I don't recommend this place to nobody who's trying to look for a outfit. As soon as I walked in i was looking through the racks to see what caught my eye if I found anything nice. I wasn't even 15 mins in the store & the owner of the store was accusing me of steeling a bodysuit clearly she was already profiling me as if I couldn't afford her cheap material clothes.... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I walked in at around 6:15 pm today and the store was COMPLETELY EMPTY yet the two young ladies that were there were too busy gossiping to even greet me! I walked a little closer towards them to ask about a dress I saw on their IG but again they were too busy chit chatting to even acknowledge me. After listening to their convo about how the girl with the really short hair is dating multiple guys at once and one of the guys said they needed to "cool things off" and "take a break" I finally interrupted them and the girl with dark medium hair (I believe her name is Janet) looked extremely annoyed and answered really short and rude. I stormed out of there and I'm never going back. Clothing is cheap and over priced anyway. The owner should hire better employees because that girl has gotten way too comfortable with her job and is losing the business customers. Much rather go to OOTD FASH BOUTIQUE ANYWAY!!! read more

I went in today looking for some holiday dresses for work and New Years, ended up finding so much more. I bought the cutest black cowboy boots (for the cowboy themed holiday party, ugh) slip on heels, wedged boots, dresses and cute bodysuit lol. Ashley greeted my daughter and I as soon as we walked in and she was so sweet and helpful while I shopped. I have a 2 year old and this place is stroller friendly. So much variety I wanted to buy everything. So nice to meet you Ashley and thank you for your kind service. Can't wait to bring my niece, sister and mom here for Christmas outfits. For someone who has a hard time shopping because I don't know how to dress myself, the owner helped me figure out all types of outfits. The store had so many options for causal to going out. Came in here an hour left till closing. The girl working was nice although I was feeling rushed to shop and try things on with still a lot of time left till closing. A friend of hers came in and they were talking about meeting up. I am here minding my own business, just shopping, that didn't bother me. I stopped shopping here about two years ago! There clothes is so cheaply made and thin! But the main reason I stopped shopping here is their customer service! It's so poor even from the owner Ashley! I stopped by last minute on New Year's Eve for an outfit. I had boughten a variety of items to put together a New Year's Eve outfit and I didn't end up going with one of the skirts I bought. I ended up going with some leather leggings with my outfit because I decided I didn't feel like freezing my ass off after all. I went to return the skirt like 2 days after New Year's Eve and her store was closed with a sign on her door that she wouldn't be back until like the second week of January. I rushed there before work to do the return before work and I was disappointed to see that at her door. Anyways the point is I went back another chance I had literally like 2 days after the return policy and she refused to take it back because it was past by about 2 days! I argued that she had been closed for like a week and a half and that I had tried to come through my hectic schedule! After literally fighting my right she finally let me only exchange it for something else so while I was shopping for something else she kept examining the leather skirt left and right with the tag still attached! She then refused to take it back because she said I wore it! I asked her how? It has the tag literally hanging on the side!! And she brought up a minor foundation like stain that literally could have been rubbed off and was probably just on there from trying it on at home quickly with my outfit after getting ready. Anyways since then I refuse to shop at her poor quality and no customer service store and to this day I have the skirt in my closet with the tag attached that I have never worn! Save your money and invest it elsewhere! The girls including herself are always in there gossiping and giving you vibes like they're better then you! This store is a pre-teen/teenagers dream. Trendy/cute clothes for that perfect IG selfie. The material/quality of their clothes is way better than Forever 21 and reasonably priced! My daughter is super picky when it comes to shopping but she managed to find a couple of outfits (trust me, she usually comes out empty handed). The two sales associates, were very friendly and attentive, kudos to them! I even found a cute oversized sweater, so I guess this store is good for all ages! read more

ZERO STARS.I am writing this to anyone who wants good quality and good customer service. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I just walked out and the workers there were so rude!! They seem to just talk amongst themselves about the customers as they left. I seen some nice clothing but most of there clothes smell like fish!! There are period & body fluid stains on their bodysuits & pants. Deodorant stains on their tops. Super unhygienic!! It is so unsanitary here & not only that but they have such rude customer service. Once again MA never let's me down this has become my go to store the staff is amazing! Janet is the absolute sweetest and always helps me when I go in! She is stylish and always helps you out and gives you great pointers! This last time I went in there were 2 other ladies working and they were also super helpful. They honestly go above and beyond for their customers, you can see and feel it! I will continue to shops MA and skip for the mall! The pricing on the clothing is not to expensive its all reasonably priced and they are always having great deals! I'm a Large and that has never been an issue there's always clothing for my size. There are limited quantities for the most part if the owner see's that there is a high demand for a particular item it gets restocked a lot of the time! With that being said not always so get it while you can!!!! All in all MA is the place for me not because I live 10minutes from the store but because the service is great the prices are great!
