the time we were done with our meals, but you can't come to the cheesecake factory without getting a cheesecake! We all shared the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. YUM! One thing I do like about the cheesecake factory is how many different options they have of cheesecake. Next time I come though I know to make reservations to avoid all that chaos. read more

Recent visit after Bible Study for lunch. Sat at the bar and wasn't super hungry but wanted to grab something prior to doing retail therapy. Had a Lemon Drop Martini, and I had the new Meatballs Sliders. They were excellent! The bread, a Ciabatta, was delicious. We came to the restaurant and asked if the taco lettuce wraps had onions in them. We were told no and when we got them there were onions on them. My sister is very allergic to them and had to go to the hospital at an Olive Garden. The server told us show me the onions cause they dont put them in this dish. I said I just ate them and they are in here. They came back with more tacos. About ten minutes later two managers came and said dont eat the sauce there is onion in that also. They wanted to charge us for 3 plates cause they screwed up on the onions. We wont be going back there again. read more

Great location! Absolutely no wait when we came in on 1/17! We were not greeted at the front or spoken to, the guy simply looked at us like "what do you want" and we said table for 2 and he nodded, and put menus on the side. We then were greeted by a far nicer person who walked us to our table. We were seated at a great table, which gave us a view of the restaurant and we could still see the snowfall outside. Our server, Madison, was absolutely fantastic. While we ordered, she happily made recommendations. She recommended the Bee Sting flatbread which was stellar! Great recommendation! Very disappointed- crispy buffalo chicken sandwich had no buffalo/hot sauce, just an overcooked piece of chicken with a small side of what might have been their version of blue cheese dressing?, , the chicken toqutoes were greasy, overcooked (burns edges) and too much celantro sauce ( could not get the taste out of my mouth! On the one hand, I've enjoyed multiple meals at this restaurant. However today I had what they referred to as Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo. Having toured the South, including the wonderful states of Louisiana, South Carolina, and Arkansas, I've enjoyed TRUE gumbo. This was a concoction of chicken, rice, and shrimp with a very modest amount of "sauce". A sad disappointment and I would advise looking to a true southern restaurant that specializes in Southern dishes. Their food has always been pretty expensive, and I'd rather go somewhere else for this level of pricing, but a girl craves the Factory sometimes. I just love the Cheesecake factory so much. I mean they have everything on the menu you can think of so if you don't like something, try something else. I am obsessed with the chicken farfalle and it is my go to. It is pricey, but the dinner portion makes 2 meals for me. Then when I got the text that our table was ready, she had put my name as Christie. Not even close. We only waited about 20 minutes for a table and did some light shopping during that time. Once seated our server (pretty sure her name was Andrea) was absolutely AAAmazing. Great personality, constantly checking on us or getting us more bread. She was fantastic. Very crowded as expected so I suggest planning for a longer wait time or coming here earlier (5pm for dinner).
