Friend and I had breakfast at Sun Garden Cafe and it was great! Everything on the menu and brought out to the tables around us looked so good and made for a tough decision on what to order. We stared with mimosa and the order a variety of breakfast options. I think the breakfast sandwich was the big winner but nothing was bad, so you can't go wrong!

Cute. Outdoor seating is best. Big menu, lots to choose from. Espresso, Americano, coffee. Bagels, omelets, burgers, granola, sandwiches, waffles, pancakes. I recommend this place.

It was a cute restaurant, good service, coffee was not flowing, they seemed to miss us in the corner with our empty coffee cup but otherwise service was good. Loved the fact that it was a locals place. I had a breakfast staple: eggs, bacon, and small pancakes. The bacon is sweet, maybe a maple and pepper flavor. Wasn't expected and didn't personally love. The pancakes were the highlight for me, oh and the Bloody Mary.

Breakfast was amazing here. We sat outside (knew we were from the north right away) and enjoyed coffee and breakfast twice while on vacation. Just had to return for another great meal and great service. I enjoyed the breakfast burrito and my husband had the Cabo Gringo which he said was out of this world good. Such a gem!

What a great breakfast spot! There's a very groovy vibe with excellent wait staff. Our waitress was extremely helpful and kind. The food came out quickly and was phenomenal. Vanilla lattes were delicious and perfect temperature. I ordered the AM Cobbler and my husband had the shrimp Benedict. We also shared a short stack of buttermilk pancakes. We left stuffed and satisfied. I would definitely recommend this spot for a cozy breakfast nook in Siesta Keys.

Hands down my favorite restaurant for breakfast or lunch in Siesta Key! The food is always delicious and fresh, very cute environment with indoor or outdoor seating, and staff is very sweet. The Max's Biscuit is my favorite!

So first off it's a nice place. We ate outside - beautiful sunny morning. Cappuccino and Oat Milk Latte were very good. Foodwise I got the avocado toast and my partner got the Breakfast Sandwich. Mine was good - very healthy. Would've preferred eggs over-easy instead of fried but it was fine. My partner said her sandwich was good but she didn't like the toast - looked to be grilled on one side. Next time, and there will be a next time, we will both try something else. Also, the service was exceptional - I mean not just our server, but the hostess , and the server walking around with coffee refills.

Cute cafe with antique pictures on the walls. Very clean. Outside is a garden setting, hence the name. Went on a Monday morning at opening, and did not need to wait. Baked goods look amazing. Croissant did not disappoint. Service was on point and food came out quickly. Everything was delicious. Coffee could be stronger. Was hot but meh. Would not order that again. Their hot sauce is awesome! They sell it too and it's not a bad price. Menu is stacked with options. Will return to try more!

This was my first time coming here, and I really liked it. The place has a nice, cozy feel to it. I started with the figs, and wow, they were so good! They had Boursin cheese and butter on top, and they tasted kind of like candy. I wasn't expecting that, but I loved it. I was also surprised by how many different kinds of eggs Benedict they had. I picked the Florentine Benedict, and it came with spinach and asparagus. It was super tasty and looked great on the plate. For my side, I got the potatoes. They weren't really my favorite, they had too much butter for me. But I know some people like them that way! I also tried the peach and mango mimosas, and both were really good and fruity. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and I totally recommend sitting outside if the weather is nice. It's a great place to relax and enjoy your food!

Another great visit. The restaurant has an awesome patio and renovated inside. We prefer the patio in cooler months, but for brunch they get pretty busy. We enjoyed the fresh baked muffins, biscuits and had an omelet and wrap for breakfast. The house hot sauce is great as well.

Lexi A was our server and was so kind and welcoming! We had the nicest breakfast outdoors on the patio and the greatest service. Such a wonderful experience couldn't recommend highly enough!

My Grateful Dead loving heart was so excited to see this little cafe! The sandwiches were huge and ingredients fresh, the staff very attentive. Love the large outdoor patio with plenty of shade.

I really loved the theming inside the Cafe, pink is one of my favorite colors and I felt like they used the cafe space pretty well. They offer a variety of baked goods including different flavors of baklava and spinach pie. The menu also includes some fun drinks including coffee, tea and cocktails along with sorbet and gelato! We ended up trying their hot Mocha and the siamese mocktail which was ginger ale, mango, almond, vanilla and agave. We also treated ourselves to a piece of the chocolate baklava which was phenomenal, definitely give that treat a try it was a good balance of depth from the cocoa and sweetness (not pictured because we practically inhaled it). The coffee was really yummy, I did find the mocktail delicious but very sweet with my initial sips even after stirring (prior to letting the ice melt) being very syrupy (I wonder if there is a way to make it less sweet or to ask for maybe half pumps of syrups or to swap ginger ale for sparkling water), other than that the flavor combo was good just very sugary. We did purchase a day pass to play with cats which are held in a separate area visible from the cafe. I found the price of $20 for unlimited time during your stay to be pretty fair. The cats were all pretty sleepy during our visit and we anticipated a bit more cats to be present and about, (however this may be a good thing), despite this we were able to make a good time petting the cats in their perch and playing with them with the vast amount of toys available. The inside of the cat area was a bit sparse in terms of places to sit with the cats and comfy areas to lounge with them for play so that made staying an extended time a little uncomfy, we broke up our time by playing with the cats, enjoying the cafe and then playing with the cats again. Luckily re-entry was allowed in this case. We went on a Monday afternoon, so this may be due to the timing in the day but if you are expecting a place with many playful cats this may not be the place. Especially if multiple people are present you may be having to vie for attention from a few cats. However, if you are willing to move around and make your own fun and are okay with seeing cats acting in a way that is more consistent with how they would be in a normal home environment than you would have a great time, this environment is truly perfect for those looking to adopt for that reason! I appreciate the mission of Katys Cat cafe and glad I could support.

I ordered bacon, but what I got looked and tasted like carbonized wood chips, when I asked for crispy bacon, it was rubbery.
