Easy to have a conversation with, and she kept on using my name throughout the whole experience which I thought was actually a little gem. I ordered the drunken bacon jam burger, which was absolutely delicious but only problem I did not like was the bottom bun was saturated in juice and absolutely fell apart, which was very hard to handle the burger and very messy. That's why I'm giving it four stars is because the burger bread did not hold up at all. The tots were absolutely on par as well as the cold beverage. I was the only place in the bar at the time of ordering and felt very at home in this nice place. I highly recommend coming out and checking this place out. Definitely meet Chris. She's absolutely phenomenal and she'll make your stay worthwhile.

4.5 stars! Love The Mill! Have been coming here for years…read moreand the food is consistently wonderful. Brunch, Special menus for holidays, dinner, cocktails, dessert-it has all been top notch. This is a gem. Menu changes regularly so there is always something fresh and new. Prices may seem a little high for the area but the food and drink justify it. On my most recent visit we got 2 appetizers, two entrees (one was steak with shrimp add on), 3 desserts, and 5 cocktails for $250 which was not outrageous. Portion sizes are great. Food is full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We have sat on the restaurant side a few times but normally sit in a booth on the bar side. There is also a small patio off the bar in good weather. Bartenders are friendly and engaging. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Only reason I knocked it a half star is the service on the bar side can be slow or feel forgotten about sometimes but it just depends on the time of day and if the bartender is having to do double duty or if they have dedicated wait staff in that area.

They didn't have the best…read morereviews, but my husband and I just wanted a place to nibble on some food and have some drinks before meeting up with other friends. When we walked in, we had the option of going to the bar area or restaurant. We chose the bar. The place was spacious and had ample seating. We sat down and a gal came to our table to ask for our order. She immediately came off as very standoffish, but, all good, we were there to relax and enjoy. We ordered wings to start off with. Mind you, it was happy hour which she mentioned herself. Cool, thank you. The wings were decent but some were soggy. But it's all good. We then ordered an entree and more wings because we were hungry. Did another dozen wings in the buffalo sauce. Our waitress, Kalidawn, reiterating the wings were 2 orders. Didn't make sense but it did in the end as she was trying to separate the orders as "half orders" to charge more? When in reality, it was the same buffalo flavor for the dozen wings so it wasn't a "half order". Really? You're going to do all of that to get you an extra few dollars? She was already rude, dismissive, and bothered from the beginning. We try to look past these things but she was truly excessive. It's like she wanted to make a statement and hated that we weren't regulars. We ended up getting sick after eating here. The service was beyond disappointing and the food sucked, but we also got sick which was the cherry on the cake. We will never be back and hope others think twice. And to find out, Kalidawn is the manager at the restaurant. So don't even bother trying to complain about her horrible HORRIBLE service and attitude. She runs the place which makes sense as to why I'm sure they're struggling. Do better.

It's kind of a shame we didn't make it here much sooner as I believe I had it bookmarked for a long time! After reviewing the menu as I was about to write this review I see that the menu tends to change. I don't know how often but a few items from the online menu versus when what we saw when we were there (and vice versa) were different. But that kind of keeps things interesting and fun! We ordered the Luigi pizza and really liked it a lot! Excellent dough and we had some hot honey and dipping sauces on the side. All house made from the sound of it. And it really seemed to reflect that too as the pizza and all of it's ingredients tasted quite fresh! We ordered a pint of Rogue beer which is a brewery that just went under so best grab up their beer at establishments before it's gone for good. They had a pumpkin beer that was quite good from that brewery. The atmosphere is fun... a little bit of the dive bar vibe going on in a good way as well as quirkiness in decor. The waitress and bartender was super sweet and congenial which rounded out this review with a solid five star score from me!

I just moved into a new house in the area and live five minutes up the street and thought this could be a new home bar, any way. About 1015 minutes later had bought myself one. My best friend gives me a FaceTime call. I'm at the bar by myself to be noted and it was an important phone call, not many people sitting around me or in the var at all to be bothered by a phone call so I took it inside. Went to move my napkin and my shot spilt over a bit a complete accident not a drunk accident either. I was a little tipsy not nearly close to drunk. I asked to order another one and she proceeds to tell me how I'm being obnoxious and drunk on the phone and that I'm cut off. Was only on the phone for about 5 minutes and then asked for another. * I did clean up the mess as it only split on the counter where I was sitting * I seen her serve the same people who were buying me shots more shots and shots after they had been there hours longer then be and clearly more intoxicated. Shots back to back Beers back to back but I was all of a sudden cut off? Lol. Pretty weird and bizarre if you ask me. These people were regular, so it makes sense why she gave them special treatment I was not obnoxious. I was not loud. I was not disrespectful until disrespect was given! Lost a local. Thanks for the bad service & day

Fantastic food. Poor service. ADA nightmare…read more I'll be honest, the food is the only reason for that second star. Other than that, no way I'll ever go back. First we'll start with the good, the food was fantastic. Everybody that I was with raved about the food. I got the patty melt, absolutely perfect. Whoever is working in the back in the kitchen, bang up job. Now the bad. Service was awful. I was there last night on a very busy Friday night. One waitress. Working the floor by herself. Taking drink orders, taking food orders, clearing tables, spread way too thin. Working very hard, but absolutely disrespectful to both her and the clientele to have everything need to be done just by her. Bartenders were pitching and bringing out food, but half the time they didn't bring out the stuff that needed to go with them, like a knife to go with a steak that they delivered, or they would just bang drinks down on the table without even saying anything. Some of the poorest service I think I've seen. And last, but this is the big one. I'm a wheelchair user. This place is full of ADA violations. No clearly marked handicap spot. Parking lot is a nightmare to navigate with a wheelchair. Potholes, cracks, gravel, and once you get through it, you get to the big giant heavy wooden door that's stuck. For a normal person, no problem, just give it an extra hard yank. For someone in a wheelchair, well hopefully you're either with somebody or somebody is nice enough to open it for you. And then when you're inside, hope you don't have to go to the bathroom. Because the bathrooms are not accessible. Tight corner to get to the door that's hard to navigate, and adore that's too narrow to even fit a wheelchair through. I mean, I could open the door to look inside, I just couldn't get through it. Even if I was able to, you have two options. A single stall that also did not have a door wide enough to fit a wheelchair in, let alone to be able to turn around in to use the stall, or a trough. You heard me right. Like old school kingdom trough. Not individual urinals, just everybody line up and go together. I suggest anybody with any kind of disability just stay far away from this place. Absolutely ridiculous and I will be filing an ADA complaint. Whoever runs this place, give your cooks a raise, but fix the other stuff.

I called twice on two separate days asking to speak with management and never received a call back. When I called again today, the woman who answered claimed she was the manager. As I was explaining the situation--our treatment and the issues with the food--she was dismissive and then hung up on me mid-sentence. Completely unprofessional. The food itself was unacceptable. The ham on my turkey club sandwich was undercooked and the cheese wasn't even melted. For the amount I paid, the quality was nowhere near acceptable. What made the situation worse was how we were treated. As Black customers, the service we received felt noticeably different--cold, inattentive, and unwelcoming. That experience, combined with being ignored by management and then hung up on, is beyond frustrating. I spent $56.00 here and received poor food, poor service, and zero accountability. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before spending their money here.
