The cost to print and laminate is CHEAP and I GUARANTEE people would order more beer. It may feel like a small issue but it makes me irritated because it's easy / fixable and would drive business up. The response was " I have to pay $4 for a bigger cup-- that was EMPTY ". How many people ask for larger cups? In light of the " Highway Robbery" Pricing and doing all the ordering work-- one might think that a smile and free larger drinking cup would be possible. Yet, Shake Shack has the audacity to have a " Tip option " on the Self-Service kiosk. Shortsighted to LOSE a loyal customer and garner a negative PUBLIC review over a few cents.
