I had a very disappointing experience. My sister, niece, and I came in to get our eyebrows done, and we were initially told there was no one available. Then we were told to come back in about 20 minutes, but the employee's attitude made it clear we were not welcome and should probably not even bother returning. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable, and honestly I left feeling racially profiled. The way we were treated compared to others was upsetting and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with respect, not made to feel unwelcome. Response to business owners: Thank you for responding. I understand businesses can be busy and that walk-ins may need to wait. My concern was not the wait itself, but how the interaction was handled. We were first told no one was available, then told to return in about 20 minutes, but the employee's words, tone, and overall demeanor gave us the clear impression that we were not actually welcome to come back. It felt dismissive and uncomfortable, and that is what led to my review. They hurt me multiple times during the lash procedure--I've been doing lashes for almost 5 years and never experienced this bad. At checkout, they were rude too. Sunny even said my lashes were healthy during the time of the service. She did not refuse to put on 14 or 15, as Julie falsely stated in her infuriating response. In fact, the other lash place I went to afterwards put them on without a problem. Wow Julie, you completely mishandled a customer service situation and you try to rectify it by lying your way through. You made yourself completely unavailable until the time for a fill and then kept trying to charge me for a really bad service. Shame on you!
