We've had multiple issues with him where he is rude, confrontational and just completely unprofessional when we have to deal with him. We end up having to go to the general manager, Mike, (who is great) but we shouldn't have too. We have gotten to the point where even if it says we have to take our car back to the dealership we bought it from for something we refuse and call a service department at a different dealership Paul isn't the manager of and it is a night and day difference. We can not understand how they have someone working there in Paul especially as a manager who gives a 0 experience to the people he's supposed to service compared to a 5 star experience when we call a different dealership and work with someone else. When we found out through emails and text messages we had a safety recall on our palisade and called to bring it in he dismissed our concerns and didn't even bother to look it up and outright told us that we did not have one and not to listen to the news. We once again had to go through his general manager who confirmed that we actually did have one. We called another dealership and they said yes we see a recall on it bring it in at your earliest convenience and we will put you in a loaner. That is how service should be done. Not whatever Paul is doing. He has went from just being a negative experience to now a safety issue. I am very concerned for anyone who has to deal with him.

After going to Firestone for years, I tried this place after it was recommended by a friend to get…read moremy car checked-up before a big road trip. I won't be going back to Firestone! At Firestone, I was in the habit of requesting a full-body inspection about twice a year. They gave me a checklist and said everything was "fine" without any further elucidation most of the time. That always bothered me-- I really wish they would have taken the time to really explain what things I needed to be aware of before a big road trip and what to look for-- I'm not very car savvy. Maybe this is just my experience, but I always felt like I waited around for hours only to be rushed out the door, never really understanding what was wrong with my car, why it needed fixing, or why something might need attention in the near future. Brake Pros was different. The mechanics were open and friendly. Most of all, they seemed honest and fair-- something that is hard to find these days! I had my fluids checked out, which resulted in a coolant flush. I also got my battery replaced. There was corrosion on it, which I wouldn't have ever noticed myself (or thought it mattered), but was pointed out to me. My tires were also filled for me-- and this is something I've always wondered about, because even after the full-vehicle inspections at Firestone -and specifically telling them that I wanted to be sure they were full- my Camry always came out with the tires looking a little low... yet, I was always assured things were "fine." They also explained to me why I probably need to get my spark plugs replaced in the next 10,000 miles. And this is where I was really impressed. They took me out to me out to my car and talked spark plugs with me right by my engine. The mechanic explained to me that because of the way the engine is built it would be an expensive job to do. He took the time to clearly explain to me- with the visual aid of the engine- until I understood, and was very patient with my questions-- even ones that were not spark-plug related. He didn't try to push the job on me right then (as I'm sure Firestone might have) in order to shake me for a bigger bill. Now I know it's something I need to save up for-- and, most importantly, I know why. While, despite the name, I didn't get any brake work done, my experience with this mechanic was very pleasant. The prices were fair and competitive. I didn't leave feeling like I drained my savings account to get my car checked out. (How many times have you visited a mechanic for an oil change and were informed of something that needed dire attention, and were out 800 dollars by the end of the day when all you planned for was a 20 dollar oil change?). I left feeling confident that my car was in tip-top shape and, most importantly, as safe as possible for the upcoming road trip. I loved the transparency and openness of the employees. I left more knowledgeable about the maintenance of my car than I've ever been before. High customer service standards and fair prices. Keep up the good work Brake Pros!

Even though we were short on time, Damien was able to get it arranged for us within minutes. They offered us $25,000. I thought this was an intensely lowball offer considering it was in pristine condition, but opinion is differ. Everything pretty much made us wanna leave after meeting Eric the manager. He wasn't a bad guy wasn't rude or anything. But he gave off the typical used car salesman aura that we all hate. He did everything in his power to get my business except offer me a fair trade-in price.... fast forward 15 minutes after leaving Carvana offered me $28,000. The crazy part is that I told Eric if he offered me anywhere between 28 to 30,000 that I would gladly purchase the forerunner right then. Oh well ‍
