Espresso drinks are good, no cold brew on the menu but iced coffee is not bad. Cute shop! & the have a good selection of whole bean coffee available.

Richard! Absolutely killing it still. Came up from harwich to show our friends the quality of the coffee here. Worth the drive every time.

One of the best lattes and muffins I have had..maybe one better place in Boston. My wife loved her iced coffee too

Salted Carmel espresso martini

The salted Carmel espresso martini is not to be missed. This was the best I've ever had!

Cappuccino is more like a latte with a bunch of foam and the foam is super fluffy with big air bubbles. Not what I would call a proper capp

If you're looking for a proper cappuccino, this is not the place. Cute vibe, nice people, clean bathroom, good seating. Lots to like, but not the capp

Ordered the cold brew with milk and no sugar. The coffee was strong just the way I like it but it probably came with 3/4 ice and 1/4 coffee with room for milk. If I ever order from them again I would ask for less ice next time.

The matcha was VERY bad, had no flavor and a brownish color, would not recommend, just ok iced tea, comfy couches though.

I went twice this week and had an iced caramel latte- loved it! I wish I was staying closer because I would definitely go there every day.

With mostly only outdoor seating, this small shop boasts great flavors. With a plethora of options, I finally opted for an iced earl grey matcha oat milk latte. The earl grey syrup complimented the matcha very well - not overpowering in the slightest. The matcha used was of good quality. Overall, would highly recommend Kohi when you are in town looking for a good drink!

The staff wasn't super friendly, the girl at the front did not smile and was hesitant in answering my questions :( I ordered a hibiscus iced tea sweetened with liquid sugar (ordinary sweetener for the drink). My girlfriend got an iced matcha. My girlfriend liked her matcha (I'm not too fond of matcha so I can't give a proper opinion), but my iced tea was absolutely terrible. Usually hibiscus/fruity teas are nice and tart, this one had no flavor and it just tasted like sugar water. Once of the worst iced teas I've ever had in my life. I will say, the baked goods, especially the vegan banana bread smelled amazing. I would come back here try again with the coffee and baked goods, but I won't touch the iced tea with a ten foot pole. I'm sorry, Kohi.

Although we came for breakfast sandwiches, we were overwhelmed by the menu layout and instead opted for scrambles. Our party got the lox and goat cheese scramble and the brie and Brussel sprout scramble. The lox and goat cheese scramble was an insanely delicious flavor combination, however, I wish there had been more egg. The portion size was small. Still, layering the delectable concoction atop the bread made for a memorable bite. The Brie and brussel sprout scramble went crazy in the paint. The sprouts were well cooked and the brie was a perfect fit for the meal. I wish there would've been more toast, as it was delicious. The serve yourself coffee was a great option, and we appreciated the ability to doctor our own coffee combinations. We were especially grateful for the several varieties of milk available for use. The outdoor seating area, including the picnic tables (hidden in the back) were great for a meal during a sunny morning. Also, shoutout to the women who were gossiping in the kitchen who added some additional flavor to our morning. Overall, 4.5/5.

Each year, I would write my review. Some years were a real disaster mostly due to employees who gave an attitude of..."Yeah, whaddya want?" The owners of Joe would actually write me back to apologize and promise better next year. And it usually was! 2025 stood out to me because the staff was mostly male with two females. The men were there daily but the women were there individually and for only one day each. The first, wild haired, seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there was a real treat. I said, 'Season will almost be over.' to which she answered rather surly..."Thank, Christ." The second woman was so different, tiny, short dark hair, always smiling and always looking up at you since she was tiny! She made you smile, you could not smile. She got along great with the guys, too. Just pure, innocent sweetness. The coffe was great, the sandwiches were great, the baked goods were great. Guess what kind of a season you had??? I'll be back, September/October in 2026 for another year. Thanks for the great experiences and memories!

Even pulling into Commercial St to start our mini vacay on a Thursday afternoon, we'd seen folks lining up in droves for this place. That kind of buzz had us saving Heaven in the back of our minds for breakfast and thought it must be worth the wait. Cafe H. has a clouds and sky ceiling mural which added a nice nod to their name. Our server was friendly. Unfortunately, the food fell flat. My husband's French toast was thin and tasted mostly eggy and my Benedict had tiny lobster pieces (and no hollandaise, by choice). Even my grapefruit-jalapeño morning margarita couldn't save the morning. While the manager(?), owner(?) isn't pushing you out, she does circle around to see how far folks are in their meals.
