Chicken and ham sandwich, steamed veggies

I've heard great things about this spot and it did not disappoint! My only regret was my own fault--ordering off of the lunch vs. brunch menu. Someone else in my party got cinnamon roll French toast and the smell alone will bring me back again to try this dish!! The sandwich was great, and I especially appreciate the great flavor and perfect texture of the steamed veggie side. Very fast service and inviting/casual atmosphere. Just what I heard!

Butter. Better. Weird coincidence, sound the same? Real Ingredients is the best win here. Summers Kitchen has the best Waffle-in-town, according to the 3.5' tall waffle expert in my family. She's tried them all. We keep coming back here. I get the Option 2 Breakfast Sandwich. Sausage is real fresh. Has Mayo by default which melts some...kapoww...perfect. Always hot. Not losing any calories but I'm a sucker for savory breakfast. Tons of coffee options. I'm not a big flavored coffee fan but it smells good. Service is always good. Fast and fresh in the drive thru. Pleasant inside the store. Just a consistently good experience.

I was looking for a lunch place for the cold windy day and decided on this one and boy was I glad. Got the creamy baked potato soup which was to die for and the southwestern chicken sandwich. Cant wait to make this my new lunch spot!!

What a great little spot! Our first time there was great, a Monday morning and empty on the inside. I loved the people working, it almost felt like a small town cafe because they knew so many peoples names and orders. The breakfast was yummy! I would definitely go back. I wish I would have tried this sooner!

WOW it is just always so good and savory I always want more, even though the bread is very thick and hearty and topped with heaping piles of avocado. I opted for a little balsamic glaze and it was divine! Always a great time at Zen, plus I got to see the new expansion. It's a great spot for meeting, working, or catching up with friends.

I recently visited Zen Coffee Company for the first time. Since I've been avoiding caffeine lately,…read moreI was hoping for a good selection of herbal teas. They only offered one herbal option (lavender mint) but unfortunately I could only taste the mint and didn't notice any lavender. They did have other caffeine-free drinks available, but I was looking for something unsweetened and low in sugar. The space was also different than I expected. Based on the name, I imagined a cozy, relaxing atmosphere with comfortable lounge seating. Instead, the décor felt a bit mismatched, almost like the café had expanded over time and the two sides were decorated very differently. That said, one thing they absolutely got right was the amount of seating. There were plenty of tables and space to work, study, or catch up with a friend without feeling crowded. The biggest downside was the cleanliness. The bathroom didn't feel clean, there were stains on the floors, chipped paint and damaged walls, crumbs around the couches and on some of the chairs, and the dish return bins were noticeably dirty inside. I stayed for about 90 minutes, and during that time I didn't see any cleaning happening, even though there were several areas that clearly needed attention. None of these issues alone would have been a dealbreaker, but together they made the café feel neglected and took away from what otherwise could have been a much more enjoyable experience.

There were clearly posted signs explaining how to order through the kiosk, so the whole process was really easy. I ordered everything to go and don't think I waited more than five minutes. I made it approximately as far as my car before giving in and eating the salmon sushi taco because it smelled way too good to wait. It was my first sushi taco and absolutely will not be my last. SO good. I also tried the crystal shrimp dumplings. They were okay for me, but they have bamboo shoots or something similar mixed in, which isn't really my thing. That's entirely a picky-eater problem and not a them problem! The mini custard buns were everything they should be: soft, warm, sweet, and delicious. I also got the beef noodle soup with udon, and I really appreciated that they packaged the broth separately from everything else so I could combine it when I got home. Such a smart little detail for takeout. Really fun experience, quick service, and several things I'd absolutely come back for!

The bowl was flavorful and had great fresh ingredients like salmon, mango, and cucumbers! The crab Rangoons were crispy and had real chunks of crab in them! The cucumber salad was full of great, freshly chopped cucumbers and a sauce that wasn't too spicy but gave some great flavor. The brown sugar milk tea was delicious, not too sweet and had yummy boba inside. The peach tea was refreshing and I loved the popping bobas. It was easy to order from the kiosk or from your phone at the table. If you want to order from the front you can go up to ask questions if you need to! The people working are quick and if you dine in they will bring the food to you! It's a very laid back space but it is full of charm!

There are three flavors of smoothies to choose from: mango, wild berry, and strawberry. The Crescent Brûlée is a blend of caramel and vanilla, topped with whipped cream and a burnt sugar top. Both of the drinks we had tasted good. I'm not a big smoothie person--in fact, this is my first time ordering a smoothie in a long time--and I was very pleased with it. It was very smooth. Their menu is pretty extensive, in my opinion: coffee, tea, matcha, seasonal lattes, energy drinks, as well as some pastries and breakfast sandwiches. I also appreciated how easy it was to read their menu. I feel like a lot of the time in coffee shops, their menus are all over the place and you have to ask a lot of questions. This menu was nicely written. The shop has a very welcoming vibe, with different plants and displays. They also sell a few different things, such as clothes, sage, stickers, and different stones. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this coffee shop, and I will definitely be back.

Their food is very pricey, even for a coffee shop, and I didn't love the breakfast tacos. They were overwhelmingly just avocado and chewy sausage pieces, so next time I would probably try something else as this one was not worth the price. My boyfriend enjoyed his breakfast sandwich, so I would probably try something from their large variety of sandwiches. However, the coffee made this visit worth it.
