I was like ok. 7: Here is my card again (2nd time) she then proceeded to tell me how bad it was there can't keep good ppl and that she will call me with the plan. I was like ok and if I don't call u call me. 8: A week or 3 goes by again crickets so I called waiting on hold for over 15min I not liking these ppl at all. So finally through many texts and emails I found out they lost my insurance card so I'm really pissed off now. How u professional is this place. 9: so I provided and ask for the plan. Despite the challenge, Dr. Nouri remained patient, focused, and determined throughout the entire process, which took about two hours. During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. They told me they would give me a call to let me know my out of pocket once they checked with the insurance. I never got a call back. 2 weeks ago i called them to ask about it and the girl told me she would call me back in 20 minutes to let me know and guess what, she never called. Last week i called them again and she said she would call the insurance and guess what, i never got a call again.
