When I finally got in, I had to remind the therapist multiple times that I wanted a deep tissue massage. The pressure was so light it literally felt like a tickle, and I gave up asking for a deeper pressure after asking over, and over, and over... To make matters worse, during the session, the therapist left the room for about 8 minutes to talk to someone, and I could hear her switching between my massage and another customer. I am 99% sure she was working on me and another person at the same time. When I flipped over, I experienced an inappropriate touch. I told her I wasn't comfortable and didn't want that, but instead of finishing the session as paid, she left the room again, came back quickly wiped me down and ended the massage early. I tipped $15, and when I did, I overheard her yelling at another employe through the hallway. I felt like she was upset and calling a guy over to demand more money, so i rushed out of the place without my socks on. This experience was so bad when I got home i did some research and found provocative ads online for this business that don't match the experience. For anyone reading this who is looking for that, be warned the staff looks absolutely nothing like the pictures i saw on some of these ads they have online - I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone

Upon my initial visit I was greeted with an awkward and unclear explanation of the pricing. I selected a one hour massage, which was I believe $50 (fine price, but not $25 as the signage might lead you to believe). The masseuse continued in uncomfortable, awkward fashion by escorting me to the room and admonishing me multiple times "Everything but underwear!" "Don't take off underwear!" "You leave on underwear!" I think I actually had to say "Okay I get it." Anyway, she actually gave a pretty okay massage. Now my second visit was actually pretty decent. All went more or less as expected for this kind of place. The only hang up was the extra charge for not having cash on me (booo). So the third time I went I was again without cash and expected the fee, but this time I was told (not asked) to tip up front since they were charging the card. Then before I could even respond she says "Twenty dollar... minimum." Yes the "tip" that you are forced to pay upfront has a minimum amount. This is ridiculous. I decided to leave. Another woman came to try and persuade me to stay but I kindly declined. I decided to give this place one last shot, after all it is very close to my place and I did get that one good massage. On this last trip I was met with the same rude behavior as before. This time I had cash but decided to put the massage on my card anyway. When she got to the part about the tip I told I have cash that I'll use for the tip. and I was STILL TOLD to tip up front. I protested. She gave me the minimum and some dumb explanation. I explained to her that the tip is extra. It is supposed to be up to me based on my opinion of their service. She can't tell me how much to tip. If they want to get more money, they should just charge more on the actual price instead of trying to sneak in weird reasons to get more money out of you. So she argued and I just left. I got a great massage at Massage Essence on Red Hill and Bristol. I'll never patronize ABC again.

I asked her not to walk on my back and I told her that usually when people break the knots down, they use their elbows or their fingers. She used her knuckles and managed to break every single one down. She found knots that I didn't know that I had. O overall it was a very good massage. She checked in on me periodically to make sure the pressure was right ;not too hard not too soft. She spoke very good English. The decor is very relaxing and the room was very quiet. I truly felt like she beat me like a rented mule but after a week I feel really good. I definitely plan to come back. Note, they don't really answer the phone or check voicemails. By look I tried to text them and saw the message on my iPhone turn blue. They texted shortly thereafter. They usually require 24 hours notice to schedule you but sometimes they have same day appointments. This place truly is the cat's meow.

This was mostly due to the fact that over the course of an hour, only my back, chest, and legs were massaged. My neck was barely touched and my shoulders, arms, and feet weren't touched at all. They have two foot-massage stations behind a decorative divider and three private rooms with thickly curtained entrances. Relaxing music plays from the front desk to fill the cozy space. I haven't tried the foot massage yet--which is really a full-body massage but clothed in a semi-public area on a big, cushioned reclined chair--but the private full-body massage is great. The owner and staff are very friendly, and my masseuse, Joanna, did some amazing work with her feet on my back and shoulders. I like hard pressure where I have a lot of knots in my upper back/shoulders and she really did a great job working on that area both with hands and feet. They give you a small bottled water after the massage. On a couple of occasions the owner also had some fancy cookies/sweets for customers. I don't eat sweets like that, but it's just another nice touch of class. On a later occasion she had clementine oranges, which I did accept one. I suspect she got those because I didn't eat the sweets. Very nice. And for all that, the prices are moderate.
