Today, however, I wanted to buy a Michael Kors purse, and I knew this location sold designer purses, so I came in to see what they were about. When I came in, the first thing I noticed were the displays of purses and high heels. They were on tables in the middle of the store, while jewelry displays were near the windows by the front door. The store had a high end feel to it, and there were three TVs behind the register. The lady behind the register was very friendly and asked me if there was anything in particular I was looking for. I told her I was here to buy a purse, and she showed me their purse collection. She was very polite and cheerful and answered any question I had. In the end I selected a grey Michael Kors bag for $328. I wanted to buy a wallet as well, but they only had one in the store, and it was a maroon color and didn't match my purse. I asked if they had more and was told that everything they had on the shelves as what they had in the store. The lady didn't know when the next shipment would be in. Oh well. My purse was wrapped in a Michael Kors plastic bag and placed in a white paper bag with the store logo on it. I was thankful it was so well packaged because it was raining outside and I did not have an umbrella for my walk back to my car. I love this store and if I ever want to shop for another high end item, I will come back here.

There are some good findings that happen occasionally for Hello Kitty, Harry Potter and more at a very affordable price. But this fi dings depend on if you are there on the right time and at the right branch. The store is very clean and well organized. The staff are very cool and friendly. After hearing nothing, I called around 8:00 PM to check on the status. I was then told that the item had been sold earlier that morning and that my order would need to be canceled. What is especially frustrating is that my order was placed before the item was sold to someone else. Had the store processed online orders when they were received, the hat should have been set aside for my order instead of being sold to a later customer. Because my order was not handled in a timely manner, someone else was able to purchase the item that I had already paid for. On top of that, nobody contacted me all day to let me know there was an issue with my order. If the item was unavailable, I should have been notified immediately instead of having to call myself nearly 10 hours later. Had I been informed earlier, I could have made other arrangements. Unfortunately, this was a birthday gift for my dad, and now I am left scrambling to find a replacement at the last minute. I understand inventory mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and failure to prioritize or properly process online orders was extremely disappointing. I hope the store improves its online order system and customer communication so future customers do not have the same experience.
