Past by this bakery many time, so I decided to give it a try. Overall, is just okay. Kinda expensive, doesn't worth the price. But the store is nice and clean.

Matcha red bean cake

New bakery in the neighborhood located right by the train station. The bakery is cutely decorated and has a few selection of bakery breads and cake slices. They also seemed to sell wontons, dumplings, and noodles. I came in for a slice of cake but couldn't decide on which flavor! They all looked so good. The staff gave me a suggestion and I ended up with the matcha red bean cake. The prices are really reasonable for cake ($5-5.50) and a little more for the crepe cakes. The matcha red bean cake was light, fluffy and not too sweet. I wasn't a big fan of the red bean chunks but the matcha flavor is light. The cream was also light. Overall, it's a really good slice of cake that's not too overly sweet and so affordable. Excited for this new addition to the neighborhood and will come by to try the other cake flavors.

I had every intention of coming here, but I had no idea the store was this cute! The window cake display was utterly stunning and the duck mural inside was adorably funny. The staff were nice too and spoke both English and Chinese. * Mango Passion Fruit Mousse 芒果百香果慕斯 $5.00 Honestly, I didn't want anything, but my sister really wanted to split a dessert, so we did. That said, this was incredibly smooth, tart, and fruity, and probably one of the better mousses that I've had. * Mango Pomelo 杨枝甘露 $7.50 I used to dislike mango pomelo but after this? Not anymore. This little dessert/drink perfectly combines the sweetness of ripe mangos, the tanginess of citrus pomelo, and the creamy richness of coconut milk. That, plus I'm a sucker for cute bottles. * Lychee Lemonade 荔枝柠檬 $5.75 Probably the only thing I'd say isn't worth the price. It's delicious, but $5.75 for lychee syrup and powdered lemonade? No, thank you.

$17.5- (2) BentoBox Cake 8.5/10 It was okay, just a simple combination of cake, cream, and fruits. Unfortunately, the fruits weren't sweet

These were perfect size for 2-4 people to enjoy after a meal during a celebration. Also the price is affordable

Finally, PB made it to this side of Bensonhurst!…read more If you've been to one of their franchise spot, then you probably have favorites and go-to items. I know I do. Coffee bun! We also love their soufflé cheesecake when we do splurge on dessert. It's kind of pricey. But worth it! I was a little disappointed with the blueberry yogurt cake - tasted stale (ugh), but the mochi donuts were yummy! This location is pretty new, less than 1 yr old. Right around the corner from Chipotle, on the 18th Avenue busy hub. Self service, tray, line with parchment, grab your goodies and pay. The staff are nice and friendly. Clean, roomy enough for customers to browse what they want but smaller than the location on 86th St. Although the price point is higher than your Asian bakery, the aesthetic and variety and taste makes it worth while. I'm a fan and be sure to join their loyalty program for treats!

**First Time Visit & Definitely Not the Last!**…read more I stopped by this location for the first time and loved the self-serve style of dining. Walking in, the space was clean with a calm, quiet ambience and light music playing in the background -- such a relaxing vibe. You're greeted right away, then directed to the plastic trays, a box of parchment paper what company will logo and your own single-use tongs. From there, you get to browse at your own pace through two beautiful display cases filled with beautiful desserts and cakes, and tarts. Also well as two fully stocked fridges filled with drinks, sandwiches, and salads (which looked SO fresh and delicious -- definitely trying those next time!). The two baristas working were incredibly friendly and engaging. They were knowledgeable about the drinks, happy to offer recommendations, and made the experience feel welcoming. They offer cakes, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate -- perfect for pairing with dessert. Now let's talk about the good part... the pastries I tried the jumbo twisted cinnamon donut, a croissant donut, and the chocolate supreme croissant. Every single one was fresh, flavorful, soft on the inside with the perfect crunch on the outside. The flavors were absolutely mouthwatering. The prices were exactly what I expected but I enjoyed the quality and overall it was such an enjoyable dessert experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for a sweet treat in a cozy, inviting spot. To catch up with friends, read, or study. I'll definitely be back!

The shop may be is small but very neat and well stacked with goodies. This is what an authentic Italian bakery should look like! They do have a small selection of butter cookies and about three varieties of rugelach. I wish there were more flavors of rugelach. The prices are a lot more affordable than Veniero's and much better tasting too. I am unsure why they don't allow photos and videos. Their bake shop looks amazing despite it's size. It looks better than most Brooklyn Italian bakeries. The other thing I wish is that there were names and prices to the pastries. It was a bit surprising to me that the clerks had no idea of the names of some of the pastries. I had to show them pictures. The woman who helped me had no idea what was in the pastries and the name of them. I think the people who work there should be better informed! This might be my new fave bakery!
