They sanitized my water tank, but left the fluid in the tank and didn't tell me. I found out when I filled the tank to go camping and white, foamy water came out of my faucet. They lost the cap to my water tank and made me buy a new one. They never checked the refrigerator which I ended up replacing myself. Several other issues. Ultimately, I paid $2700 and never received an itemized invoice. Total ripoff!

They lack bandwidth and are often overwhelmed with business traffic which would knock a star off this rating if not for how genuinely sincere and honest these people are. The place can use a make-over and a website but otherwise, don't change a thing if it means losing the voodoo you do, so well.

We really enjoyed working with Todd, and the trailer had everything we wanted. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been disappointing. Within the first season, the finish on several cabinet doors began peeling. We notified the dealership and agreed to bring the RV in after our camping season to handle it under warranty. When we picked it up months later, several documented issues were left unrepaired, and the overall tone from staff made it clear they were ready to see us go. It was disheartening, especially after how positive the sales experience had been. This spring, the same cabinet issue reappeared. Because of the dealership's lack of accountability and the way we were left feeling after our prior service experience, we chose not to return to Canopy Country and instead went to another authorized service center, who have been much more willing to help. I later wrote a private letter directly to the owner explaining our disappointment and hoping for acknowledgment. I have received no response. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I think it's important for others to know that our post-sale experience with Canopy Country RV has not reflected the same level of care we felt during the purchase.

He said first one with money gets it? The salesman said can I show you a couple more? We looked and they were dirty and way to heavy for our vehicle. So we got in our car driver over 3 hours home, the trailer was saying pending for almost 2 weeks, adked them why this morning and he then put it to sold. The salesman said he was sorry, well he should have called so we didnt waste our time. If it sold 10 minutes before we got there they would have still been there doing paperwork right? No one was there. They were being very dishonest about the entire thing. Buyer beware
