First off it was VERY DRY, not the smallest bit of juice from the steak, secondly there was Zero cheese on it --on both sandwiches. We specified we wanted provolone and paid extra for extra cheese. It was two sub rolls with some steak meat (and very little steak for a large sub-which was another issue) we ended up both throwing away about 1/3 of the sub because it was so terrible. Again it was close to closing , so I'm guessing they just push the stuff out the door and say bye! We will definitely think twice before we order from Twisted again.

I finally told her I tasted almond in the cookie. She finally asked another worker and they confirmed there was almond extract in the cookie. In hindsight, should I have asked if there was any nuts in the cookies we ordered? Yes. But we ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a sugar cookie, which both traditionally do not have nuts in them. However, there was no labeling anywhere that there were nuts in the sugar cookie. Also, even if I asked the worker before purchasing the cookie, if there were nuts in it, she would have said no because she clearly didn't know the ingredients in her own product. Thankfully, my wife was OK after taking a Benadryl but she could have been severely sick from this. this company should do better at labeling their products and the staff actually knowing the ingredients in their product before someone else gets sick.
