The Italian sandwich was pressed and hot with fresh ingredients and meats inside. So why the rating drop? Side upcharges. I'm not a fan of the extra fee for almost every side. Even regular fries have an extra charge. Pub food should at least come with fries without an added fee honestly. If they dial this in a bit, 5 stars all the way.
