Then they installed locks incorrectly and one of the door handles fell off within the first few weeks. They came back to fix it but due to a scheduling mix up stood me up and I had to call and re-arrange my schedule more than once. Then 6 months later two more of the handles fell off due to incorrect installation. I called and asked them to come fix it and they said they only warranty their work for three months. They wanted to charge me to come fix the poor work that they did initially. At this point I said no thank you and watched a few youtube videos on how to change locks myself. Then Sequoia replaced the old with modern clean lines in classic stone materials while managing the drainage issues, the irrigation system and adding built-in lighting to the stone steps and along the walls The members of the crew were always professional, arrived punctually, attended to potential safety hazards and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day's work. Earth moving equipment was used to prep the site for drainage and support and each piece of the project was installed with a watchmaker's precision. The crew's outstanding work ethic was obvious and garnered praise from observers as well as the other company's crew.
