Wish there was an option for 0 stars. You have spent thousands of dollars on your appliance(s) and this company is the last one you want to hire to do the install. Hired to install a Wolf hood. Complete disaster. Most unqualified installers imaginable. Installer did not come with the right tools or equipment. Installer probably had never installed a hood like this before, even though they claim to be certified Wolf installers; just stumbled through the whole process. Don't know how, but he managed to run the electrical wire inside the air duct. Had to hire another company to fix it. To describe them as incompetent would be being too generous. Norma, the office assistant had to be messaged again and again to get the receipt for the credit card payment. The installer up charged (even though we had agreed on a price in advance) for additional labor on-site and had me pay for it separately to him directly through Venmo. Very shady; no receipt for this additional charge. Also, in spite of reminding Norma repeatedly to forward the warranty information to Wolf to qualify for the additional 1 year warranty, it never happened. Stay away at all cost. read more

Lady made an appointment with me for on Friday for Tuesday between eight and 10. I contacted them at 9:30 on Tuesday and they said they didn't have me on the schedule. This was not an appointment that could easily be rescheduled so I would not use them if I had another option I would go with them. read more

Stay away from this company. The office staff needs a serious overhaul. The phone rings and rings and nobody answers, and the mailbox is always full so you cannot even leave a message. When I finally got an appointment, the two installers arrived on time. The lead guy had a bad attitude problem, and the other one was pleasant but seemed to be learning on the job. They installed the new cooktop and measured for the micro-trim. After 4 weeks I still hadn't heard anything so I called the office and as usual for them, had difficulty contacting them, but eventually someone called me back. the trim hadn't been ordered. She gave me the installer's phone number, and when I reached him he didn't recall having been to our home or measuring anything. I called the office again and was told that someone else would call and arrange to come and measure for the trim. No-one called to take measurements. In the meantime, I discovered (by reading the installation directions that came with the appliance) that the filter had been installed backwards allowing food to fall into the inside of the appliance. The same guy finally called to let me know that he was on the way to take measurements, even though he hadn't made an appointment, and I had no idea about this but happened to be at home. Long story short-stay away from them-no-one there knows what they are doing. read more

Jose drilled my custom handles 3/4" off and 1/4" off. This guy should not be touching Miele or any high end installation You can see I have some nice holes in my finished cabinets. Among 5 other handles installed like a monkey did them. It said he would refund the 2500.00 I paid him for installation of all my Miele appliances while speaking with him on the phone. I will follow up to let you know if he refunds my money. Norma at his office will supposedly refund tomorrow. This is a nice guy and did an okay job installing basic thinks but don't trust him with a drill on your custom panels. read more

The installation team at Sun Coast is first rate. They do outstanding work, are very professional and courteous. The office team however has a lot to be desired. I had an issue with my installation which required a trim piece. I was told this piece would take approximately two weeks to make and they would be back. After waiting for over a month I tried reaching out. You can call the phone number listed all you want, no one will answer. On top of that, the voicemail box is full so you can leave a message. You can text them but don't expect a timely response. The installers were over an hour late for my last appointment. When I texted it took nearly 30 minutes for someone to respond. I followed up to their text with an additional question and have been waiting more than a day for any response. I honestly don't expect one at this point. read more

Awesome installers ! I was referred to this company and indeed a great responsible and honest company . Juan one of the best installers -- I had a sun zero that was built in and out of date couldn't be fixed after 35 years and it was time to get another freezer and refrigerator that would fit this built in cabinetry . Juan immediately called to see what could fit and we got a freezer and refrigerator that stood alone and because of Juan we did not lose any cabinetry and he suggested a micro trim frame to allow for the difference in sizes as no two units are the same and surely after 25 years of the former units this might have been a big remodel issue if Juan didn't take charge and suggest what he is knowledgeable about and HE IS AN EXPERT ! Our refrigerator snd freezer look great and look natural and they are now built in to our old cabinetry which is remarkable . Juan also credits his team of colleagues : Oscar , Jesus, Jesus, cruz, and Jose. Also equally as wonderful is NORMA who takes my calls and e-mails. I am pleased to report the team did a great job on a difficult installation. They even came back a few days later when we expressed some concerns about the "fit" and they made adjustments without any questioning. From the phone call to confirm delivery time to the install was seamless. They both are so knowledgeable about doing installs in the shortest time possible without taking shortcuts. They are professional, cleaned up after themselves, very respectful of their surroundings, very clean, and just made it a positive experience. The cooktop is a piece of art and it works perfect thanks to their install. We have had several installers over the years, the team of Hector and Oscar are by far the best on the planet. I purchased a Wolf Range from Pacific Sales. Because we have a two story house we also needed a downdraft installed. Pacific Sales contracted Sun Coast to install our downdraft. They butchered our new cabinets to attempt to install the downdraft (I have attached pictures). When I asked the installer what he was doing he replied "Ohhh, you want it to be perfect." In addition he brought the downdraft into the house by himself and turned it on its side which should have not been. As a result, he tried to install a broken downdraft. Pacific Sales contacted the owners of Sun Coast and said they would be calling me to discuss. Of course, they never called. All I needed was for them to make it right but they wouldn't do that. We ended up being directed to ABC Installation and they completed the job perfectly. They did a very professional job. If you purchase an appliance from Pacific Sales please request ABC Installation instead of Sun Coast. You won't regret it. read more

This company is a 3rd party installer for a lot of big box appliance stores. They are responsive and accommodating on the phone when setting up installation dates. But my transaction was with the appliance store from which the appliances were purchased. Since the appliance stores set up and priced out the installation for me, I expect to pay the store directly. But at the end of the installation, the driver/installer asked for COD which was higher than what the store quoted. Not only that, they "pushed in", plugged and connected an existing freestanding Viking Stove, which was not even a part of the installation list, and charged me $250. I asked several times to speak to the owner to get this corrected. I never got a reply back. Very sneaky and not a good company to refer. If you hear this name from your appliance store, ask for another one. Totally deceitful. read more

Excellent service, Norma who set up our Instilation time went above and beyond to get us an appointment ASAP, it was the very next day due to a cancellation. She texted us as soon as the spot opened up and she got us right in. We have been waiting over 3 months for the arrival of our professional 36 inch duel fuel MONOGRAM range and dishwasher. So when the appliance store said it had arrived we were more then happy. Norma was kind and so polite and got us on the books for Instilation quickly. The next morning BRIAN and CHRIS came to the house right on time. They were wonderful so professional , knowledgeable and personable. They took the time to answer all my questions. They carefully leveled the range so my cakes are not slanted. They even found a dent on the dishwasher Which was seen when they opened the box. They graciously pointed it out and we were able to get in touch with the store who sold the monogram product to us. Which we are so grateful they pointed it out. Our appliance store was quick to respond and the problem is solved. The put in both the range and dishwasher quickly and neatly. I would absolutely recommend this company. Was referred to this company from my father and paid him quite a lot to install the appliances at my home in 2017. He took a chunk out of my brand new wood flooring, and we were still remodeling so I didn't notice till months later as he covered it with tape...so I just let it go. Gave them another try today, I asked them to come out and QUOTE me the job at a rental property I manage. Jose got there and gave me no notice of when he was on his way like his scheduler said he would. He quoted $150 per appliance plus parts (4 appliances at $600) but I should have had all the parts. He said he was going to go get a part I was missing and call me back. I called a couple places, within 15 minutes I had a quote for $250 for the whole job and called him back to let him know. He was very rude about it and I told him I understood why he couldn't meet that price, but he was only supposed to quote me the job, not start today and I let him know I didn't want to move forward within 15 minutes! He said he was almost done with the microwave. 15 minutes and you want to charge me $150 per appliance?! I told him I still don't want to use them. He calls me back and tells me they'd do the job for $250 and he needs to pay his helper that is with him today. At this point I just want him out of my rental property as I'm not on site. I say I can pay him for his time to go quote the job I guess, he gladly immediately accepts. What a crook!! I'm so disgusted with this customer service and I'm never calling them again. I am doing a kitchen remodel and needed someone to install our appliances. I was given Sun Coast by referral and it was easy to book. They came out on a weekend and hooked up a 42 inch fridge as well as a dishwasher with custom panels. The team worked extremely hard and did a great job. Sun Coast could do a bit better in terms of communication, I called to confirm appt, but the work was VERY good, would highly recommend! read more

Replaced a Sub Zero side-by-side refrigerator in our kitchen. Oscar & Hector showed up within the window on the day of the scheduled install. This unit is heavy & huge and I was worried about damage during removal and install of the new unit. These guys were very good. The old unit was out in about 20 minutes. No issues, not a scratch anywhere. They brought the new unit, which had some taller brackets on top, in and very carefully avoided light fixtures and the smoke alarm. They were very aware of potential issues getting the unit in. In one move, they rolled the unit in front of the opening and carefully stood it upright. It was perfectly aligned and ready to be plugged in, connected to the water supply, and pushed in. It was done in about 30 minutes. They carefully and completely removed all the shrink film, packing tape, etc. from the outside and inside. Then Oscar gave me a rundown of how to care for the unit, use the icemaker, and to wait overnight before putting anything inside. I was completely happy with the installation. The whole job took 55 minutes. Can't ask for anything more! read more

Really unprofessional and unreliable. We had an agreed upon appliance repair appointment with them, which we reserved half a day from our busy schedules to be home for. They then cancelled at the last moment. Fine, things come up - we understood, although we would have appreciated some notice. In any case, we had set up another day and three hour window with them, and the repair guy shows up unannounced at our front door *two and half hours early*. We very kindly informed him that he was multiple hours early, and given that we were just heading out for appointments, could he please come back during our scheduled appointment window. Now that appointment window has come and gone, and the guy hasn't come back. Really unprofessional. read more

Very professional and knowledgeable installer. Arrive in time for my appointment and the installation is done in a breeze. I forgot to buy a trim kit for my Wolf steam oven so the machine is smaller than the cabinet hole. They went extra mile and built a frame on sight with whatever ply wood I have at hands. The oven fits beautifully with their custom built frame. This adds one extra hour of work and they only charge me $45 for it. Can't ask for more. Two thumbs up! They are Wolf/Subzero certified installer and you get one extra manufacture warranty for appliances installed by them. Their pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely call them again for any installation service. read more

This service was ordered through Pacific Sales in Rancho Mirage CA to install a high end dishwasher. They arrived on time but that is the only positive thing I can say about this company. After the installation was complete and they left the dishwasher running I looked under the cabinet to observe the following. 1. big leak (no previous leaks with previous dishwasher) 2. the drain hoses were not fastened in place and I could not open the slide out shelf as they place the plug receptacle over the hose to hold it in place. I called them back and I was asked to send photo and video of the problems. I did and it took 3 more phone calls to get them back out. On the second return they said they corrected the leak and property tied in the hoses..........but wait. Yes you guessed it the dishwasher hoses were still leaking. In addition the screws dropped out of the installation holding the dishwasher to the cabinet. Since I had been unable to use the dishwasher I thought I should open the bottom drawer (two drawer dishwasher) on to find out that the trim piece on the bottom of the dishwasher was not installed properly and prevented me from opening the drawer. Now was causes insult to injury as I have been very patient with these guys is that the owner will not even respond to me to come out and fix this mess. I do not rate companies however since they don't respond to customers after paying them to do a proper and professional installation I wanted to warn others. Customer service is non existent. As of this writing it has been 4 days without a response. No excuse for this type of service. Not sure why Best Buy and Pacific Sales would recommend this company..... Worst experience ever had no respect for my appliances and was treating everything as if it was trash throwing it left and right banging everything up scratches dents and installing everything without the right installation instructions and charged me more then other companies. I would highly suggest no one uses this company especially if Jose is installing he has no respect for what you pay for he was rushing to finish get paid and leave and handled everything with no care. Well we waited till 12:30 and called to find out if he was still coming. Rebecca said she would call him and he would call me with an ETA. Waited another 1/2 hour. Still no phone call. The installers, Jesus and Joe, were very punctual, professional, kind and courteous. They installed both a refrigerator and stackable washer/dryer quickly and efficiently.
