Wanting something light, my friends and I decided to stop by here. They weren't busy when we walked in but a long line of people were soon to follow. Orders can be placed at their two kiosks or at the register. We got their fresh pressed juices including detox, young, and refresh flavors but there were plenty of coffee, smoothies, and small bites to pick from. Although $16 per drink, they don't include any ice so it is a full cup. You can easily request a cup of ice on the side which would be enough to share for two. Overall, this cute shop has great juices and a few tables and chairs to enjoy them at. Would come again! read more

The matcha drink prices add up quickly but it looks like their espresso-based drink prices are pretty typical of any cafe. I had their iced matcha straight up ($5). They stirred it well so that the drink did not have any graininess or chunkiness to it. The drink was strong enough without being too bitter. I also got to try their matcha kombucha ($7) which seems to be the move if you like kombucha! So I can't say in words how wonderful this place is. While the drinks and food are great, the owner made me a loyal fan for life. We had ordered two drinks. I got an iced latte and my wife got the special mango matcha. Both were absolutely great. We also ordered protein balls?? I'm not sure what they were but they were great and after we finished, we ordered more to go. The store is very clean and nice as well. Finally, with the owner, there was a carnival today. This being our first time visiting, my wife asked if we could sit there while we had our drinks as the carnival hadn't started. The owner said sure but we'd need to move at some point. Obviously, we were fine with it. Me being oblivious as usual, didn't notice that after the carnival got going, the owner did not make us move, closed her shop to enjoy the carnival, and sat somewhere else. I was going to leave a tip when we left just as a thank you but I didn't realize they closed or that she was sitting elsewhere. I LOVE the respect she had extended us. I'm a huge fan of boba and wanted to give this place a whirl! I ordered a iced chai tea latte with soy milk, cinnamon powder, and boba. The price was about 8.50 for the drink. The inside of the shop is nicely decorated that draws the eye of those wanting to take great pics with their drinks! The service was okay, not overly friendly and not rude. My drink was good! The individual who handed our panini and breakfast sandwiches informed us of where the utensils were, and something I thought was odd due to the items ordered. My panini was mush and could not be picked up to be eaten. It should be removed from the menu. My husband ordered the breakfast sandwich, stating it was "dry and uninspired". Stopped in yesterday for a late breakfast. I absolutely love the menu and the plethora of choices available...everything from crepes to power bowls to wraps to smoothies to bubble tea. Matcha is one of the featured items, of course...and they do this very well. I tried the iced watermelon matcha and it was crisp, light, earthy and refreshing. I also had the avocado toast and it was awesome. Best I've ever had, actually. The breakfast bowl was excellent as well; everything is made to order with fresh ingredients. The only issue was that they forgot about my beverage....but it was extremely busy and there were only 2 young people behind the counter. Unfortunately for me, I pretty much cycle between the same three orders: avo toast, smoothies, acai bowl. The avocado toast (and all toast options) are a great way to start your day on a healthy(ish) note. I always stop in when I'm done with a run down commercial street early in the morning. The staff is cheerful and really knowledgeable about health food. I asked them a lot of questions about specific nutrients I wanted and they made a smoothie up for me that hit all the marks. The crepe was absolutely the best crepe I have had outside of my mothers. Definitely 5 stars! The Americano was perfect! The best I have had in the N.E. or maybe the whole country! 5-stars! Ah, the big question arises...why the 3 stars? 1) Portions: hardly enough food on the plate to call it a meal. Get the avocado toast, HUGE amounts of fresh avocado, delicious. Hummus was pre packaged (sabra) but I'm sure they'll add a store made version at some point. The family had an array of crepes and açaí bowls, all fabulous. Finished with a chai latte which was made to perfection. The owner (and employees) are friendly, warm, hard working and passionate about the business. You'll see us often. Bravo. read more
