What a great family owned company. We had two sets of equipment that needed to be shaded (one pool and one Koi pond). Vince (such a nice guy!) came out and took the measurements, and a day later, we received drawings and pricing. A couple weeks later, our equipment was covered. The design is so clever and sturdy, allowing for easy access to the equipment. You can customize it for how much you want to spend / how much of the equipment you need covered (ie - sides plus top vs. top only). I would definitely recommend this company. read more

What a fantastic company to work with. Our HOA needed shading over our Well equipment. With the summer heat our pumps would fail and it was eating away at our above ground pipes. They came over, took measurements and design a custom fit solution for our issue. But that's not the best part! A year later we need a little extra help because the shade wasn't quite enough for what we needed our pumps were still over heating. Not only did they come out to assess the issue, they came up with an addition design, came back and installed it, fixed a few worn areas and solved our issue. They did it at NO charge! What?! Wow - now that is next level customer service. You just don't find that anymore! He stated that they provide protective cooling shade and we need more so he wanted to make sure we got what we were expecting from the Sun Away Shade. Truly a stand up great company and product. I had a custom shade installed over our pool equipment about 2-1/2 years ago. It's held out very well (better than my expectations). Tony was very professional and knew exactly what to do. He was on time and came back a 2nd time to shorten the height by 6 inches. Keeping the pool equipment away from direct sunlight as much as possible prolongs the life of the equipment. The beauty of this type of build-to-suit is that the installer Brian ( who did a super job here) actually constructs the actual rig on site at your home. This way no mistakes are made and any customization you may want can also be done to address you needs.....with additional payment required of course. The great thing here is that the installer can usually cost any additions you may want and then you decide if you want to proceed The frames are aluminum so won't rust. Measured, cut-to-size and assembled then covered with Sunbrella Fabric by Brian who was skillful and precise.
