We came here because we got a referral from our dentist and so far we are happy with the services they provided. I think Dr. Pascual is very professional and super nice! They were having a tax season special -a huge savings/discount of $1.7K from the total professional orthodontics services so I made a decision right away to avail the promotion plus they offer easy payment office plans and then of course they required down payment. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the offer and services. My daughter was happy with "Clear braces" (upper teeth) /extra fees. She needs to wear braces for 2yrs. I call Dr. Pascual the miracle worker! My daughter, Tyler, has been with Dr. Pascual for almost two years. She has an overbite and had crowded teeth. We didn't want to pull any teeth, so he took the time to meticulously file in between her teeth for months to try to lessen the overbite. Dr. Pascual saw her every three weeks for nearly the entire time. The staff at the office were always so nice to us and explained everything to us thoroughly. I was referred here by my health insurance company. I didn't have a choice in providers. I met Dr. Pascual who seemed nice enough but unfortunately I can't review him as an orthodontist. I never returned for an appointment and here's why: After meeting with Dr. Pascual, I spoke with Laura who works in the office. The office manager (Hilda) was out that day. Laura gave me the estimate for services which was waaaaaay more than what I knew I was required to pay. I chose my dental insurance plan based on it's superior coverage for orthodontics. Laura tried to convince me that my plan wasn't good and that they don't cover many services and said "and they don't pay us nothing you know". Ah, so that's the issue. My plan was good for me, not for them. Positive that I was not responsible for the fees that Laura said weren't covered, I decided to wait, call my insurance and get back to her with a decision. I called my insurance and I was right. I'm only responsible for the copay plus extra if I decide to upgrade my braces (clear braces, invisalign, etc...). I called the office to tell them. Hilda was there and called my insurance. She called me back and said that I'm responsible for the fees. We went back and forth like this for a month with reps from my insurance notating the account, referencing names of supervisors and even giving me billing codes to give the office. Finally I was fed up. I called my insurance and asked to be referred somewhere else. I said that I didn't think the office was going to allow me to make an appointment because they weren't going to get the extra fees from me. My insurance thought I was reading too much into things and called the office to see what they could do. Hilda said that they were not accepting any new patients now. So basically, they accept my insurance (because insurance company referred me to them) but when they find out what the insurance will be reimbursing them, they are dissatisfied and try to get the difference from me. I know I'm not responsible, I prove this to them, they decide not to accept me as a patient. I wish they would have just said that from the beginning and not wasted my time. I was referred to Elite Orthodontics next by my insurance and thank goodness I was. I'll be writing a review on that office as well. I'm much more impressed by their interaction with me so far. Anyway, I would not recommend Dr. Pascual's office. Nothing against Dr. P but his office staff are impossible to work with. read more

I waited 24 years to get my braces done. After begging my Mom all through out high school, early college years and up to the birthday that led her to finally cave in - she obliged. I had always wanted to fix my teeth so when we came across Pascual Orthodontics, I was stoked. The office is small but its never overcrowded and I'm usually always seen 5 minutes after I enter the door. There's always some sort of Disney movie playing on the tvs of each room so rest assured your nerves will be fine. (Anything having to do with teeth freak me out) Dr. Pascual is straight to the point when it comes to braces. He reminds me each time of the importance of showing up each month to get mine inspected and tightened. He's very polite and easy to work with. I'd recommend he and his staff to anyone looking for stress-free, no hassle ortho work. : ) read more

Dr Pascual and his staff were great! Dr Pascual came highly recommended by our family dentist, Vincente Casibang and a great referral it was. The process was longer than usual as our daughter had a slightly severe under bite. This was a 2 phase process. Today, she removed her braces and just started high school and we are satisfied with the outcome of her beautiful smile - that she already had her teeth are just straight now and her jawline is more aligned. This lady Hilda who wrote me my quote was the worst. She was a little older but she didn't have to talk down to me. She showed me retainers I thought were Invisaligns and she looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about and you know what, I didn't know what I was talking about. But she could have explained this all to me instead of raising her voice almost yelling that I have to wear braces before retainers. As if I didn't know all this. Apparently he was not made aware of the issue at hand and when my niece went back today to get her braces back on, he spoke to my sister and apologized for the situation and made her aware of everything that had happened. Dr. Pascual took over Dr. Grossman's office so I wasn't his previous patient. But He did previously do some repairs for me. I had to do repairs for my lingual retainer and Dr. Pascual was kind enough to fit me into his schedule. He truly cares about his patients and informs them all the scenarios if a procedure has to be done. The ladies at the desk were kind enough to set me an appointment earlier. I finished my braces with Dr. Pasqual, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. I used to have an overbite and a large gap in between my two front teeth. But now my bite is corrected, the gaps closed, and my teeth look really good. I had a choice between metal and clear braces, and chose metal because they didn't look as bad as I thought, and they cost less than clear . The braces process was relatively smooth and didn't hurt that much, but I definitely felt the pressure of the braces on my teeth whenever the wires were tightened. It took almost 2 years of braces to get all my teeth straight. I was hoping to have my braces off sooner, but to give the doctor credit he did stay close to the time frame he quoted me before starting. I'm just glad they're FINALLY off! The pricing of the braces was affordable, and I didn't experience billing or insurance issues when I was there. The assistants and office staff were nice and friendly. And Dr. Pascual was always professional, knowledgeable, kept me informed, and overall treated me well. Although, I will say that I do wish they had later evening hours. There were a few appointments were I had to take time off work to see them. They close at 5pm, so be sure you can show up during their office times because you'll have to see them every month while in braces. They have one Saturday a month open which helps, but it can be hard to book at times because it's apparently popular and commonly booked. I wouldn't say this was a problem though and their hours on the most part were fairly convenient. Overall, I had a great experience at this office and I'm pleased with my results. read more

I have a very serious case of class 3 malocclusion, and Dr. Pascual was VERY helpful throughout the process of finding the best treatment for me. Though I was unable to continue services with him for personal reasons, I would HIGHLY recommend friends/children to get treatment here. From the very start he told me he could fix my teeth without surgery (despite what other places have told me), and he even gave me a breakdown of the different procedures I could choose from, showing and explaining exactly what the end results would be. He walked me through the entire process and sat down with me on multiple occasions. His main concern was to do what I felt most comfortable with. He did not rush me and laid out all options on the table from start to finish, very professional. I felt comfortable in the office and the staff was very friendly. There was little to no wait and the office was very neat and clean. The prices weren't as bad as I was expecting, plus they tend to do specials during certain times of the year, which brought down my total by about 1/3rd.
