Hard to believe some of the negative " haters" on Yelp who must be very unhappy with their own lives. Especially the guy who blamed Riyad for an Uber Eats/Door Dash delivery driver issue. If one is intelligent enough to understand that third party delivery services have NOTHING to do with a given restaurant. I spent $35 on hotdogs!!!!! I asked for fries "but only if you guys have time to make them fresh otherwise just leave them off." I'm sick and tired of getting old cold food. They definitely gave me fresh french fries but they are completely salt less and tasteless. I felt like It was a stab at me for asking for fresh, was to give them to me without salt. Next time we're going to Costco for our hotdogs- we will save at least $28 I know Costco doesn't have fries, but apparently neither does Wienerschnitzel as far as I'm concerned because I didn't eat these. Every time I come to Palm Springs, I find myself making the long, trafficked pilgrimage to one of the three Wienerschnitzel fast-casual restaurants in the region. Today, the Bermuda Dunes location (Store #659) wins, and did not disappoint. First, I took advantage of their generous "Wiener Wednesday" offer (Offer #626, for the month of January, 2025), which saved me nearly 8 bucks. Second, this is a clean, well-managed store, with neatly uniformed, courteous and friendly employees, and a drive-through speaker that is loud and clear enough to be understood - itself a rarity. Third, as a Der fanatic, I literally crave the Original Chili Cheese Dogs with Onions. They are my #1 comfort food. With the "Wiener Wednesday" promotion, I received four Original Chili Dogs for $4. Ordinarily 2.99 each, and I added Cheese, at .50 per dog, and Onion, which is free. This location prepared my order and had my hot, delicious bag of joy in my hands in under 90-seconds. I stopped at this Weinerschitzel for one of their new Orange Creme drinks. It was a beautiful day, but the temperature was still hovering around 105 degrees. The friendly cashier was also handling their drive-thru traffic, and she was quite proficient in handling both the walk-in and car customers simultaneously. The restaurant was very clean, as was their restroom. While she was making my drink, I turned and noticed there was a table set-up near the ordering counter called "The Missing Man Table." I was intrigued. After reading the placard on the table, I was moved. It was set for American military members who had perished or those who went missing and have not found their way back home. Every item on that table has symbolism. Their new line of 'Orange Cream' cones, floats, or shakes taste like a creamy Creamsicle popsicle (vanilla-flavored ice cream and orange-flavored sherbet), and my shake was delicious. I had been seeing commercials on TV and the Internet of a new meatball sandwich that Wienerschnitzel had just put on their menu. I have been going to this hotdog stand since my sister landed a job in Southgate back in 1971 when they were called "Der Wienerschnitzel." The name was changed because it was incorrect. So I decided to try the Wienerschnitzel version of the Italian sandwich. Upon arrival in the drive-thru, the line and ordering process went quickly and I have to commend the employees for their professionalism. My order was nice and hot and smelled terrific. I ordered it on a hotdog bun which was moist and delicious. When I opened the box, to my surprise, there were three small meatballs, cheese, and sauce which were messy looking. The meatballs didn't even fill up the bun. They are the same tasteless kind of meatballs that you can buy in the frozen section of grocery stores. The sauce smelled good and it was flavorful. I just couldn't believe that this small sandwich costs over $4! I won't be buying this sandwich again. I am giving this Wienerschnitzel three stars not for the sandwich but for the cleanliness of the Drive-thru and the professionalism of the people who work there. My advice to anyone wanting a good meatball sandwich is to make it a home! read more

The girl who took my order put it in wrong several times over but it's fine I simply went in and said hi you did my order wrong she looked and agreed it was her mistake she the cashier was very nice . All of a sudden a brunette woman who I assumed was manager came out like a raging rhino from the back and started acting angry and accusatory . I was shocked she was saying things like yeah I need to see the receipt I'm trying to FIX it and just acting nuts . This review is for the woman who was working late last night in the drive thru. I don't want to leave a bad review for wienerschnitzel because I've been coming here for two years but I would give this woman in the drive thru a negative 7. My boyfriend and I pulled in the drive through and I always get the same thing. I come here all the time. I get a cone dipped In chocolate. I've never once had it made the way I did last night. When she handed us both our cones I couldn't believe she would even give that to a customer. Both of our cones looked liked little nubs. It was a cone with a little blob on top. The chocolate wasn't even covering the entire cone. It was dripping everywhere. I looked at my bf so confused and I wondered if they had different cone sizes because that's how bad and small it was. When I had asked the woman in drive through if there was different sizes her response would be the reason I'm writing this review. She said "no we only have the one size, if you got a bigger cone it's because the other employees have no idea what they're doing or how to make an ice cream cone properly, thanks have a goodnight" and left the window.
