So 20 minutes past my allotted appointment time when I'm working and I told them I had appointments to keep. I was trying to give a new spot. I try but completely not worth it. She also skipped the hot lotion foot massage entirely -- both of my friends received it, I did not. Given how rushed and incomplete the service was, I chose not to tip. When I raised the issue with the manager (Ashley) , I was met with a dismissive "oh" and nothing more -- no apology, no effort to address it. I would not recommend Aura Day Spa. Equal service shouldn't be a surprise -- it should be the standard, and that's where I'll spend my money!!!

I had a solid base for my nails but left with thick flat nails. Uneven "deep" French lines. At every step that I provided guidance on what I wanted Lynn didn't understand and just proceeded forward. She would check in with me to see if I liked it I would tell her no and what to correct/change and no luck. At one point she began to rush to finish my nails. Not gonna lie I'd be annoyed too if someone was correcting my work - but this is a customer service business. Choppy job and significantly unsatisfied. Overall, ridiculously long amount of time to leave with results that look like this. Recommend if you do come here ask for a young nail tech because they seem to know what they're doing and their clients left happy and loving their nails. Tip to the business: teach your techs how to properly apply hard gel & a DEEP French so you don't get these results.
