I immediately bonded with her and re-booked for another waxing session 4 weeks out and a facial a week later. The facial was amazing, I felt like my skin had blood flowing through it when Rebecca worked her magic, the first time I ever felt that. I felt pressured to book the date and after getting home I realized I didn't like my makeup. When I asked to schedule another trial I was told there would be a cost, which I didn't understand because I'd already paid for my first trial and services on the day of. I had to push for a trial too - it was recommended to me to wait until the day of. As a bride, you want to know exactly how you're going to look in advance of your wedding day - at least I do. After lots of back and forth I didn't feel as though my feedback was being heard so I decided to go elsewhere. When I asked for my money back (a significant amount that was for my makeup on the day of) I was told no and that this was a deposit I wouldn't get back. I felt taken advantage of and unheard. I never received a contract, which I should have asked for. Unfortunately this situation was not pleasant and if you consider working with Kim I would urge you to get a contract into place immediately before paying for any services.
