She was rude to them and threaten in calling the cops. She sat down on a chair to adjust her clothing and she came out and yelled at her saying it was "her furniture". I have never ever seen such a rude behavior towards a new mother. Unclear if she hates children or was just having a bad day. There were no clients seen inside and the area is a plaza with other businesses . Needless to say, I will never set foot in this place ever again and will take my money elsewhere. As for the quality of their service, I can't speak because I didn't even get to enter their salon. One star for location. Zero stars for customer service. The owner was friendly and helpful beforehand and during the experience. It was at lunchtime and we were able to have food trays from neighboring Nob Hill and drinks right in the room. They were able to accommodate more than 10 people in a 2-hour period, did repairs as needed, and all our nails looked gorgeous! All their nail specialists are experienced and are artists.
