Vets on the Left decided to meet here for coffee & beer. Staff were friendly & helpful with my selection. Beer was great with a smooth taste. One of our veterans had the coffee & said it was very good. Just the way he liked it hot, black, & strong. DJ Music was good, but a little loud for our meeting. We moved to the outside seating area, which worked great for us. Not sure how busy they get, but Sunday at noon wasn't bad. Parking area is small, so no trailers. Nice, quiet Cafe with good vibes all.around! They also do serve alcohol (beer/cocktails), but as far as I knew..from my morning visit...every customer seemed very well behaved..they all ordered coffee! This coffee a calming atmosphere and is a good place to meet up with ripens to catch up. The environment is good and had music in a background. Service was also very friendly and personable! The barista made my drink slightly incorrectly and I didn't make any fuss over it. Yet, once he recognized he made a mistake, he offered to make another drink on the house as a second drink for me! Even when I refused my free drinm, he forcefully applied half off discount for me! That was how genuine the service was! It's a great place to stop by and catch up for sure. It also looked like they hosted meetups and some events there like open mic nights as well. I would definitely love to stop by again. Everything about this place is vibe central. From the moment I pulled in, there's plenty of parking which I appreciate. I walk in and its cutely lit, plenty of seats inside and outside, and the decor is adorable. The baristas explained their menu to me, answered all of my questions and even gave their own personal suggestions. They offer pastries freshly baked by Los Ranchos bakery which pair well with their signature lattes. I ordered the peach and honey scone and the hot Sunday latte which is a delightful combination of chocolate and hazelnut flavors. I left satisfied. read more

Didn't get any food but I got a cowboy coffee and wife got a gin sour. Both were so good and they used Hollow Spirits bourbon so that was a plus. We also got a perfect latte and it was so delicious. I wanted to explore 'quiet spaces' around Albuquerque other than the common libraries. I googled not expecting much until I stumbled across a site for moms. Moms need quiet spaces too! On one blog, Sunday Service Motor Co. popped up. They are more than a coffee shop, more than a bike repair place, more than what I would have ever hoped for. They serve baked goods along with...coffee. A few folks were at tables around the room. It was quiet, a few laughs. I was glad I arrived. I ordered my fave Cortado from manager Colton. Stevia is available. SSMO also provides electric plugs for computers which means that you are welcomed to hang a bit. When my order was ready, on a small wooden tray was not only the Cortado but also a short glass of Italian sparkling water! Who does this? I've lived in NYC, Little Italy and Miami. This was a first for me. The coffee was not bitter and the water is always good after downing some caffeine. A former biker, as I mentioned, it's more than a coffee shop. Sunday Service roasts their own beans in-house and my iced Americano was fantastic. I made use of their free wifi to check my mail and read a book while I enjoyed my drink. The friendly, knowledgeable staff is happy to share their expertise, and they make the space welcoming and comfortable. You can also order from a variety of beers, which I didn't try, and they have spaces where you can work on your motorcycle as well. My husband and I will most likely return here in the evening to try an adult beverage - maybe something from their new cocktail menu. read more

They keep popping up. What keeps popping up? Great new neighborhood spots. Great places to hang our with your neighbors. Sunday Service Motor is one of those local places. I would never have known about this coffee & beer spot, if a friend hadn't suggested we meet there. Apparently they have been around for awhile (few months?), but I needed someone to tell me that it was there. While you are relaxing on their patio with a beer in hand, you can get your motorcycle serviced. WHAT??? Yep, cycle service while you wait. Of course, I am sure, you will need to call and make a reservation a tad ahead of time. They have a good choice of local beers. (I'll let you know about coffees next time.) Service was friendly and professional. Only problems I can see is their limited parking in a small lot and on a very busy street . . . and their sign . . . it is small and, in this location I would have assumed that it was strictly a small motorcycle repair shop. They need to toot their horn a little louder. Albuquerque has some of the best friendly neighborhood beer & coffee shops. There is a lost of competition. Sunday Service needs to be on its toes to keep ahead. read more

My friends and I were looking for a good trivia spot on a Thursday night and came across a Geeks Who Drink hosting here! The space is nice with both indoor and outdoor seating, and there's a variety of coffee, tea, and alcohol depending on what you want. They make any of their coffee drinks decaf, which I appreciated for a late night latte. Only criticism I have is that my latte was wayyy too sweet. I couldn't finish it. Otherwise this is a great spot, and they have a food truck in case you want some snacks while playing trivia. read more

Aesthetics of the interior design really just allow people to hang out with friends, I have a cup of coffee, and also get work done. Parking lot is a little small, but the seating inside is plenty of space for groups of people. Standard coffee menu that does include special and seasoned menus on the side. Their specialty does have some pretty hard hitters I just recently had their applejack latte and I enjoyed that combination. I tried the Barney rubble, which is an espresso poured over fruity pebbles-infused milk, topped off with fruity pebble bits. I've tried to iced and hot for the latte. I do prefer the hot version of this drink. The flavor infused milk is very subtle, but you get those nice little crisp at the end of each ship. Espresso pulls great, a lot of coffee flavors were identified. The texture of the milk was on point barely any bubbles were observed and had a silky feel. I would've liked to be a little sweeter and it sounds a little far-fetched but adding a teaspoon of fruity pebbles maple syrup (yes that's a thing) might be what I was looking for. Bonus: Mary and Tito's is only feet away so we grabbed a carne adovada burrito (the best) and ate it at Sunday Service with some good beer. Coffee is excellent! Come this fall to try their seasonal drinks. I got a Pacan Pie latte made with Oatmilk. The Tiramisu latte sounds phenomenal, but I figured I wouldn't do it justice without the whipped cream since I can't have lactose. Everything else sounds good and the atmosphere is perfect. I just discovered this place and am so glad that I did. As a lifelong moto enthusiast, this place is absolutely amazing. The fully-equipped shop is incredibly handy for people with no garage and/or limited tools. I haven't had the chance to try the beer yet, but I did have the best macchiato I've had in years this morning. (Not the garbage *$ version, but the real thing: espresso with just a dollop of milk foam. Perfection) I will be back often to explore the shop in detail and try the beer.
