Great place for noodles and dim sum..been coming here for quite a long time and always get freshly prepared, delicious food. The roasted pork and duck are also favorites of mine. Pics included

Came on a Sunday after a quick night stay for a baseball game. Was quickly seated and by myself so only tried a couple of the go tos. Had all the basics and cart service so I only waited minutes until I got to munch. The custard buns were delicious and har gow the usual suspect did not disappoint. Staff was welcoming!

Came for the Salty Fish Fried Rice (EXCELLENT btw) and went with the Singapore Noodles instead! Great blend of curry, char siu and shrimp! Service and ambiance great as always - always happy to return.

Stopped in for lunch as we were craving Chinese, we were just after the lunch crowd so not too busy. We were seated immediately and asked the waitress what her favorite/best dishes were...and ordered two of her reccos. OMG, so good! We had hot & sour soup and crab Rangoon to start, then I had a chicken and rice dish (spicy!) and he had a beef and rice dish. Both were wonderful and of course we had leftovers! I was only able to get a pic of mine as he dug in...if you want authentic Chinese, this is the place!!!

One of the few remaining cart dim sum restaurants left in Saint Louis, make sure you get there right at 11 or risk waiting for a long time for a table. We had a dim sum newbie with us, so we ordered as many dishes as we could fit on our table. Har Gau was tender and while the skin was a little on the thicker side, it was the perfect texture and bite. The fong zaau (chicken's feet) are perfectly braised. Their ke zi (eggplant stuffed with shrimp) was utterly delicious. Gai lan (Chinese broccoli) is cooked just right with so much flavor. Very few places in STL still do dim sum, but even less actually put a salted egg yolk in their lo mei gei (lotus leaf steamed sticky rice). It was SO good. The staff is so nice and will looooove you if you can speak Cantonese. Inside, it feels like a classic, Chinese diner. I love this place for every time of day, but especially for dim sum.

Tasty and authentic dim sum in St. Louis! The menu is huge, and everything we've tried has been fresh and flavorful. What really sets this place apart is how family-friendly it is. They actually have a real diaper changing station (not just a flimsy wall-mounted one), which shows how thoughtful they are about families dining here. Plus, you don't have to stress about kids being loud -- the atmosphere is lively and chatty, exactly what you'd expect from a dim sum spot. We've come with big groups several times and never felt rushed. Service is welcoming, and we always leave full and happy. Definitely a go-to for dim sum in St. Louis!

I usually visit Lulu for some tasty dim sum, but I think wonton king is a hidden gem! There was no wait and plenty of tables available even at around 12:30. A lot of dim sum choices to pick from the cart, and I enjoyed the food we got! I got to try the fried taro with pork for the first time, and it was surprisingly delicious! My only complaint would be the food being too salty... They have the flowy egg yolk buns, which were not found in Lulu, and those are a must try! You may need to wait 5 minutes for them to be hot, but it's definitely worth the wait.

We came on a Sunday afternoon and didn't have to wait for a table. The restaurant is decorated with photos of the family. The hostess was very friendly. We were not familiar with dim sum so we were slightly confused when they kept coming around with the carts and offering us different things. They have an extensive menu. We started with the fried wontons. They were filled with some type of meat. For our entrees we got the chicken fried rice and the house special chow mein. It was a bit pricey but the portions were large and the food was authentic. I look forward to trying dim sum next time.

What time do they serve dim sum until on Saturdays?

The link to the website does not work. When do they have their dim sum service? Is it every day?

Carts on the weekends. Limited menu dim sum through the week. My opinion - best dim sum in the area!

Do you need reservations for Dim sum for 6 people on a Saturday?

Are you going for Dim Sum. Not sure if you get there early. Just to be safe I would call.

Do the have carts for dim sum?

    Yes, they have carts.

Are they still doing the traditional dim sum (bring out on carts) on weekends?

No carts yet, and more limited dim sum menu to order; but still plenty of great options to enjoy! They bring your selections directly to your table. And ask for any fresh specials they may offer!

Hi there--does anyone know if the dim sum items can be ordered any time? I see dim sum is served 11-3, but I'm wondering if that is the cart service? Any clarification would be greatly appreciated 😁

There are a few dim sum items that can be ordered from the menu any time, but most are available during cart service only (Saturdays and Sundays).

Both the pork and beef had very different flavor, but both were fantastic. Super fresh, you can see them making them in the back. Definitely look up a video on how to eat them correctly before you come here, because they are SO enjoyable. Definitely a comfort meal. My only complaint is prices seem pretty steep. I get it, inflation, but this is a pretty expensive meal for a couple dumplings. I love having a spot like this close and recommend everyone to at least try it! So unique, fun, and delicious.

If you look too closely, you will notice that it's not exactly the cleanliest, there's not a lot of attention to detail in the atmosphere and someone is usually smoking downstairs which drifts up into the dining room and is quite unpleasant. My favorites are the shrimp long noodles and they pour a nice sauce over it and cut it with scissors for you, the shrimp and chive fried dumplings that the server brings in the cart that rolls around and makes for you, the salt and pepper shrimp or calamari, the pickled cucumbers, & the duck. Service is always friendly although there is sometimes a language barrier. Parking can be tricky, but it's worth the effort.

We were in for an early lunch Sunday with that spring forward nonsense. And we loved picking things from the steamer cart and others. The flavors are awesome as are the textures. I find the carts are great for meeting hunger where it is -- quick and can order as you eat rather than order all up front. Going with a bigger group is lots of fun for all the things you can try but even with just two of us a range of small plates really hits the spot. The cart folks check in often til you say no more for a while but appreciate that the owner also checks in.

This small restaurant is located in a very large shopping center. The sign is a little hard to see but when you enter you're greeted with a clean and simple interior with friendly faces and a focused menu. They do pan fried or steamed dumplings (pork, chicken, beef, or shrimp filling), with cucumber salad or broccoli as a side option. I think they might also have boba and fruit tea but given I'd already made a boba trip that day I didn't order any. My husband and I ordered steamed beef and pan fried chicken dumplings to share, plus cucumber salad. The employee gave good recommendations on which meat went best with each cooking style. Our food came out quickly. I enjoyed everything we ordered. The cucumber salad needed a little bit more oomph but it was nothing some of the chili oil on the table couldn't fix. My favorite was the steamed beef dumplings. They were super rich and savory. The chicken dumpling wasn't quite as crispy as I'd expected and the broth almost had a slightly sweet quality to it. It was good, just a little different than what I expected. I'm very glad I got to try these dumplings! This wasn't a super gigantic or hugely filling meal so I'd probably order one extra side (the broccoli looked great and I kinda wish my husband had sided with me on ordering it, lol) just to round things out if I returned.
