Cut us off really quick and walked away talking over their shoulder like we did not deserve being spoken to face to face saying you can come back tomorrow. I understand they closed 7 minutes before we got there. It's just a bit jarring to be blown off as a customer. Finishing a conversation face to face with someone who wants to support your business seems like the least a business can do when they have a lit up open sign and open doors. I don't think we'll be back, not a particularly welcoming vibe.

Chris first attempted to sell us a house that we believed to be overpriced. My husband and I passed on the property and then asked the agent / developer if he had any additional properties for sale, and he said "No". But it wasn't long before we came across an even better property that was newly built and for a lot less. Then to our surprise, the 2-story house was also owned by Chris. After our offer was accepted, my husband and I contacted Chris and asked him why he didn't inform us about the new house that was available. Chris said in an irritated tone, "It slipped my mind". Seemingly embarrassed, Chris became angrier due to being confronted or caught. Despite how polite my husband talked to him, Chris was disrespectful and continued raising his voice and speaking over him. Chris told us that he would call us the next day, but he didn't. Though he accepted our offer for his house, he would end up not keeping his word. I am not in a hurry to buy a home and have nothing personal against Chris. I just wanted to tell our story because I believe it is a cautionary tale for others. Good luck!

I really love how attentive Reign, Richard and Nate are. Every time I stop by for a small inconvenience they are always willing to help and make things right. Not once have I had a bad experience here. They are very easy to get a hold off and always follow up if they don't know the answer . Now, I would also like to compliment the Maintenance staff. David and Leo Sr have always been great at getting the repairs done. I don't think I have one negative thing to say. Maybe I'll be back again in the future but for now this place I called my home will live in my memories . Thank you everybody for the lovely year and cherish memories.
