Staff was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained different advantages of the shoe. The shoe is pretty pricey but all reviews state this is a walker/ running/ standing working shoe. Plenty of different heel types to work with your flat feet/ swollen ankle/ plantar fasciitis problems. Store offers hoka croc flip flops as well. Lori attempted to engage Tracy's knowledge and not only did Tracy disrespect Lori, she disregarded me as a customer of Saks. I wanted a particular Kilian fragrance and Tracy did confirm that the one I wanted had been discontinued to Lori. I then addressed Tracy inquiring if there was one similar to my original inquiry. Tracy said yes and proceeded to walk in the direction of the Kilian counter. She then abruptly turned around and said "you all can go over there and find it." To be clear, she was not working with anyone at that time, so we were not keeping her from another customer and after saying her last comment, she went right back to looking on her phone. She was totally dismissive to me and had it not been for Lori standing there, I would have let Tracy know in that moment how ridiculous behavior was. As a long time customer of Saks, I know that your associates are not trained to behave in such a manner. Makes me wonder if I was Caucasian if she would have reacted differently. There are far too many options of where I can spend my money that sell the same items, if this behavior is acceptable then maybe I need to go elsewhere. This interaction reduced my rating; however, please know my associate Lori is a 5 star and beyond.

I confirmed that they took my insurance. When I arrived at my appointment, I learned that it was at the Manchester location. After driving across town to the Manchester location, I informed the receptionist that I called the Arnold location initially, but they set my appointment for the other location, but never told me. And that even though there are separate phone numbers for the two locations, they both go to the Manchester office, but there is nothing noting this. She didn't seem to care or realize the confusion this would cause. I then handed her my insurance card when she informed me that they don't take my insurance. She explained that they take the medical insurance with my company, but not the vision insurance (this is an eye center). At this point, I cancelled my appointment and left. Huge waste of time!

They needed to remeasure my left eye to confirm the lens that would be implanted that was confirmed on December 3 when I arrived for my surgery on 17 December I had to wait over two hours and was told they were waiting for my lens to come. They performed the implant and when I got home, I that they had implanted the wrong lens, which was confirmed the following day. I was in scheduled for a second on the 19th during that anesthesia I felt extreme pain I could see both doctors and I even exclaimed in pain. Dr. Amato had assured me that they would send a note to my of work stating that my driving restricted due to of during driving in the letter was never sent and they closed for Christmas break, causing me to lose pay. I am very dissatisfied with ophthalmology associates. They treated the whole process like an assembly line. I would look into other options before I settled on ophthalmology .

For two separate surgeries the estimate and my payment for just the Surgery Center's part of the surgery was $800 over actual cost to me. When I called the Surgery Center to find out about the reimbursement for the overage of $800 I paid a month ago the representative was rude and said she has no idea when I will receive it. She curtly said it is out of her hands as another company ECB is responsible for the refund. She said there is no way to contact ECB and then told me not to attempt to challenge the estimated payment with my credit card company because the Surgery Center will promptly send out a duplicate bill with the same overestimated amount.

That doctor left, and she needs calcium removed from her cornea like she has in the past, but rather than letting her see another ophthalmologist, they state their policy is that she must see an optometrist to get a referral to an ophthalmologist, who will want to do their own exam before scheduling surgery, so they can collect 3 bills instead of 2. The doctors are great, but, Oh Mercy, I hate Mercy.
