I only have this at 3 stars since I only sampled my partners beer and want to come back for coffee. A lot of us were bummed when Boese Brew co. closed but Lasso gives that same warm vibe with some minimalistic design touches. The service was friendly and quick given that they were short staffed that day. But given that it now serves coffee and has plenty of seating I can see myself coming here to work remotely. Will report back once I try the coffee menu.

I was bummed when the previous brewery shut down in this location so I'm not going to lie- I had high expectations. Lasso knocked them out of the park! First off the location is just beautiful. The mix of seating options caters to small parties and large. I love how it is both a coffee shop and lager house. The maple latte I got was so creamy and balanced- you could taste the quality of the espresso. I didnt have a chance to try any beer but I will definitely be back! Abq breweries seem to be IPA heavy so im stoked to have a lager house in town. I will update once I try the beer! Side note: make sure to get a punch card for the coffee! Not only do you get a free coffee after 9, but the art work on the card itself is so esthetically pleasing.

One of my new favorite places to go to down town! I've been getting a salted maple latte with an extra shot and they have the best pastries. I love the donuts. The girls who work here during the day are so nice. I read at the bar so chatting with them is fun. They have lots of seating options and the natural light is great. They also have beer on tap options so it's a mixture of people when you go! Lots of fun.

New spot, they were closing early for a private event so only had about an hour to enjoy, but like the feel/look. My americano was good, not sour. Will have to keep an eye on this place and try it more in the future.

So happy this place has finally opened! Come in for coffee in the morning and beer after work. Also hosted a meetup here, plenty of space for a group of people to meet and hang out. Lovely renovated inside and out.

Drinks and service were great. Food truck pop-up was also amazing (Sentli). We will be back!

Best Chai Latte I've had in a really long time. Nice, casual environment and a great patio.

Great to see Gravity Bound expanding! Good coffee, roasted in-house, centrally located in downtown Albuquerque.

This place definitely falls into the first category. This morning I went with the single origin Guatemala drip, and it was exactly what a solid cup of coffee should be. Smooth, rich, and balanced with a nice chocolate note that hangs around just long enough to make you take another sip. No bitterness. No burnt taste. Just a clean, well-roasted cup that says someone here actually cares about the beans. The shop itself has a personality, which I always appreciate. It's decorated with fishing lures, fish artwork, and sculptures scattered around the place. Naturally this leads to the obvious conclusion: the owner is either an avid fisherman... or coffee roasting is just the side hustle between trout expeditions. Either way, the theme works. The space feels relaxed, creative, and comfortable. The kind of place where you can sit with a cup and not feel rushed out the door. And speaking of doors, while I was there there was a steady flow of customers coming in and out. That's usually the universal coffee signal for yep, this place is doing something right. Bottom line: Great coffee, cool atmosphere, and a shop with enough character to keep things interesting. I'll definitely be back for another cup of that Guatemala.

Very mild chocolate, I believe it is Dutch chocolate if my memory services me not to sweet which I appreciate. It was delightfully well balanced. The coffee itself is very smooth and not bitter, excellent taste! I will be back for sure to try other options there are lots of choices. I should have taken a picture of the menu. There is ample seating both inside and outside, had I not had my toddler with me I would have loved to sit out front but it is right by the road so a no go with a rambunctious little boy... There is additional outside seating to the side and farther from the road too. I look forward to my next trip.

This is a small cafe in the lobby of a large hotel, though I don't think there is an actual hotel affiliation between the two, not even shared wifi. (They have their own) It's comfortable enough, but not a super large space. I found the booth just right for my work needs. Just one person working there, but friendly service, and they get to work on your coffee right away. They also have a few pastries and donuts. In full honestly, it would have been a 4 star experience, if not for an interaction I witnessed while there. An older woman came in for a basic coffee, nothing fancy. Sensing she may be in need, the worker offered her a donut, which she said she could not afford but he replied "it's on the house" which made her happy. As they were getting closer to closing, another man came in representing a local service that collects food for others in need as well, seemed like a scheduled pick up for the days leftover baked goods so they are not wasted. I highly respect places that participate in this kind of public service, and sustainable practices. To that end, it's gotta be a 5, and a place I would happily buy from again on my next trip.

At this location, I've ordered the cedar vanilla latte with oat milk. The presentation is gorgeous with the latte art. There's plenty of bar seating at this location which is nice. It's located right at the entrance of sawmill market when you come in through the main parking lot. Next time, I'll buy a bag of coffee beans to enjoy at home. Overall, a great spot for a coffee or tea! (They've also got pastries I've never tried)

From the moment we arrived, the service and ambiance were warm, welcoming, and where we wanted to be! Large and open, Bow and Arrow is spacious for folks to come for pint, small groups, as well as large groups and company events. We sat at the bar for more face-to-face service and had a great experience. We each got a flight and loved the ability to try four different beverages each since the menu is so extensive, creative, and delicious! I got the "Dos Arrows," "Wildly No. 1," "Bury My Heart," and "Lav Letters to the SW." I listed them in order of my favorites. Each beverage was complex, unique, and delicious! I would have enjoyed a full pint of each drink! Alas, 4 5oz beverages was enough! Prices are reasonable for such high quality beverages! We also loved that the brewery recognizes Indigenous land rights and supports Native American initiatives. Euro-Americans have much to learn from Native peoples, the original stewards of this land. But first, relationships, listening, and reparations are needed! We loved Bow and Arrow Brewing. We look forward to visiting again next time we are in town!
