Came here with a friend literally yesterday to get irregular French manicure because I didn't want to deal with gel and literally day two they have pretty much all chipped. Even after the service which was over an hour, I already noticed that the line was literally uneven. Add $35 for French, I just expected better. I've been a regular at this salon for a long time and always bring at least 3 people with me. I also recommend this place to everyone I know. But today's experience left me extremely disappointed. I called the day before and made an appointment for 4 people, specifically requesting that we be seated together. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. But when we arrived, only 2 chairs were available, so 2 of us had to wait -- which completely defeated the purpose of booking ahead. All 3 of us got their most expensive pedicure package -- $100 with gel -- plus gel manicures. My issue isn't necessarily with how my nails turned out -- they were okay, though they could have been better -- but the service I received was terrible. My tech skipped steps, pulled on my cuticles, didn't check her work, and I had to ask her to fix things she missed. I even had to remind her to apply lotion to my hands, which should be a standard part of the service. The pedicure included a 20-minute massage. I was the last one to start, yet I finished first -- even my mom, who only got a basic pedicure with regular polish, finished after me. That felt really rushed and unfair. When I brought all this up to the manager, I calmly asked for a refund just for my own service. Instead of being understanding or apologetic, I was told it's all about "technique." I felt completely dismissed and disrespected. I've brought a lot of business to this salon and never complained before, but this experience was unacceptable. The staff were really accommodating in letting us sit together even though it was a busy night (shout out to the girl who was so kind to move her seat so we could sit together)! The salon was very clean and organized which is always good to see. No complaints at all about the manicure or the process, everything was great and as I expected. The color is pretty, a little bit different than on the tester (it seemed a little bit more black/blue than black/gray) but overall really happy with the manicure. I have to update my review. I cannot leave a 5-star review in good faith. When I first started coming here I was really excited and enjoyed it. I had a bad experience with my nails, but I let it go. A new nail tech to the Nail Bar did a terrible job on my nails. They were uneven, ugly, and looked like an amateur did them and I was extremely unhappy. Luckily, I told the team and Tammi redid my nails. I had to come back on a different day and it took 45 mins. Tammi did an amazing job and I left very satisfied with the fix, but it should have been done right from the beginning. Now, I came to get an ombre French manicure and my nail tech is kind and normally great, but she did not know how to use the airbrush machine. She wiped my nails countless times and restarted multiple times. Another nail tech came to help, without success. Then, the airbrush king came and basically redid my nails. I spent 2.5 hours getting a dip manicure - UNACCEPTABLE. It is really important to be aware of your abilities. If you cannot do something, then do not say that you can. A complete waste of my time and delayed me for work. The reason they do not deserve 5 stars is there is not a consistent skill set there. You do not know what you will get and it feels like a mixed bag. It's not a nail school, I do not want someone trying and learning on me. I want a professional nail tech with the ability to do what I ask and am paying for, or direct me to someone who can. I was super disappointed by another poor experience here. read more

Very disappointed, I got my nails done Friday and by Monday I had 5 nails chipped, I let them Know what happened and they nice said come next day and I did. I told them I wasn't very happy becuase paying 80$ plus tip that was 20$ and their product that they use was bad. I used to love this Salon and I was going to Kim for SNS Dip manicures for almost a year. The salon itself is beautiful but my opinions changed last weekend. I was excited to bring my mom to this salon from visiting from out of town and brought her in for a SNS manicure and pedicure. Her pedicure was the worst thing she's ever experienced. She told me the gentleman doing her nails didn't even know how to correctly use a nail cutter (it's not even difficult) or a nipper. He couldn't cut the nail, clean or file correctly. What is the point of a pedicure if the tech can't even cut the nail? She was left with a crappy pedicure with mis shaped nails. She asked if it was his first day he responded yes, but he's worked elsewhere which is hard to believe. My mom has probably had over 200 pedicures in her life and she's never experienced anything like that. It's ridiculous that they charge full price for awful service from someone who was not properly trained. I decided to speak up for her as we left the salon and they had no response to my words. They proceeded with a call back and tried to tell me the "misunderstanding" was that they don't do ingrown. My mom understands thats the case, but that does not have anything to do with cutting the nail and receiving a decent service. The proceeded to follow up with a text and let me know she can come back for another pedicure but no refunds. I'm writing this one-star review due to my disappointing experience today. First, the receptionist lied to me, saying the lady who originally did my nails was off, which she wasn't. Upon arriving, the receptionist informed me that they couldn't do very detailed designs at the moment so asked for something simple ( Please see the photo I asked for). Despite this, I explained to the nail technician the design I wanted, and she assured me she could do it for $115, which was fine as long as my nails were perfect. I specifically wanted chrome nails, but the technician, knowing she had another appointment, tried to rush me by using metallic nail polish instead of chrome. This was dishonest and poor customer service. She then changed the price to $130. Additionally, she interrupted my session to attend to her other appointment. I drove an hour to get my nails done, and if they couldn't accommodate my design request, they should have told me upfront so I could have gone elsewhere. I left the salon with nails I didn't want, just to satisfy them. Moreover, I noticed a significant difference in her energy towards me compared to a Caucasian lady who was treated much more warmly, even being offered water. I will not be coming back... TO ADD TO YOUR REPSONSE... I am very amazed that you would respond back one month later and still decide to lie regarding my service here. Yes, your front desk receptionist did lie. I drove one hour away, and she told me the person I requested was not there, when in fact, she was. To say I was being rude is an insult, as I literally did not say anything to anyone there. I had an incredible experience at this salon today. Tammi and Annie are the sweetest and they are meticulous about their work. My acrylic French ombré full set looks fantastic. It is EXACTLY what I asked for down to the thickness. Tammi made sure that I was pleased every step of the way.
