For a nail salon, the head spa was the best experience so idk if that's a good or bad thing. I loved my head spa experience with Nikki - the massage felt amazing, my hair was soft for an entire week even after my gym sessions (I don't use special hair care or anything ), and overall she knew what she was doing. -$70 so you can't beat that price! I came back for a full body, one hour hot stone massage bc Nikki said she was available for that despite it not being on the service menu. Overall, it was just okay. As a frequent customer of massage therapists/salons, this was just alright. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't aligned to what Im used to / like. I also did my nails here - a new gel X set : milky white with chrome for $70. For reference, they used Apres gel x kit , one of the industry's best nail brand for gel X. My nail technician, was lovely, and did an amazing job for my nail prep. However, when it came to the application of my gel X nails, girly had to redo it three times. When watching the application, she didn't angle the fake nail 45 degrees to make sure the glue spread out evenly. I think it's because the older technicians are so used to acrylics.. I had to also be the one to signal to her to compare the lengths of the nails since she filed down one, she should file down the other. Same when it came to shape. Also had to remind her to drill away the glue underneath my nails due to the original application. You can't really go wrong with milky white and chrome so design is definitely pretty. Overall: 7/10 ; I'd come back for the head spa but maybe elsewhere for a gel x set. They seem popular more so for their pedicures in comparison. read more

I really wanted to like this place because the gentleman at the front was very sweet. He was offering fresh squeezed orange juice to all the patrons and walking around checking on everybody. The place was decorated very cute for the holidays. But unfortunately, my manicure was absolutely horrific. The woman had no idea what she was doing and did not listen to what I asked for at all. I almost cried when I left. I was so unhappy. I wasted an hour and a half of my day off as well as my money. Now I have to look at this for the next two weeks. I told her not to do it...but she continued on the 2nd arm. This place could have potential but seems like not everyone is being properly trained. I've gotten the headspa thing as well. My nails were done by my favorite and go-to girl Amy. She does amazing every time and is very detailed. I highly suggest getting your nails done here. The owners (Trung and Susan) are always incorporating new colors for the season and they decorate the place super cute based on the upcoming holiday. Everything from basic services to special services their pricing is quite fair compared to others in the area. They are professional and professionally trained, quite knowledgeable, and pleasant. The shop is decorated nicely, very clean and comfortable. Too bad they did not change their shop name after the new ownership. Their reviews in the last year are glowing. I'm really disappointed with my experience here. I got a hard gel manicure and specifically asked multiple times for a thinner application. My nails came out extremely thick and not the natural look I wanted at all. I also got chrome, which I regularly get done at other salons. Within just a few days, the chrome started wearing off, and by the end of the first week, about half of it was gone. This has never happened to me before. Chrome typically lasts at least 2 weeks for me sometimes even longer which shows the quality of the materials they use is questionable. When I came back to have it fixed, I was told this was "normal," as if I don't know what to expect from a service I get regularly. They told me they would fix it that same day, then they asked me to come back the next day instead. I originally was scheduled for 11:00am, then per their own request they changed my appointment to 10:30. I adjusted my schedule to accommodate them and arrived on time, only to be left waiting over 20 minutes. I kept being told they were "almost done," when they were still working on another client and not ready for me. I would have to wait much longer so I left. They're disorganized and don't have respect for their clients' time. I don't recommend and will not be returning. read more

When we arrived, we were greeted by a woman who seemed stressed and didn't smile, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. While they started on my manicure and pedicure, my daughter was left waiting for over an hour with no attention, even as walk-in customers were being served. We had booked this time to enjoy the experience together, so it was really disappointing to see her ignored. On top of that, a few of the nail technicians kept glancing at me and giggling while speaking in their own language, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. When they finally began working on my daughter, they repeatedly referred to her as a "baby" -- she's 9 years old and was understandably embarrassed. They also didn't do the design she requested and instead pressured her into choosing some stickers she didn't want. She left feeling incredibly disappointed. We paid $184, including tip, and sadly, the experience felt rushed, impersonal, and not worth the cost. I wouldn't recommend this salon for a mommy-and-daughter outing. read more

I've been going to this salon for a while, and when I first started coming, I had nothing but great experiences--friendly, skilled technicians and excellent customer service. But lately, the quality has gone downhill, and I've had one too many bad experiences to keep coming back. Unfortunately, I've now had Nikki twice, and both times have left me disappointed and frustrated. The first time, I got a manicure and pedicure, and my nails ended up with these strange wrinkles and shadows. When I pointed it out, another technician dismissed my concerns and told me it looked fine. I left unsatisfied and unsure why I had to settle for subpar work. I decided to give it another shot and went in for a basic gel manicure and acrylic removal, hoping for a better experience. I was assigned to Nikki again and felt nervous going into it. Sadly, it turned out even worse. She was extremely rough and cut up my fingers--I'm still missing a chunk of skin from one of my nails. It has been three days later and it still burns. When she accidentally stabbed me with a tool and I reacted in pain, she laughed instead of apologizing or checking if I was okay. Then she proceeded to file my skin instead of my nails. She asked if I wanted my nails cut shorter (I said yes), but she cut them down very short--fine, except that she kept getting gel under my nails. It burned as it cured, and when I asked her to clean it off before curing, she told me no and tried to blame it on the length of my nails, saying that the gel is just leaking under. But... she's the one who cut them that short? I had to clean up the nails at home with a scrub brush and acetone to get the gel out from under my nails. This is not the kind of experience I expect when I go to a salon. I want to relax, feel taken care of, and leave happy--not in pain or frustrated. I've even recommended this place to friends in the past, but now they're reporting similar bad experiences. The truth is, some of the technicians here are amazing--highly skilled, attentive, and professional. But there are clear quality and consistency issues. If every tech was like those few, I'd keep coming back. But as it stands, I'm just tired of being disappointed. I shouldn't have to ask for the bare minimum or feel nervous about who I'm going to be assigned to. Sadly, I don't see myself returning. read more
