Then they called me back, saying that the lab was delayed because of the holiday and that my lenses would be ready this week. They said I could come in and pick up some free sample lenses to get me through the week. When I picked up the samples, they apologized for the delay, and assured me that the lenses had been ordered THAT DAY. They made a mistake, but did the best they could to correct it. I liked the doctor and technician okay, but because of this bad experience, I will not go back. They have lots of nearby competitors. WARNING: My exam was December 23, 2020 to use my insurance benefit before it expired. I paid $111 out of pocket, the insurance was to pay the balance ($104) for my contact lenses. Today is now January 18, 2021, and I haven't heard from them, so I call to find out when I can expect delivery of my lenses. They didn't order my lenses! They argued that I didn't order lenses and they alleged that my insurance claim was not filed. I have the receipts and prescription to prove that they are liars. I have the contact lens starter kit that they gave me December 23. This is very upsetting. I need my lenses now! DO NOT GO THERE. If you have already gone there, save your receipt because you will need it to prove that you paid, and good luck getting your contact lenses.

I knew I didn't have the time to get fitted and order a new replacement for the hard lens as I was going back home the next day. As soon as I walked in and explained my situation everyone was so great and went above and beyond to help me and get me the best temporary solution so that I was able to not just see but, drive home. Everyone spent a lot of time with me and they worked With me on trying to save me some money and spent a lot of time getting the best fit for my eye. Made it home safe and sound and very grateful!

He absolutely hated it that eyedrops burned his eyes. He cried and screamed, I literally had to hold him down so they could put the drops in. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that family I clinic used imaging and not dilation. The staff was extremely friendly, the optometrist was thorough. They even did a color blind test which we had not even requested. They do a color blind test routinely. We learned that my son has difficulties with red and green. Now that I know blue is the best color for him to see I now know to buy more blue items. It did take a little longer to get his new glasses in but it is worth the wait for the care that we received. I highly recommend this I clinic for your children.

So he measures, tells me not to lose any lore weight before the pants come and asks me how I will be paying for the $42 alteration I explained that I didn't have to pay and he says oh...yeah we don't offer that, that's not a thing. I said well it is a thing because it was used in my sales pitch and promised as part of the deal... he argued with me and I called my old reps cell phone and on speaker he said yes he did say that. He took my pants and said he would have to call his boss. 3 weeks later no call, no pants. Another week goes by so I call and new rep says he had them in his car "for a few days" just had to find time to run them by... they looked like they had been taken in about 1/2 inch to 34.5 and barely stayed up. Suit hasn't been worn in a while. Disappointing service! The fact that no one from their corporate wing sees these reviews and attempts to remedy or at least figure out why so many people have bad experiences with them and fix them. I've been extremely happy with the fit and finished of the items. I've read reviews on Yelp, as well as on other sites, in which people complain about dishonest sales tactics and over-persistence. Akia has been the total opposite of those things and has been quite professional. Her job is to generate sales. People need to understand that the Tom James sales reps build their business from referrals. They don't advertise in on the web or on television. With that said, if you meet with a rep, realize that they are going to do their best to figure out what styles you like and to sell you items that fit that style. You just have to be firm about what you will and will not do in terms of committing to buy "on the spot."
