I've always wanted to get braces, I had shopped around for the best . But I couldn't find any. Then I saw my co worker had her braces on and I asked who 's her dentist and she told me to go to doctor Sunga. I don't typically do reviews like this but my experience was SO pleasant, I felt compelled too! From the moment I walked in, which was 30 mins before my scheduled appointment, I was greeted with warmth, compassion and consideration. I was taken early, shown extreme kindness and empathy and even humor! The entire staff here is incredibly thoughtful and courteous and the whole process was nice. I came for an initial consult and wound up leaving with a scheduled date for install of braces which, is something I've wanted since I was a kid but was never able to get until now! I am so glad I came here and I highly recommend others do as well. I've been seeing Dr. Sunga for over 18 years! She first helped me with traditional braces when I was 12 and then again when I was 23 and wanted to try their clear aligners to re-straighten the top of my teeth (PSA to remember to wear your retainer!!!). honestly each time, she's worked her magic and made my smile even better, straighter and brighter. Most recently, I went in to have my lower permanent retainer replaced and once again, Dr. Sunga was understanding, gave me her expert advice and talked me through the process of getting a removable one. I'm truly so happy with all the results throughout the years. Not only is she an amazing and kind orthodontist, but her entire team has always been so incredibly welcoming and friendly! My kid needs some special attention to their teeth situation. The pediatric dentist referred us to dr Sunga's office. The office is very clean. The staff are all soooo friendly and patient. I appreciate the care and consideration they take in keeping their care patient centered, they really want to get to know their patients! Costs are discussed without transparency and a payment plan can be worked out to your comfort. Care is still ongoing, but So far have been happy with the results. I had my first consultation with the office today. Let me start by saying WOW!! The girls in the front were supper amazing and made me feel welcomed. Trish made my appointment and was super sweet to kept me updated on cancellation in case I wanted to come in sooner. Johnathan took my pictures for the consultation with Dr.Sunga. My daughter has been going to Dr. Sunga's office for about a year and a half now. I can't say enough good things about how great Dr Sunga is, her amazing staff, and how efficient and friendly they are. As I've told many others who are on the hunt for a good Orthodontist, Dr Sunga and her office should be the model for how all doctor's offices should be run. Not only is Dr. Sunga highly competent and wonderful with my daughter (who, going into her teen years, had no desire to have braces ...), but her entire staff is beyond helpful, warm, and welcoming.. They have gone out of their way to help my daughter feel comfortable, to explain everything that is and will be done, and to make it a smooth transition to very straight teeth. In fact, we recently looked at a picture she had of herself pre-braces and can't believe the difference in her smile. So well worth it and if I had to do it over again, there's no one I'd rather have working on my daughter's teeth than Dr. Sunga. Hands down.
