    Strawberry sake

I was so impressed with this sushi spot! The sushi was affordably priced 11$ for 12 pieces of veggie sushi. The sake had lots of variety including my favorite the strawberry! We also tried the mango sake which was tasty too. Nice ambiance and great service! For two bottles of sake and 4 types of rolls it was 60$ plus tip. Can't be beat! Nice quality of food!

Buy 1 get 1?!! Say less -- we were in immediately. I ordered the Yazuka roll and another one with shrimp tempura (the name escapes me), but the Yazuka... wow. Absolutely incredible. We also split the bao. It was decent, nothing mind‑blowing. Service was solid. Our server checked on us often, and since we came during a slower time, everything came out fast. No complaints there. Menu option is pretty wide & so gotta be something for everyone!

Quick friendly service! The restaurant was so cute and clean inside. The rolls are pretty good! Give it a try when you are around the area!

The decor is beautiful and they play upbeat music. The service was excellent, even with an almost full restaurant. I ordered the shrimp shumai as an appetizer and the shoyu ramen, not spicy. There were so many noodles in the ramen and the pork was extremely tender! I was very full. Both items were delicious and warmed me up on a cold winter's day. Will definitely go back!

What a gem! We went to check out them out after driving by a few times and wondering how it is. Boy oh boy were we in for a treat! My partner is a huge sushi fan and while I'm allergic to seafood, ramen is my favorite food. At Arita, we can both get what we want without having to sacrifice quality of either. Their sushi rolls are BOGO, they have tempura vegetables and many vegetarian and vegan options. The food is always fresh and you can watch the chefs make the sushi from your table. The servicing sizes are pretty large and even the appetizers are pretty sizable. The restaurant is very clean, spacious and very well decorated. The staff is always friendly and answer any questions you have. We love it so much that we've planned my birthday dinner there next month!

BOGO sushi rolls? Yes please! AND delicious Ramen? AND pretty pink decor everywhere?? There's even a sink outside of the bathrooms for folks who just want to wash hands and not have to go into the bathroom (which was so convenient). I also loved that they put their soy sauce in cute containers that reminded me of little tea canisters. My husband and I arrived after 1 pm on a Wednesday and we were able to order and receive our food quickly. We got the Mango Tango roll and the Baller roll and we honestly were surprised at the freshly sliced jalapeños on top of them. A lot of the time at other places, it's just pickled jalapeño and not spicy at al. We split a bowl of the Shoyu ramen and were brought 2 bowls to divide it. It tasted very good and it felt so nice on such a chilly, windy day.

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place out for a date night. I'm so glad we did because we really enjoyed this place. You don't find many places that serve ramen and sushi in the same place and if they do there isn't much of a selection when it comes to the sushi. But Arita has a variety of sushi items on their menu to choose from which we loved. Their specialty sushi was BOGO for $17.00 and their other sushi options were BOGO for $11.00. The restaurant was packed which let me know we were at the right place. We were seated immediately upon emerging and got the last booth that was available. It took about 8 mins for us to be checked in and asked for our drink order. My husband and I started off with their gyoza. It took a while to get to the table and once it did it wasn't hot like expected. It was more lukewarm. We ordered two orders of sushi: spicy tuna roll and their Spider-Man roll. We also ordered two orders of ramen. It took at least 15 mins before our food came out but was worth the wait. My husband ordered the Shoyu ramen and I ordered plain ramen and added bok choy, bean sprouts and a soft boiled egg. I really loved how you can customize your ramen dish. My husband and I really enjoyed our ramen. We really enjoyed the chili oil for spice because most ramen restaurants serve hot sauce or a paste with their ramen. We ordered the hibachi chicken with steamed rice for our little one and he enjoyed it. Our server Showtina was very nice and attentive. We were pleased with this restaurant as our date night choice in the New Year and we will definitely be back.

Arita never disappoints. I went with the Tiger and Volcano rolls; might've had them before, but when they hit this good, why change it up? Fresh, flavorful top-tier sushi and I'm hooked every time. If you haven't been here yet, fix that. If you have, you already know. Next time, trying more sushi is a must there's way too much on this menu I still need to explore Atmosphere and service always 11/10

The food was absolutely amazing. We came with a large group and all had separate checks -- and the servers never gave us any problems. We had a small hiccup with our order just due to a communication error, but it was quickly fixed. We absolutely loved it and we will be back soon!

New location in the former Newk's Eatery in the Navy Federal bank shopping center wearing a jacket. Attentive service, beautiful, interior, and fresh food. They are still waiting on their liquor license. Check this place out.

    BOGO Rainbow and Yakuza rolls

Lovely sushi spot they have BOGO deal for their rolls. We got the 2 rainbow rolls and 2 yakusa and a hot tea less than $50. Very clean and staff are very friendly with great customer service

Ambience is nice. Food was ok. I've had better sushi. Calamari tasted fishy. The rice in sushi would use some work. Great for large groups.

"There's something magical about rooftops. You feel like you're in 'Mary Poppins."…read moreGeorge Clarke There really is something special about being on a rooftop on a perfect summer evening, and it's great to have it right in downtown Sugar Hill. I would like to say I planned the perfect date, but as some of the best things in life, this was just an impromptu visit to cap off an already great evening. Outside of being on the rooftop, the bar itself is upscale yet approachable, service was fast and friendly. Being a bit of a self engrandized home bartender I'm a bit critical when out of my home lab, but their Smoked Old Fashioned wasn't bad. ("Wasn't bad" really means very good.") While I don't love the prices and hate paying a cover charge, when you throw in live music, a great vibe, and a view, I can't really complain. The owner made an announcement that whoever tipped the band $10 would get a free drink, and since most drinks were over $15 I thought that was cool on many levels. Will definitely be back to The Rooftop!

We walked around and finally ran into a waitress who told us to sit anywhere we wished inside or outside. The only area festive was inside a closed igloo and no heaters were on outdoors which was just a tad too cool for me despite the super nice weather that day. It would have been so to sit outside but without the warmth of the heaters we headed inside. We placed our order and explained we were just there for a pre-dinner drink and wanted to check out the venue so we didn't leave our tab open but we were quickly served the fabulous taking drinks on their menu(s). The Old Fashioned was on the regular menu and the Russian was on their seasonal tabletop menu. Server was very nice and took photos for some ladies we met. The only reason I can't give them a 5 star is they claim they are big on hospitality but yet we were not acknowledged upon arrival. Many restaurants and even some retail stores have a way to ensure they say hello/welcome immediately when you enter and without a hostess - the mindset should be that the bar or wait staff have a way to immediately say hello or welcome so those who have never been feel welcomed as well as those who frequently come. It would be nice to have a more festive decor for the holidays but that didn't affect my review; just a statement to say that the entire Sugar Hill area was pumping and themed with the holiday spirit then we walked in the only area decorated was not even accessible nor was it offered as an option to enjoy.

This is a very cool spot with creative, upscale flavors and excellent presentation. We ordered the bacon biscuit with grits and the avocado toast, and everything was absolutely delicious. The grits were the standout item for me. We learned they are made with locally sourced grits from a North Georgia mill, and the cheese combination created an incredibly creamy texture and rich flavor. The coffee was excellent as well and was served in a large mug that we really appreciated. We also discovered that the coffee is sourced from a small local roaster in Johns Creek, which fits perfectly with the restaurant's commitment to supporting local businesses. The dining area is somewhat small, but there is bar seating and outdoor seating available, which provides additional options. We also found out they have a second location in Johns Creek near our neighborhood, so we'll definitely be giving that one a try soon. Great food, excellent coffee, and a strong commitment to local sourcing make this a place worth visiting. We'll be back! BAM!
