We booked thru Travelocity last minute as we were attending a concert next door and didn't want to drive home afterwards. This place came up and looked like a nice place. I received a message at 3pm that my room was ready and exactly how to get access to my room keys as after 4pm there was no attendant on duty. The original email said checkin wasn't until 4pm. We showed up Saturday at about 4:10 and I was able to locate the lock box and gain access to my room keys. What I didn't know until that text at 3pm was there was an additional $25 per day parking cost! We took 2 vehicles so my husband could leave straight for work Monday morning. We paid $100 for 2 vehicles for 2 nights that was a completely unexpected extra fee that was not disclosed when booking. Neither was the construction going on disclosed. There was scaffolding everywhere! We arrived to our room only to find workers on the scaffolding right outside our deck looking into our windows. They also could have easily accessed our balcony and room if the door wasn't locked. Lovely. Our room appeared to have been updated in recent years, it was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen if needed, a dishwasher, and washer & dryer available. And electric fireplace was in the room, however, it didn't work but luckily it wasn't needed for the summer. The room A/C worked great during the daytime, but come night set at 64 I can tell you it had to be 74+ in there. We were all warm at night. Saturday night it was pretty quiet except for a few door slams around midnight. Sunday night was a whole catastrophe in itself! Lots of door slams throughout the night, and the fire alarm went off at 3:30am and we evacuated. It took nearly 20 minutes for a resort staff to show up and 30+ minutes for the fire department who was literally 2 min down the street. We sat outside for an hour before the gentleman came out to tell us he thought incense was the case. Then about 10 min after that they allowed us back in and another gentleman claimed they had found the reason behind the low water pressure. So I'm still not exactly sure what happened. The rest of the night we slept horribly because doors slamming shut at all hours plus the elevator kept dinging and we just couldn't drown out the noise. There a fitness center, three jacuzzis and a smaller sized poll. Several restaurants within walking distance, a candy store and some shopping. It's pretty much next door to Concerts on the Slopes which was nice. This place has so much potential and I think could be an amazing stay during any season with a few fixes. I'd definitely come stay here again as we mostly had a pleasant stay despite a few setbacks, but with so many hotels nearby I'd probably try another resort first. read more

We are currently stuck at Sundial Resort with our family of four, and it has been a genuinely miserable stay. Construction is happening right outside our room starting at 7:30 AM. When I spoke to the manager, Patrick, about it, he tried to claim it was disclosed on the website. It wasn't, not in any meaningful way -- just a tiny line buried at the very end of the property description. Expecting guests to dig for that before booking is misleading at best. The room itself is old, worn out, and doesn't feel clean. Our outdoor space is littered with garbage, nails, and screws, an actual hazard, especially with kids around. When we brought all of this to Patrick's attention, his "solution" was to offer to move us to another property -- for an extra $200 a night. So the resort's own oversight becomes our bill to pay. It's hard to walk away from that interaction feeling like management cares at all about the people staying here. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else until this property gets its act together. read more

Our family has been staying at the sundial lodge at the canyons for the past 5 years during the Christmas / New Years holiday and this is the first time we have left a review of the sundial. The facility was constructed in 1999 and while the growth at the resort has expanded exponentially since then, the sundial is the heart of the resort, closest to both the gondola going up the mountain as well as the cabriolet going down the resort. We stay at unit C203 every year and it's been nicely renovated with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The furniture includes both a daybed as well as a pullout queen sized bed. So while it's only a one bedroom unit, it can sleep 5 people comfortably. The unit has a view of the park city mountain as well as the central quad, with a great view of the New Years band and fireworks. The unit is definitely worth the effort, rolling out of bed and seeing both the mountain ski conditions and the lift line for the main gondola and orange bubble lift over your first cup of coffee. Can't wait to go next year! read more

I was definitely on the edge here trying to decide whether to select a four or five star rating. Man, so close to five stars. I stayed here in 2016. So my review is slightly outdated. I was overall happy with my stay at this Resort. I stayed in the main building and the room was so spacious. It was actually more like an apartment. There was one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. Everything was clean and they provided all the necessary tools you would need in a kitchen. I never cooked there but it was nice to know it was available if I wanted it. We had maid service only once during an 8 night stay. I knew this in advance and did not have any issues with it. From what I remember, we did receive new bath towels daily. I remember the front desk staff being super nice. There was a charming fireplace in the lobby. There was also one in the living room where we stayed. I remember sitting there and just reading a magazine in the lobby and relaxing when I had some down time. Oh yeah, the room I stayed in had a nice terrace with a couple chairs to view the mountains from. This was in my pre Yelp days. Or maybe I was on Yelp and was not very active. Anyhoo... The location here cannot be beat. I was amazed to be staying so close to a mountain. Being a Native Floridian, I had seen snow before but Park City is truly spectacular. Downside is the resort amenities here were not all that great. There was a hot tub but it seemed to be small. Again, being a native Floridian I just shy away from being in water when it is freezing outside. I remember the vending machines being super lackluster. Almost straight out of the 1980's. We ate at a restaurant nearby and I can't remember the name. However, the food was extremely average. That restaurant seemed to be the nicest one in the immediate area, there were very few to choose from. We had a rental car but sometimes you just don't want to drive. There were some fabulous stores in very close proximity. I bought some cold weather gear that I still have to this day from one of the well known brands there. If I can find the store on Yelp, I will do a review on that one as well. Overall, the atmosphere at Sundial Lodge is friendly and cozy. Sundial Lodge at canyons resort was a good place to stay. For years, we stayed in Park city and wanted to stay at the Canyons this time. We were pretty last minute and tried the Sundial lodge, based on availability. We were in contact with them before the trip, needing questions answered and they were easily accessible and always answered immediately. Check in was easy. They had a place to leave our skis, with a very attentive ski valet. The front desk was accessible when we needed them. The hotel was a good value for the money. Aside from location, Sundial Lodge was a disappointment (so much so that this is the first review I've written in years). Our suite -- from the beat up ceiling, to the old furniture, to the miniature closet and the cheap, worn bedding -- was not commensurate with the price tag. The queen bed didn't have a real comforter on it (just some kind of thick sheet) and the kids' pull-out sofa bed came with a flimsy flannel blanket that appeared to be from the 90's. The front desk service also was lacking (but the ski check guy and maintenance man were cool). We asked for but received no help with reservations at nearby restaurants and were given a late checkout several days before leaving, only to have it revoked the morning of. Honestly, it seems like they know they have people captive because of the ski-in-ski-out location and prefer not to expend additional resources to properly appoint the rooms and provide a more positive customer experience. read more

We booked this 3 months in advance and was told that only a two bedroom was available, even tho we wanted a three bedroom. The people at check in were not really all that friendly, and acted like they had done this a million times and were just plain tired of their job! We must have been given one of the oldest and certainly not well maintained Condos in the whole place! Our 'two' bedroom turned out to be a one bedroom with a door they opened that led to a seperate one bedroom hotel room! The furniture was in terrible condition, and the kitchen was so poorly furnished that we couldn't even cook a meal in it! We love to relax & cook and eat our meals in after a tiring day on the slopes, but there was not even a pan we could make Chili in. I won't even begin to describe the carpet!!! It is walking distance to the Gondola, and a couple restaurants, however, since The Canyons is not a large area, the few restaurants that they do have all had a two - three hour wait - every night! I definitely recommend booking elsewhere if you have the option! read more

What a great place to stay! Within walking distance of the ski lifts, rental shops, and restaurants! Our room was divided into two section, one side had to queen beds and full bath with washer and dryer, the other side had a kitchen with dish washer, living room area with a gas fireplace (knob was a little tricky to start) a bedroom with a full bath, stairs to the second floor which included to twin bunkbeds and a bath as well. This location was super cozy, our little patio overlooked the runs and folks enjoying themselves outside. I do recommend this place for future skiers coming in from out of the area. read more

Never again. Parking: We got here and there was no parking space. The spaces are tight and some guests took 2 spaces because of it. I don't blame them. We ended up parking outside in pitch dark. Room: AC sounds like a broken washing machine. It was a pain going and staying asleep. We set to 65 but it still felt like 70. Elevator: Small, dirty and the slowest elevator I've ever been in my whole life. Ambiance/Privacy: There is a construction right outside our window. You can hear other guests in the hallway. Bathroom: The toilet bowl and tub are gross. Don't use them. Service: I read some of the service reviews about the hotel and most of them are bad. Our experience was not bad. read more

It doesn't matter how many good things you do, it's the one bad thing that everyone remembers, which is the case here. We had a three bedroom condo and were told when we checked in that we could only have one parking pass for the garage and then the other car had to park in the overflow parking lot (outside) that was approximately a 5-7 minute walk away. If we only had one room, then I could understand only allowing one car to park in the garage. If the hotel was full, then I could understand. But with a three bedroom condo I would imagine they should have enough parking for one car per bedroom. What was really frustrating though is that the parking garage wasn't even close to full at any time during our Friday through Sunday stay. We even took pictures to show how empty the garage was every time we were in it. Sunday morning when we left, there was a pretty heavy snowstorm that we had to walk through to get to our car in the overflow parking lot. And then we had to load our luggage out in the snow, in front of the hotel because it's not covered. That's just bad customer service and considering what we paid for the three bedroom condo, I would've expected much, much more. Aside from that, the unit was clean but one of glasses had a chipped edge that I almost cut my lip on and the bifold door for one of the closets was off the tracks. So they are certainly not paying any attention to the details. We usually stay at the Hyatt Escala (next door) every year before Christmas where the suites are much bigger and much more conducive to a 10 person family gathering around a table and playing games, cards, eating, etcetera. The layout of this condo did not allow for that in any way. Not impressed with the staff (the two girls at the front desk) due to how they handled the parking issue. We won't stay here again. Run, don't walk away from this lodge and its usurious business practices. My wife was involved in a serious ski accident in CO six weeks before our travel dates to Sundial Lodge. In spite of medical paperwork establishing our inability to travel to and ski in UT, the Lodge refused to work with us. They charge 20% of the total stay for doing nothing, for renting to no one. They were unwilling to rebook in the summer of the following season. This type of terrible business practice has no explanation other than sheer greed. The lack of customer accomodation or service was mind-boggling. It took five attempts to reach a supervisor, and that individual was unmovable. Undoubtedly during the height of spring break they will re-rent the unit and make even more money. Shame on you Sundial Lodge and All Seasons Resort Lodging. You give a bad name to fair business practices and have made an already terrible situation even worse. Nice job. read more

C409 is my favorite one bedroom unit(sleeps 4) on the top floor overlooking the pool. There are Ebikes for rent close by. Lots of good places to eat and very kid friendly . Having booked a room through Expedia for my son and I to ski for 6 days after Christmas, California became the epicenter of Covid and has locked itself down. This forced me to cancel my ski trip (with over two weeks notice), so I was hoping the management at Sundial would provide me with a voucher to visit their hotel another time. To be clear, I was not expecting a refund...simply the opportunity to come back. First Expedia attempted to reason with them. Nope. Then I wrote the management. Sorry... you're out of luck...we've decided to keep your $6,000 without providing any value to you whatsoever. I understand Covid has put tremendous pressure on business...and I have no problem with them keeping my money...but to have zero flexibility and not allow vouchers is completely unreasonable -- because of that I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL to find somewhere else to stay because YOU COULD EASILY LOSE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID! read more

I booked this hotel for my anniversary, the pictures did a good job of making the hotel look decent. But so yourself a favor and pay more and stay somewhere else, this place is definitely cheap for a reason. Our tub wouldn't drain and a bunch of black hair came up out of the drain and into the water so we went without showers. Our door to the shared patio by the whole level wouldn't lock. And you can kiss any sleep goodbye because there is about an inch or two of space at the bottom of the door so you can hear EVERYTHING. I know for our next trip to park city I will definitely be paying more to stay somewhere else because this hotel was a waste of money. read more

Rooms were large, but run down. Carpet was worn and doors to the bathrooms looked like they were borrowed from a Motel 6. There was no one at the front desk, so we were told by staff to walk over to the Grand Summit to check in. Very inconvenient. To top it off, when we returned home, we found a handful of pending charges to our account AFTER we'd paid our bill and returned the keys. Took me days to contact someone to get the charges explained or removed - we never made charges to our room, so we were confused as to the additional fees. The entire area is under large construction for new resort hotels and amenities, so the environment is not conducive to "getting away from it all". read more

Rooms are fine, updated well. Facility is well maintained . Excellent pool and hot tub. Quirks- Hot tub closes hard at ten pm. Not a lot of walkable food choices. Parking is plenty but tight spaces. Front Desk very friendly but very poor at task completion - ask them once and about 30% of the time it gets done . Due to a convention in Salt Lake City, and the corresponding depletion of available hotel rooms, I was forced, like, almost at gun point, to stay in Park City. Very, very tragic. So tragic. So, at the last minute, I booked a two bedroom at Sundial Lodge in the Canyons. The weather was lovely and the lodge packed with kids. Your typical Utah summer. The unit was spacious, with a dining table, couch, fireplace, etc. It also had a walk-out balcony that overlooked the Canyons' ski lift...and a music festival that just happened to be in town that weekend. A pretty nice extra. The two-bedroom, two-bath unit came with one room with en suite bathroom and king bed. The other room, which I ended up using, had a queen bed. The queen bed room was really small and the closet door didn't even open completely because of a side table. It was kind of ridiculous because I couldn't even use half of the closet! Overall, the unit was clean but had evident signs of wear and tear. I enjoyed using the in-unit kitchen, refrigerator and stove. However, all the dishes were dirty and I had to wash them all before using them. A little gross. I probably wouldn't choose Sundial Lodge over the neighborhood competition like Lodges at Deer Valley, Miner's Club, or the St. Regis. But, if you want a nice view and decent lodging, this is a good spot. read more

Let me start with the positives of Sundial Lodge...location, location, location. Steps away from rentals, ticket office and lifts. It's so unfortunate that this is one of the only benefits and everything else is downhill from here. We had reserved a 1-bedroom suite for four. The check in went smoothly, but when we arrived at the room it wasn't as nice as the pictures during booking. The unit was dated with worn down furniture that was from the 90's. The sofa bed framing was broken and the sheets for the sofa bed and bedroom queen bed was motel level at best. There is zero housekeeping, which is not only unacceptable at the price point but also surprising over the course of a 5 day stay; This is not even communicated during the booking process or website for the hotel. Ahead of our departure day, we asked if we could check out late and were told we can stay until 1pm (check out time normally 11am) but the day of checkout the request was retracted. The front desk manager and some of the hotel staff interactions came across as unprofessional and apathetic to the customer experience. We left feeling like they don't really care if you come back as a return customer or not, since they don't have any problems with demand. It's unfortunate that Vail Resorts has managed to reduce the service level and end user experience of what I'm sure was once a great property. read more

I wanted to love this place, I really did. Unfortunately, they made it impossible for my family to enjoy our vacation. The first evening of our trip, they called us to let us know they had mistakenly booked us in a room that was not available (apparently it was a timeshare that the owner hadn't agreed to rent out), so they moved our rooms after one night... and after we had completely unpacked. Sundial moved us to another hotel the next night, so we had to entirely repack and go to a completely different hotel down the street. The new hotel was not as nice and was certainly not worth the price. The room drama didn't stop there - they told my family we had to move hotel rooms THREE more times during our stay because they had no rooms that would accommodate us for our entire stay. Instead of shuffling a couple people once, they decided to shuffle my family three times. We spent half our trip fighting them over the room moves, and they finally agreed that they would "Figure something out". While we appreciated this, unfortunately the damage was done to our vacation: we spent a ton of money to be frustrated and spend half our time looking for a manager so that we wouldn't have to switch rooms numerous times. read more

Awesome place, right on the slope next to the main gondola& the 'orange bubble' Great access, in the heart of it all. Park city is just down the hill, there you will find more eating and shops. Not too much of a 'village' feel here, only a couple shops and a restaurant or two. BUT-the outdoor hot tub, pool and firepit are amazing! And the jacuzzi tub in the room is s nice touch ;) Great room, modern, good bed, would stay here again. read more

This place is strange. Was in Park City for Sundance. Last minute hotel booking. Was very expensive. Not a ski person so perhaps this is why it's all a little strange. Rooms are large but a little dated. They're very mid 90s. And the rooms have an outer door, that opens to a little area where there are two room doors. (all keyed) Very odd. Took me a second to figure this out. And feels like you're right on top of your neighbors (cause you are). Front desk people are clueless, perhaps a touch rude. Unprofessional. I felt like I was checking into a $30 a night motel in the middle of nowhere. Zero information in the room about the hotel or the grounds. Had to ask for a map from the front desk to find my way around. Small elevators in the back. No room service. Old TV. Old furniture. So so views. Old bathroom fixtures. Everything needs updating. Pros: Comfortable beds. Large room. Whirlpool tubs in the rooms (maybe a bad thing... considering the things that can live in those). Ski lift is right there. Lift to the parking lot/bus loop is right there. There are several places to eat, and get groceries on the property. Again not used to the ski culture. Nobody explained to me how to get down to the parking lot. Or anything about the lift to get to the bus/parking area. I didn't know to ask. Had to figure it out. You can't really walk down the hill unless you walk in the middle of the road. Would never stay here again. Also stayed at the Marriott downtown. Oh and Wifi was VERY slow (matching the 90s vibe of dial-up I guess). There was something about paying more for a faster one but I couldn't get it to work. read more

The only reason I gave it two stars is due to it's location above the canyon village. There was several issues with our 2 bedroom deluxe room (b202): bathrooms don't have fans, the master shower is covered in mold and the whole bathroom needs to be grouted, the lamps are broken in the master bedroom, A/C didn't work well at all (60 degrees and the place wouldn't cool down) and sheets were ridiculously rough. I wouldn't recommend staying here. read more

I checked in at 9:30 and the receptionist was put out as I guess we needed to be there by 8 but that was never communicated, so I blame Hot Wire on that, but that was my first unhelpful experience. I booked for 2 and ended up having my sister join in later. I've never checked in somewhere where I couldn't switch from a king to two queens or visa versa, but again, I felt like I was asking far too much and it wasn't okay I had 3 people in my party. The receptionist even said it's the off season and at low capacity you can stay out by the fire later. But then, my room only covered one car and we had to drive down the road to leave my sister's car. When we got my car into the garage it wasn't even half full. Overall I felt like I was an inconvenience and my requests were unreasonable. Poor experience and will not come back. Canyons is also a mess with how it's laid out, with poor signage. read more

My resort stay was everything but pleasant. The experience began when we got out of the car that drove us the 45 minutes from the airport to the hotel. There was no one there to help us with our luggage! We had to walk it in ourselves and place it to the side while we checked it in. The woman checking us in was extremely rude and did not answer the questions we had about the resort. Instead she yelled at us and dismissed our questions. Again, there was no one to help us take our luggage to our room. Although there was a very nice young man who helped us put our skis into storage to use the next day. When we arrived at our room, it smelled like someone had just smoked a cigar in there. As we were unpacking, I stumbled upon a metal bar that stuck out about 8 inches from the bottom of the bed and i injured my foot. Also, since we were traveling in a group of three, we had to order a roll away bed. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and she made suicidal comments. After a mix up with the front desk, we had to make three other calls just to get the roll away! When the bed finally came (late), the man delivering it was extremely unhelpful and did not help us set up the bed. On a good note, the people working for the ski check ins are very nice (Kip Q.) and helped us with our bags when we left. The lady who drives the bus to and from main street is sweet. Recap: I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, but it has its perks. It's about 100 feet away from the gondola that takes you up to the mountain to ski and they have a free bus service. Their service is terrible and their rooms are disgusting. If I could give 0 stars on Yelp I would. read more

The flaw with this review is that there is actually a star attached to it(Yelp doesn't let you give zero or negative values). Oh where to begin, came to Park City after Christmas to spend the week with the family skiing. The rate for this 2 bedroom suite is $1000 a day, with that being said you should expect to get what you pay for right? I am attaching pictures of what this dump looked like when we arrived and what has transpired since because it is SO UNBELIEVABLE that I can't believe it myself and I lived it...First when we checked in we were informed that there was no housekeeping service and that they would just come in midweek and change the linens and towels. That would not be sufficient with 5 of us so we paid $35 extra a day to have housekeeping come during our stay. When we arrived in our room it was awful, bacon grease all over the stove and the smell of burnt toast lingered throughout, breadcrumbs all over the bar and dining room table. The stovetop was filthy and the drawers in the kitchen had food debris and crumbs all in them and some of the coffee mugs had food stuck inside them as well (pics are attached). After we called and complained they apologized and told us we were not the first to do so. We cleaned the place for an hour and made it somewhat acceptable. We looked inside the washer dryer unit and the lint basket in the dryer was crushed and we put a ski jacket in to fluff it and get the wrinkles out and lint blew all over the coat. Then it came time to pull out the sleeper sofa for my kids to sleep in and as soon as I pulled the handle to lift the bedding out, the thing fell apart(pictures are attached of that as well). We called again and they were sending up a roll away bed in the interim because it was 11pm, that was day one. Today we called to have maintenance/engineering come up and take a look at the sofa since it is halfway opened and unusable. This is where we were all supposed to sit and play games and watch TV. One guy showed up and said he'd need help so they will come back. Then 2 of them couldn't fix it, so they sent another guy who came by and he couldn't fix it either. We went to dinner and came back and they had found a way to close the sofa, but left all kinds of broken wood pieces on the floor and even a bolt! (Pictures also attached). We called down and asked if we could get a vacuum sent up and we would clean it ourselves. That was an hour ago and still no vacuum. This experience has been so surreal that I can't believe that this place is actually still here. The problem is that these units are all individually owned and apparently the management company that leases them shouldn't be. After more phone calls to the front desk that I could even care to count, the manager apologized to us and basically said there was absolutely nothing that they could do. I know, I couldn't believe it either. All of the staff at the desk are very friendly and sympathetic but they say they have no control. They did credit us our $140 housekeeping charges and a $28 resort fee. My advice, stay somewhere else. read more

I can't say enough good things about the customer service at this hotel. In particular, Sally Smith at the front desk was outstanding. I had a sudden and urgent need for a printer to get a business document out on time. When I asked her where in the Village there was a business office with a printer that I could use, she went out of her way to offer to print what I needed and have it ready for me to pick up right away. Location an potential get this three stars, but I think the management/upkeep are inconsistent. We did not get the promised room (one Queen rather than two twins in the 2nd bedroom). Upon check-in we had one clicker for all three TVs and a closet door that came off the hinges. All these items were quickly fixed, but it makes me wonder if they just wait for things to break before addressing. And what man decided to put track lighting in the bathrooms? ;) The price was great, and I would probably stay again, but I will call early on check-in day to confirm the room (we checked in in the evening), and I would anticipate doing an inventory of the room to identify items in need of repair. I agree with the previous reviewer that the property has potential, but it seems a bit dated and ignored. read more

Food and service at DBB was horrible. Horrible drinks, food was cold. ATM machine at Sundial out of cash then entire holiday weekend. Vending machine at Sundial out of service, the entire weekend. Heaters outside on the patio sat Umbrella- out of propane (the entire holiday New Years weekend) and it's freezing! For the money that everyone has paid to be here these little things should have been handled! Unreal. read more

Do not expect professionalism. The resort is perfectly fine for a ski resort. BUT do not expect to be able to send packages from the hotel in a reliable manner or attempt to conduct any professional business. They will take your number "to call you back" and never return the call. They will scratch their heads with kindness in their voice saying they have to ask someone else. Unfortunately they bungle any attempt at professional business practice. I should have guessed when it took 35 minutes to get a cold sandwich from the deli counter at the little store there - they operate on their own time and in their their own world. There are a lot of resort choices in Park City, for the price this one is not worth it. read more

Location!!! Excellent!!!! Family Ski trip - 4 kids 9-11 years old - this place was AWESOME. ski valet in the lodge lobby. pool, hot tub, firepits all outside your doorstep. a few yards from the main gondola- so the kids and you keep your focus on fun and not schlepping equipment after a long hard cold day. Full kitchens - for hanging out and family dinners. Plenty of room. Great fireplaces in each room. Beautiful views from our 3rd floor unit and immediate access from our 1st floor unit - for building snowmen and hanging in the pool apres -ski. AWESOME!!! read more

Great location, right next to the gondola. I am hard pressed to think of anything else nice to say. Room was tired, small and past its sell by date. For a laugh, try the sofa bed. The "mattress" was about as thick as a blanket, you could feel every part of every spring. The TV remote control was missing a battery, the humidifier broke and leaked all over the carpet, so did the replacement humidifier. Go only if you have low expectations or want to pi## off your girlfriend and cause a breakup. read more

Great location, good views, convenient parking and ski storage were as promised. Unfortunately the quality of experience did not measure up. There are definitely hot water problems and leaks from pipes, which we have learned will be remedied in the Spring. Condo units are individually owned. Ours was not particularly clean or well equipped. The only housekeeping service provided was towel change and trash removal. BYO Fantastic spray or wipes if you go! The biggest problem was that staff was unable to keep us on their master guest list, nor remember the fact that we were staying with them, in spite of multiple communications with me, and a complaint about it. As a result we missed long- awaited massages because the masseuses were told we were not staying there. All told, I won't return. read more

My husband and I got married on Saturday and we decided to celebrate our honeymoon here. The room was very nice and had an excellent view. We were kind of bummed we didn't have a balcony. Although the room was a gift and we didn't know we had the "standard suite". Which was totally fine. Upon entering the room we opened the blinds to get a look at the view. The blinds had fallen off the wall and hit my husband on the head! So not acceptable. We tried to go into the hot tub and the water wasn't even warm! Even the other guests (about 6 people) all left frustrated that the water was cold! In the morning we tried to make some coffee because we were excited the room included Starbucks coffee! There were no coffee filters for the machine :( when we checked out we told the front desk that the blinds fell on my husband and was not a great way to wake up. He just half heartedly apologized and said he will have engineering look at it. Then said thanks for staying here. We will definitely not come back. read more
