On one of my orders they send me the wrong size they didn't go based on the size i originally ordered due to them not restocking again and I thought that was so wrong of them to do without notifying me first if that was okay or not ! or at least to send me an email to let me know the size I originally ordered wasn't in stock! I tried to contact them through instagram and send them a bunch of emails and they didn't get back to me at all ,I kindly asked if they can send me a return label so I can send them back what they send me it wasn't something I ordered! Hidden in the tiny shops along Whittier Blvd in La Habra is OOTD, the cutest little fashion shop! I walked in and quickly fell in love with the shop, it's not big but does have a good selection of clothing pieces! I guess most of their clientele is online shoppers. I'm more of a hands on, touchy, and try on kind of person, so I appreciate them having this shop. I had passed by so many times with my daughter wanting to stop but thought they were going to be like another shop that's down the street with snotty attitude but we were wrong! The employee that was here was super sweet, she helped us out without hesitation, she didn't give off that "Don't bother me" attitude. The whole vibe here was nice! The clothes seem better quality than that of the competitor, price-wise it's about the same! The difference is here I wouldn't mind spending the cash because of the way the store employee was welcoming with my daughter and myself! Okay I was a little hesitant to order these clothes because of the negative reviews, and I've seen this style many times on influencers on social media. I finally ordered SIX different items online, guessed my sizes because I wasn't sure of how they cut their clothes, but let me tell you I was NOT disappointed when it arrived. Meh I've experienced better. I liked the music they play inside the store & the guy working was helpful. But overall their store policy is pretty lame and the quality is just not there IMO. I used to follow their Instagram and would like the cute outfits they'd post and since this location is so close to me I decided to stop by. Have to say their stock is limited at least in this location, for every 6 small sized items there was 1 medium and large. There were some sweaters and dresses, but majority of their items were bodysuits & crop tops. Their policy is that you can only try on bodysuits that have snap closures, the ones that don't...you'll just have to guess & hope for the best. The employee said that I can try on the snap enclosed bodysuit and gauge it for the ones without snaps, so when I did the snap enclosure one was ill fitting and short for my torso. But when I matched it up against the bodysuits without snaps the latter was a few inches longer. Clearly, they're not all the same... also some of their items were missing size tags on the collar as well as on the inside seam. I'm 5'8 1/2, 36 D+, hips to match and I do squats on the regular... also I have a long torso. So, I need to try on my clothes before buying, especially bodysuits, bc if they're not long enough.. either the bottom end is going to get a deep flossing or the top end is going to flashing everyone. Also, bc of my body proportions, I need to know if the bodysuit will hug my body and cinch at the waist or if it's just going to hang at the two widest points and make me look like a box. Other stores will put those sanitary stickers on the crotch areas like the ones you find on bikini bottoms, I'm not sure why OOTD doesn't do the same to make it easier for their customers. Quality-wise, I'd say it's on par with stuff you'd find at like Fashion Q kind of stores. Which was surprising bc one time on their ig story they described the material on one of their items as being "bomb", but when I touched the material for that piece of clothing as well as their other items... twas not "bomb". The stitching as well... the stitching on some of these items were so sloppy or coming loose. Prices were okay I guess $17-30ish depending on the item, but I don't know, I'd rather save my money and spend more for something of higher quality.
