Had my I-Pace wrapped by Gio and those guys. It was their first I-Pace so it wasn't without issues. Had to ultimately bring it back a second time to get some parts re-done to my satisfaction. Which they did. This is very much a "mom and pop" shop so things are a bit more 'fluid' here then they would be at the big wrap shop in town, with the good and the bad that it brings. All in all, if you're on a budget, they're the guys and expect to pay 30%-40% LESS than the bigger wrap shop in San Diego (L.A. has a lot more competition so overall better prices there) Just plan for a bit more handholding from you throughout the process and you will be fine. All in all, I'd come back here for my next wrap without hesitation. read more

These guys are dishonest and immoral. They gave me a written quote via text after seeing photos of my car. I then dropped off the car and spent $20 to Uber home. About 7 hours later they called me to say they were going to double the price instead of sticking to their written quote like an honest business would. So I had to take another $20 Uber ride back out there in rush hour traffic to pick the car up. They should not give out quotes if they don't intend to stick to them. Go to House or Wraps. I read all the reviews and thought this would be a great place to have our VP's vehicle branded with our company logo. Communication at the beginning was great. We went back and forth via email several times a day for a few days going through the mock up. I was happy with the quick responses and we were all looking forward to having the decal installed on the vehicle. They were even able to squeeze us in so the VP could have the decal on the vehicle for their road trip. Our appointment was at 1 PM and was told it would take about 2 hours. I called to see if I could drop it off early so I didn't have to sit around for 2 hours and they advised it was fine. When I got there the installer was great. He said he had the file and had me complete a form with my contact information. I confirmed that it would take 2 hours, so done by 3 PM, and he advised yes. I got dropped off at 3:30 PM to pick up the vehicle and it wasn't done! I talked to the installer and he advised that the file was corrupt. He informed me that he kept reaching out to the graphic designer but he wasn't responding. WHY THE HECK DIDN'T ANYONE CALL ME? I get that it's not the installers job to contact me BUT he had me complete a form when I got there with my contact information so why not just call and say "Hey, just wanted to let you know that the file is corrupt and I've reached out to the designer." That's all! Some communication. We could have made a decision to leave the vehicle or pick it up and bring it back. Yes, we wanted it done before the VP left, but if it wasn't going to happen we would have liked to been notified and then could have made a decision ourselves. The installer advised that if he received a good copy of the file tonight he would cut the decal and call/text me to bring it in first thing in the morning. I said okay but was skeptical since no one was communicating with him either. When I returned to work, I called, no answer and left a voicemail. I emailed asking for information as to what happened and why no one contacted me, it's 3 hours later and no answer. I emailed and left a voicemail that we no longer wanted to do business with them. Bummer because VP was looking forward to the decal for their road trip. It's unprofessional to not make any kind of contact with a customer if there's an issue, when the job isn't completed, and when the customer reaches out for an explain and resolution. Especially when you have the customers contact information. read more

Absolutely sucks. My Hellcat was scratched! Stevie Wonder on rohypnol could do better. The window tint was okay but my car scratched in more than five places workmanship zero. I am fuming. When I first started my search for a vinyl wrap and window tinting, several businesses along the Miramar Rd came up, called several and most of them were rude, impolite, overpriced, and worst of all non informative being the case that I've never had a vehicle vinyl wrapped, but I saw Sun Diego Wraps info went to their website, learned about what they do and how it's done, read about all the different types of wrap films colors, finishes, brands, durability, care and maintenance, I literally started to feel a little more comfortable I ended up submitting my info and what I was looking for, and a few hours later I had a call from them, very impressed on how informative he was, and to top it all off an incredible deal he gave to do a full wrap with black satin finish on my vehicle, I did not hesitate to go with them since they offer to meet at my residence due that I just had surgery and I could not drive; they offered to pick up and deliver my vehicle once all finished.
