Had to call again to see when and didn't receive a call until late in day . Had crews waiting around and had to pay them for their time. Had a party planned had to cancel it because of Lumber liquidators not knowing when my order will be in. I tried to get floor somewhere else and they still wanted to charge a 25% restocking fee. What ever they saved me cost me more in the long run. Will never use them again. Corporate office was garbage as well. The service in the beginning was good but the company's policies makes them bad. Material was good but doesn't make up for the bad service of not knowing when materials would be in or the fact the didn't care about the consumers schedule. Never again will I use or recommend.

What we encountered was silence for a month, an attempt to substitute a lesser product for the one we had chosen, and broken promises of installation dates. Then, when my wife called to check on still another broken promise, the salesman hung up on her. When I went to the store to confront him for his cowardly response to my wife's legitimate call and question, the salesman responded with excuses and shifting blame. I demanded a refund and I will never return to this business for any reason.

A first, was a bit p.o.-ed about some of the shiplap being damaged upon delivery, but McCoy's made it right by replacing the damaged boards. Then, the plywood was not the right lumber we needed, so we had to return it. We asked for it to be picked up (since we have no truck currently), and they did while giving us a refund. Thank you for making it right with us common folks, McCoy's! Would definitely do business with you again!

We walked in, and immediately Stephanie cheerfully greeted us. Within 1/2 hour we walked out with a new, custom front door on order. Stephanie did an amazing job helping my wife and I. My wife was especially thankful for Stephanie's patience while she made her final decision. I have to commend Stephanie for always keeping my wife updated with the door's due date.
