I even told them I would be traveling starting November 26, yet nothing has been done. This issue remains unresolved, and I feel completely ignored and disrespected. I just want the billing error corrected and my refund processed. The lack of accountability, communication, and follow-through is unacceptable. I hope the company takes this seriously and fixes the problem.
