Communicating was very difficult, but not unusual. The quality of work from the young lady who did…read moremy pedicure was very poor. My nails are supposed to be square across the top and rounded on the edges. They're just cut square and very short. There was minimal cuticle work done and so much not done that the polish looks horrible. The polish actually came off within 30 minutes. This is probably because when I pointed out the issues, she tried to fix the cuticle work after the nails were painted and ended up with kind of a mess. Believe it or not I tipped on this because I just needed to get out. I'll try to post a picture. As a follow-up, I am going on a trip tomorrow and can't get into another salon to get my nails fixed. I stopped at Walmart and bought an entire manicure kit and new polish. Getting home and actually looking at how horribly the work was done, I wish I would have just told them that they needed to redo it because it is so bad. I understand that they've gotten some good reviews, but if you get the young lady that I got, please just wait for someone else.
