Dr. Szuba did my appointment, and I was struck by how professional and kind she was. Trevor helped me afterwards navigating the process of choosing frames and selecting appropriate materials etc. for the glasses themselves. He was super helpful and friendly; I particularly appreciate the effort he went through to help me get my new glasses before I had to travel out of state. Thank you both! Seemed upset that I went right to the men's frames (I'm a woman but I like the mens designs better). This really felt like discrimination as I am visibly queer. Didn't help me at all when I tried to ask abut a certain kind of frame, just waived in the direction of the women's plastic frames. When I asked about measurements (there should be 3 numbers, but they conveniently put the price stickers over them), she said you only need one the other two are obsolete. This is an outright lie. I would have bought frames here but no way with treatment like that. I want to note that about a month ago, I went into the same location. Had a wonderful experience with the optometrist at poudre valley eye care. Then was helped by Latisha (?) to find prescription sunglasses. she was wonderful, super helpful and pleasant. Helped select frames for me and didn't rush me at all. If you do go here, get help from her, she will take great care of you. I bought two sets of frames that time.

Instead, I got two hats that are absolute garbage quality. Neither hat can hold its shape for more than 24 hours. Worse yet, one of the hats completely shrunk. When I contacted customer service about it, they immediately deflected, blamed me, and claimed I must have left it in a hot car--which I absolutely did not. They refuse to take responsibility for their poor craftsmanship and subpar materials. Save your hard-earned money and go to a hat maker that actually stands behind their work. These are massively overpriced and not worth the headache The business replied to this review claiming they "tried to work it out with me." This is a flat-out lie. I emailed and called Greeley Hat Works multiple times, and they never once returned my call or responded to my email.
